Event Update For 2021-01-07

http://jumpingjackflashhypothesis.blogspot.com/2012/02/jumping-jack-flash-hypothesis-its-gas.html

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

Reaction of the Saker to 6th January

    Mind blowing hypocrisy!
    https://robinwestenra.blogspot.com/2021/01/reaction-of-saker-to-6th-january.html

I just listened to Trey Gowdy and a few others GOP big-shots condemn the “terrible violations of the law” committed by the protestors today and I take my hat off to these folks: they are truly world class hypocrites.

When cops and mayors refuse to protect the innocent, the rule of law is doing great!

When the letter soup agencies spend millions on a typical witch hunt, the rule of law is doing great!

When the First Amendment is being destroyed by Big Tech, the rule of law is doing great!

When the corporate legacy ziomedia brazenly silences the President, and simply does not report on crucial events, the rule of law is doing great!

When elections are stolen, the rule of law is doing great!

When courts refuse to enforce the law, the rule of law is doing great!

When the Supreme Court refuses to defend the Constitution, the rule of law is doing great!

But when the people, literally, those whom the elected officials are supposed to represent, demonstrate all day peacefully and then a few, not necessarily even Trump supporters (false flags are very easy to organize with crowds!), storm the halls of Congress, then the GOP bigshots take to the air and lament the “tragedy” of the law being violated.

No country and no regime can stand on such truly galactic levels of doublethink, hypocrisy and cowardice.

This is the beginning of the end of this regime.

My thoughts tonight are with the “deplorables”. In the prophetic words of George Orwell:

“If there was hope, it must lie in the proles, because only there, in those swarming disregarded masses, eighty-five percent of the population of Oceania, could the force to destroy the Party ever be generated. The Party could not be overthrown from within. Its enemies, if it had any enemies, had no way of coming together or even of identifying one another. Even if the legendary Brotherhood existed, as just possibly it might, it was inconceivable that its members could ever assemble in larger numbers than twos and threes. Rebellion meant a look in the eyes, an inflection of the voice; at the most, an occasional whispered word. But the proles, if only they could somehow become conscious of their own strength, would have no need to conspire. They need only to rise up and shake themselves like a horse shaking off flies. If they chose they could blow the Party to pieces tomorrow morning. Surely sooner or later it must occur to them to do it.”

Orwell’s “proles” are our “deplorables”. And for all the self-evident weaknesses and delusions, they are the only ones left, literally, and they will have to be the soil from which the liberation of the USA will have to begin.

The rest of them make me feel nauseated. [more; #METOO!]

2021's impressive volcano eruption uptick continues! An eruption has produced two lava flows from vents on the northern flanks, currently about 50 m and 200 m long at the Pacaya volcano in Guatemala
    http://www.thebigwobble.org/2021/01/2021s-impressive-volcano-eruption.html

The lava flow on the southwestern slope remains active, currently about 550 m long. A moderate-to-strong eruptive episode of strombolian explosions is now in progress at the volcano's Mackenney summit crater characterized by higher-than-usual dense ash plumes that rose to estimated 3 km altitude as can be seen in the video recorded below. Blocks were ejected as far as 300 m away from the crater. [more]

'It's gone completely crazy': Cases, deaths hit new highs as Covid pushes U.K. to breaking point
    https://www.yahoo.com/news/gone-completely-crazy-cases-deaths-093017530.html

The pandemic is gathering strength in Britain fed by a mutant strain of Covid-19, and the country's health care workers are paying a hefty price.

The virus has already killed more than 76,000 people in the U.K. — the worst death toll in Europe and the fifth worst in the world, according to Johns Hopkins University. Hospitalization numbers are reaching new highs.

A further 68,053 confirmed cases were announced by the government on Friday — the highest single day figure so far — making it the eleventh day in a row that more than 50,000 new cases had been reported. [still based on phony PCR testing that's PROVEN to be unreliable]

England and Scotland entered new national lockdowns to curb the spread of the mutant strain and to try to prevent Britain's beloved, taxpayer-funded National Health Service from collapsing on Monday.

Lack of protection leaves Spain-size swath of Brazilian Amazon up for grabs
    https://news.mongabay.com/2021/01/lack-of-protection-leaves-spain-size-swath-of-brazilian-amazon-up-for-grabs/

Fifty million hectares (124 million acres) of undesignated forest in the Brazilian Amazon, an area the size of Spain, is under growing threat of illegal occupation and deforestation facilitated by a controversial government land registry.
A Greenpeace Brazil study shows 62% of undesignated forest along a stretch of the BR-163 Highway has been illegally invaded and then registered by the occupiers with the Rural Environmental Registry (CAR).

The problem of land grabbing in the Amazon, often by speculators looking to sell to cattle ranchers and crop growers, is not new, but the situation has intensified under the administration of President Jair Bolsonaro. The Greenpeace researchers say there’s little prospect of a crackdown on land grabbing under the present political scenario. [more]

The ban on Trump and his supporters: Google and Twitter turn the US into a facsimile of the regimes we once condemned
    https://www.sott.net/article/446983-The-ban-on-Trump-and-his-supporters-Google-and-Twitter-turn-the-US-into-a-facsimile-of-the-regimes-we-once-condemned

Tech companies were once the primary tools of US "soft power" used to overthrow authoritarian regimes by exporting 'digital democracy'. Now they employ the same tactics of suppression as those regimes to silence dissent at home. [yep, and the sheeple just go along with it]

This danger is illustrated by the actions of the former First Lady Michelle Obama who has publicly called for tech companies like Twitter and Facebook to permanently ban Trump from their platforms and enact policies designed "to prevent their technology from being used by the nation's leaders to fuel insurrection." The irony of the wife of the last American President Barack Obama, who weaponized so-called digital democracy to export "Western democratic values" in the struggle against authoritarian regimes, to turn to Twitter to release her message of internet suppression, is striking. The fact that neither Michelle Obama nor those who extoll her message see this irony is disturbing. [what are they afraid of, debate?]

The Iranian and Egyptian experiences in digital democracy-inspired regime change represent the nexus of the weaponization of social media by tech giants such as Twitter and Google, and the US government, which at the time was under the stewardship of Barack Obama and then-Vice President Joe Biden. The fact that both the Iranian and Egyptian efforts failed only underscores the nefarious nature of this relationship. The very tools and methodologies used by Iranian and Egyptian authorities to counter US-sponsored "digital democracy" - suppression through de-platforming - have now been taken up by Twitter, Google, and the political allies of Joe Biden to silence Donald Trump and his supporters from protesting an election they believe was every bit as "stolen" as the 2009 Iranian presidential election that gave birth to 'digital democracy' in the first place.

By banning Trump from their platform, the unelected employees of Twitter have done to the president of the United States what he was accused of doing in Knight First Amendment Institute v. Trump. If it was a violation of First Amendment-protected free speech for Trump to exclude persons from an otherwise open online dialogue, then the converse is obviously also true. [well, no - only the Dems have the TRUTH, ya see, though it's counterintuitive . ..]

Political speech is not just a human right - in America, it is an essential constitutionally guaranteed freedom. When the political supporters of Joe Biden, along with the unelected heads of media giants such as Twitter, Facebook, and Google, actively collaborate to silence the ability of Donald Trump and the tens of millions of Americans who support him to express themselves on social media, they become no better than the authoritarian regimes they once sought to remove from power. 6. 28 times media and Democrats excused or endorsed violence committed by left-wing activists
    https://www.sott.net/article/446982-28-times-media-and-Democrats-excused-or-endorsed-violence-committed-by-left-wing-activists

After excusing and ignoring riots from leftists all year, Democrats and their allies in the media are ready to condemn riots now that the turmoil has shifted to fit their narrative.

reaction to the protests from conservative leaders roundly condemning the violence from their own side stands in remarkable contrast to the way Democrats and corporate media spent months going out of their way attempting to justify the deadly actions of militant leftists.

Not one prominent conservative pundit or politician with any significant platform was reported to have tried endorsing the mob of Trump supporters infiltrating the U.S. Capitol. To the contrary, conservatives spent months vilifying Democratic leaders for not doing enough in their own states and cities to crack down on the militant mobs of leftists taking streets under siege, normalizing the kind of political violence on track to appear routine in the nightmare 2020 decade.

A trip down memory lane chronicling the left's reaction to last year's eruption of unrest claiming the lives of at least 30 people not only exposes the hypocrisy suffusing Democrats' condemnation of political violence, but also illustrates a sobering reality that there's plenty of blame to go around for the situation in which the United States now finds itself. Jupiter, Saturn, and Mercury Will Form a Rare "Planetary Trio" This Weekend
    https://www.yahoo.com/lifestyle/jupiter-saturn-mercury-form-rare-222000864.html

Dubbed a "planetary trio" or a "triple conjunction," the three planets will appear close together just after sunset from January 8 through January 11.

The best way to catch the planetary trio is find a spot with an unobstructed view of the horizon, and look toward the direction of the sunset. It's important to start searching for the planets no later than 45 minutes after the sun sets because they will fall out of view beneath the horizon by nightfall, according to EarthSky. It might be difficult to spot the planets (especially Saturn, the dimmest of the three planets) while they're competing with the glow of the sunset. So it's a good idea to bring along binoculars or a telescope. [more]

  9. There's no First Amendment issues with Twitter or any other private company banning anyone they want from using their software or their equipment or their bandwidth. Their usage agreement specifies that they can remove any account for any reason, or for no reason, at any time. If you use the service then you are agreeing to the terms. If you don't like the terms, don't use the service.

Twitter, as a private business, is basically their home, is one way to think of it. They invite everybody in, but if they decide they don't want this or that individual in their home anymore, welp, it's their home.

People could make the case that Big Government should get involved and government should regulate how private businesses run their businesses. That would obviously be against everything that conservatives have ever said they believe, so it would be pretty weird if CONSERVATIVES make that case. Democrats would probably be on board with it though.

Twitter is not vital. If you don't like their terms, there are other businesses. (They all pretty much specify that THEY control who uses their services though - that is the default, maintaining their rights to the maximum extent allowed by law.) If you don't like ANY of the services then you can create your own. More competition would be a good thing.

Trump's First Amendment rights end where private property begins. The same goes for everyone. He doesn't have a right to come into my home and yell shit. And he doesn't have a right to use any private business's services just because he wants to.
