Event Update For 2013-09-25

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

2013-09-25 - Inferno destroys seven historic buildings at 5:23 AM on the waterfront in coastal Georgetown (South Carolina):
Quote: "The US Coast Guard was requested to come in and assist with fighting the fire from the river."
Quote: "After hours of battling a fire along Georgetown's historic Front Street, firefighters have contained a fire that destroyed or damaged nearly a dozen businesses. Damage is estimated to be in the millions..."
Note: This fire was much like the raging 10-alarm blaze that wiped out the boardwalk and more than 30 businesses in coastal Seaside Park (New Jersey) less than two weeks prior, as mentioned in the 2013-09-12 update. As the atmospheric contamination problem intensifies there will be an increasing number of devastating blazes like this, particularly along coasts...

2013-09-25 - Home leveled by explosion in Liberty Township (Ohio), 1 killed, 1 injured:

Quote: "This is the second home explosion in northwest Ohio in two weeks. On Sept. 17, a home exploded in Troy Township, killing a 65-year-old mother and her 37-year-old son."

Quote: "I saw Steve crawling out of the rubble. He was completely naked and he was bleeding everywhere..."

2013-09-25 - Explosion and fire damage home in Batavia Township (Ohio), 2 injured:

2013-09-25 - Underground electrical fire hits Allentown (Pennsylvania), thousands lose power:,0,5385405.story

Quote: "We have a couple of reports of a fire in a manhole around Fourth and Hamilton streets..."

Quote: "About 9:30 p.m., the Allentown Fire Department was called to a report of a gas odor at Fourth and Greenleaf streets. A few teenagers harassed the firefighters in the darkness, causing a few tense moments, but the youths calmed down after police arrived. No gas leak was found."

Note: Maybe the gas - hydrogen sulfide and/or methane - blew in from the atmosphere and didn't leak from any pipes. That would certainly explain why they found no leak. Also, when they say 'gas odor', they mean the smell of mercaptan, which smells like 'rotten eggs', and which is added to natural gas so that it has any odor at all. But hydrogen sulfide also smells like 'rotten eggs', at least in lowish concentrations, so when people say 'gas odor', they may very well be mistaking the smell of hydrogen sulfide for mercaptan...

2013-09-25 - Transformer bursts into flame in Foz de Iguacu (Brazil), 5 states hit by power outages:

Quote: "San Bernardino County firefighters spent most of Wednesday night, Sept. 25, putting out a fire in a Fontana business that makes wooden pallets."

2013-09-25 - Major fire hits pallet company in Santa Maria (California), near the coast:

Quote: "What I lost is about 1500 pallets, rebuilt and ready to ship..."

Quote: "Investigators from the Santa Maria Fire Department say there is no indication the pallet fire, that broke out Tuesday evening, started as a result of 'Malicious Intent'."

Note: Methane was detected in the ground around 19 homes earlier this year in Santa Maria (California), as mentioned in the 2013-01-18 update. Also, the first link there is why I started delaying a day on the updates. At first they were talking arson in regards to this fire. By waiting an extra day, I tend to get more complete and accurate information, and usually better pictures are available that way too...

Quote: "They say it keeps them warm and makes them fearless."

Note: Just came across this info, and had no idea that people did this. They call it 'Jenkem' or 'butt hash'. The fact that users say it keeps them warm is interesting in light of all the crazy naked-people incidents. Maybe hydrogen sulfide alters human metabolism in a way that increases body temperature, at least in some cases, so as you go crazy from the neurological damage (while possibly hallucinating), you might just strip off your clothes too, to cool down. In any case, it looks like we'll all eventually become involuntary Jenkem users. Human civilization on Earth, wiped out by planetary-scale 'butt hash'. That's doom that I don't think too many people saw coming...
