2018-07-11 - Mysterious trashy rotten egg odor hitting coastal Songdo Island in the last three years in Incheon (South Korea):

Quote: "Songdo, an island metropolis built on reclaimed land in southern Incheon, has been haunted by a mysterious foul smell over the past three years. According to the Yeonsu District Office last week, its officials have received complaints about unpleasant smells since 2015, but the cause remains elusive. 'This year alone, we have received hundreds of complaints,' an environmental health official told The Korea Times. 'Sometimes it smells like trash. At other times, it's like a smell of gas.' The official said there are no facilities that would cause such odors. Inspectors have looked into suspected places nearby, including a sewage treatment center, landfills and the offices of the Korea Gas Corporation, but failed to determine the cause."

Quote: "We think the smell most likely came from outside the island, perhaps further away than we expect."

Note: Yeah, outside the island, like from the ocean...

2018-07-11 - Chunk of ice half the size of Manhattan cracks off glacier in Greenland:

Quote: "Massive pieces of ice half a kilometre high broke off. The water roiled as the new icebergs rolled and crashed. Then the larger chunk of ice, estimated to be roughly half the size of New York's Manhattan Island, began its journey to the sea. In the end, a piece of ice almost seven kilometres long and one kilometre thick broke off. Five to eight billion tons of ice was lost. It is one of the biggest glacier calving events captured on video."

Note: Greenland is also losing a billion tons of ice PER DAY now, so the equivalent of this calving event is happening every week now, but usually distributed across the landmass instead of in one giant calving event. So Greenland is now losing roughly 25 Manhattans worth of ice per year, and the melt rate is accelerating...

2018-07-13 - Rotten egg smell and methane hit area outside home in coastal Whangarei (New Zealand), woman hospitalized:

Quote: "A couple still have no idea what led to the presence of what was thought to be methane gas around their house which put one of them in hospital with poisoning. The incident happened last Thursday afternoon on the corner of Mosston and Fox Rds in Whanganui. The husband didn't want to them to be identified but said his wife had been outside and when she came in told him she could smell gas. 'So I poked my head out the door and had a sniff and said to her it smelt like gas,' he said. 'Then she's walked down the driveway to shut the gate. When she got back in she said, "I feel dizzy, I don't feel very well". And that's when she laid on the couch and within five to 10 minutes she was having seizures from it.'"

Note: They 'smelled gas', which means rotten egg odor. But the authorities said it was methane. Maybe there was some methane there TOO, but methane definitely didn't cause the rotten egg odor, seeing as methane is odorless. And the woman had seizures. The rotten egg odor was almost certainly hydrogen sulfide, which is neurotoxic and can cause seizures, and maybe there was some methane present too. Both gases are produced in the same areas - sewage areas, swamps, anoxic areas in oceans, etc. Here's a Google Maps link of this area. Looks like a likely area to be hit by hydrogen sulfide and methane blowing in off the ocean, as do the two areas in the events listed above this one...

2018-07-21 - As the world continues to warm, sea turtles turning almost entirely female, researchers to see if alligators are affected similarly:

Quote: "Sometime in mid-August, 400 baby alligators will hatch on the roof of a building at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. Researchers will scoop up the newborns and tally them up: male or female? If professor Adam Rosenblatt’s hypothesis is correct, most of the tiny reptiles wriggling out of their manmade nests will be female, thanks to climate change. The warming world has already launched a new — overwhelming female — generation of sea turtles. In the Pacific Ocean’s most important sea turtle nesting area, females outnumber males 116 to 1, National Geographic reported. More and more South Florida sea turtles are born female too, said Florida Atlantic University Professor Jeanette Wyneken. In the last decade, seven of the 10 years Wyneken and her students found every sea turtle nest they sampled in Palm Beach County was totally female. 'Basically what we’re seeing is when the temps would go over 31 Celsius (87.8 degrees Fahrenheit) we would pretty much have 100 percent female nests,' she said."

If there was anything rusty near this tank, like maybe even the tank itself, then that too is now a possible ignition source. Because fire investigators have no idea what's going on, they can't be expected to be competent at performing their job anymore, so they'll be 'baffled' by endless 'mysteries' until they wake up or they're dead, whichever comes first...

Note: SOTT says, "We're witnessing similar events to those experienced during the Little Ice Age of the 18th century; drought as well as epic flooding amidst overall global cooling:" Yeah, well, there are some differences. For one, the planet is warming, not cooling, and what we're witnessing is a whole lot more similar to what occurred in the Permian-Triassic extinction event that wiped out most life on this planet. And in the 18th century, the permafrost wasn't melting, Greenland wasn't losing a billion tons of ice PER DAY from warming, there was no Northwest Passage because the Arctic ice had not yet disintegrated from warming, atmospheric methane and CO2 levels weren't skyrocketing, gigantic craters weren't appearing in Siberia from methane exploding out of the ground, and multiple coastal cities weren't investigating why their areas were being mysteriously hit by hydrogen sulfide. So other than being completely different in just about every way, sure, things are just like the 18th century! Derp...

2018-07-31 - Ocean spews strong-smelling gas(es) off coastal Oceanside (California):

Quote: "The Oceanside Police Department told residents not to panic after the department received several calls about a strong smell. According to authorities, the smell is outgassing from the ocean and is non-toxic. Ocean outgassing happens when the ocean releases gasses that were trapped or dissolved. A similar incident was reported in La Jolla earlier this year. At this time, it's unclear what is causing the outgassing."

Note: Yeah, people got sick during that La Jolla incident, so obviously it IS toxic. Non-toxic stuff doesn't make people sick. Methane, hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide accumulate at the bottom of oceans, so that's what the oceans are belching up. Methane and carbon dioxide are odorless, so the fact that this incident had a strong smell means there was hydrogen sulfide present. Hydrogen sulfide is VERY toxic. In fact, at 1 part per thousand it can kill you with one breath. As the oceans continue to warm, these 'ocean outgassing' events will become more common. Eventually, just as has happened before, this process will wipe out most life on Earth...

2018-07-31 - Unknown sewery-smelling stench plaguing West Valley City (Utah):

The foul smell has even reached West Valley City Hall. 'It’s kind of a sewer type smell,' said Sam Johnson, the city's communications director."

2017-07-31 - Wildfires becoming increasingly devastating in California as the world warms:

Quote: "The northern Sacramento Valley was well on its way to recording the hottest July on record when the Carr fire swept into town Thursday. It was 113 degrees, and months of above-average temperatures had left the land bone-dry and ready to explode. Within a few hours, hundreds of structures were lost and six people killed. The destruction adds to California’s worst wildfire year on record — dozens dead since October, with more than 10,000 structures lost from San Diego to Redding. There are many reasons for the grim totals, but experts say one common denominator connects the disastrous fires: California is facing extreme heat, the likes of which it has never seen in the modern historical record."

Note: The temps have risen everywhere, so why is it the US West Coast that's really getting slammed by wildfires, far more than any other area in the US? Because that area is directly downwind of the Pacific Ocean. All of the cities that have been mysteriously hit by hydrogen sulfide and which have formed 'investigatory committees' have been in California and multiple 'ocean outgassing' events have occurred on the coast in California. As the oceans turn anoxic and spew methane and hydrogen sulfide, both highly flammable, the gases tend to blow eastward because of the rotation of the planet, so the western coasts of land bodies will tend to burn first and hardest. In the US that's California, Oregon and Washington. Which states are burning the hardest? California, Oregon and Washington. The western coasts of Croatia, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Chile - at least - have all burned similarly. That's not a coincidence, that's a consequence...
