The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.
A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.
This is my 500th consecutive daily update! Wow, if you'd have told me 500 days ago that people would still be sleeping through this extinction event - even as it's knocking them dead and incinerating them! - I'd have said you were full of it. But here we are! Well, we'll see if people can sleep through another 500 days. I'd say that'd be surprising, but nothing much surprises me nowadays.

2013-06-29 - RV bursts into flame at 4 AM while parked at home in East Wenatchee (Washington), fire mostly destroys home too:http://www.wenatcheeworld.com/news/2013/jun/29/fire-destroys-eastside-motorhome-and-residence/
Note: Vehicles need not be running to burst into flame now. Hydrogen sulfide is reactive with copper, especially electrified copper, like battery cables and other wiring in vehicles. It's also reactive with rusty iron/steel and any vehicle that isn't absolutely brand new is gonna have some of that. So think of vehicles as randomly self-igniting incendiary devices that will eventually burn what's near them. If there was a package labeled 'Randomly Self-Igniting Incendiary Device', would you open the package, remove the device, and lay it next to your house? Well, that's what vehicles are now...

2013-06-29 - Wildfire grows to 2000 acres, turns deadly, near Yarnell (Arizona), 19 firefighters killed:
Note: Wow, terrible loss there, 19 firefighters killed. I don't know what firefighters make, but I doubt we're paying these people enough. The people who put their lives between fires and us, I personally place a high value on people who do that, and never more than now...

2013-06-29 - In separate incidents, passenger bus and car burst into flame in coastal Kuwait City (Kuwait):
Quote: "A young man narrowly escaped death when fire broke out in his car in front of the Central Prison. Firefighters from Al-Ardiya Fire Station rushed to the location after the Operations Room received information on the incident. They extinguished the fire in record time, while the paramedics took the driver, an unidentified young man, to Sabah Hospital as he lost consciousness due to the thick smoke that surrounded the vehicle. Meanwhile, Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh firefighters doused fire that engulfed a bus in the area."
Note: So two vehicles burst into flame, same general timeframe, same general area. That's a possible sign of a flammable gas plume blowing through the area, igniting here and there as it goes. Also, Kuwait City residents were told to shelter in place because of hydrogen sulfide late last year, as mentioned in the 2012-10-17 update. That was the first time any major metropolitan area had ever been told to shelter in place because of hydrogen sulfide...

2013-06-29 - Mattresses burst into flame on porch at home in Binghamton (New York):
Note: Mattresses are much like pallets in terms of their vulnerability to the atmospheric hydrogen sulfide and methane problem. Instead of iron/steel nails like pallets have, mattresses have springs. Instead of flammable wood, they have flammable cloth and padding. So it's probably not any wiser to keep mattresses laying around than it is to keep pallets laying around, especially outside...

The officer called for backup and met other responding officers nearby at 22nd and Westmoreland Streets. The man then approached the first officer's car, slamming his hands on the driver's side door, before turning his attention to another responding squad car, police said. He punched that car's windshield, shattering the glass and sending shards flying into the front seats where another officer was sitting. In response, that officer drew his gun and fired twice, hitting the man once in the right chest and once in the right elbow, police said."
Note: He shattered a police car window with a PUNCH - that's superhuman strength there. You ever try to break a normal windshield? I have, and it was hard! Even with a heavy rock, it took some effort. (It was a detached windshield in some trash - I wasn't being an asshole. Heh.) Hard to imagine just PUNCHING one and breaking it...
