Event Update For 2013-09-20

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

Category: Fires And Explosions
2013-09-20 - Underground electrical explosion and fire rocks coastal Whitehaven (Britain), 177 properties go dark:
Quote: "Eye witnesses reported seeing flames climbing the walls of a pub, following an underground explosion."
2013-09-20 - Underground electrical transformer blows in coastal Manhattan Beach (California), parts of the city go dark:
Quote: "An underground transformer in the Manhattan Village shopping center blew, according to City Manager David Carmany, causing the power outage. The number of Southern California Edison customers without power is 2,289..."
2013-09-20 - Transformer explodes near business in Cranford (New Jersey), 5 miles from the coast:
Quote: "A Cranford commercial building was evacuated after a transformer exploded around 2 o’clock this afternoon. 'We heard a loud noise and the power to the entire building went out, building employee Andy Massiel Reyes said."
Quote: "Ironically, PSE&G has an office in the building."
Note: Hydrogen sulfide is a heavier-than-air gas and will seek out low-lying areas like underground electrical vaults, sewers, basements, underground carparks, ditches, ravines, valleys, canyons, ponds, streams, creeks, lakes, seas, quays, etc. It is also reactive with copper, especially electrified copper. As a consequence, there have been a rising number of incidents just like these. Britain has experienced a more than 200% increase in underground electrical explosions and fires, between 2011 and 2012, as mentioned in the 2013-06-16 update and the pace is obviously accelerating. An EMP or massive solar flare is not necessary to take out 'the grid'. An atmospheric change can do the job quite well, and that process is well under way now. Note the locations of the above events too: on the coast, on the coast, and near the coast...

2013-09-20 - Apartment explodes in Mississauga (Canada), near Lake Aquitaine, 1 injured:

Quote: "The force of the explosion blew an air conditioner out of a wall and completed shattered the glass in the windows of the unit."

Note: Sounds like they're trying to blame the explosion on a pot of dropped grease. Well, I'm from the Show-Me State. Show me a pot of hot grease blowing an air conditioner out a window, cuz I've dropped pots of grease before, and nothing ever BLEW UP. Could be that AC unit had sucked some flammable methane or hydrogen sulfide into the apartment and the hot grease served as the ignition source. THAT at least sounds believable...

2013-09-20 - Porch bursts into flame at home in Lexington (Kentucky):

2013-09-20 - Gazebo bursts into flame at home near Congress Lake, in Lake Township (Ohio):

Quote: "The speculation is that some damaged electrical fixtures outside ignited flammable material."

Note: That is one of the ways that hydrogen sulfide is burning stuff up: some gas finds some electrified copper, some sparking and sizzling occurs, a spark lands on something flammable, like rubber or wood or plastic, and fire spreads from there. Many of these fires must start small, but if no one is around to notice then they grow until eventually someone does notice. Obviously electrical fixtures OUTSIDE are more vulnerable to this problem. This same problem is the cause of at least many of the parked vehicles going up in flames, although hydrogen sulfide's reactivity with rusty iron/steel has to be responsible for some of those fires too...

2013-09-20 - Home's exterior bursts into flame, home destroyed, 3 nearby homes damaged, in Loganville (Georgia):

Note: There was probably some rusty iron/steel or electrified copper on the exterior somewhere. Rusty nail maybe, or some light fixture wiring, something like that. The problem with these exterior fires is that the people inside may not notice the fire when it's small and by the time the fire gets large enough to notice by the occupants, it's too late to do anything but flee...
