Event Update For 2021-01-23

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

Boogaloo 2021!: A weekend of tension around the world shows birth-pangs in 2021 are ramping up: China threaten Taiwan: Chinese and Indian troops brawl on contested border: Japan threat! 3,300 arrested in Russia, riots in Holland, Denmark, Pakistan and Israel

Rioters set fires in the centre of the southern Dutch city of Eindhoven and pelted police with rocks Sunday at a banned demonstration against coronavirus lockdown measures, while officers responded with tear gas and water cannons, arresting at least 55 people. Police in the capital of Amsterdam also used a water cannon to disperse an outlawed anti-lockdown demonstration on a major square ringed by museums. The video showed police spraying people grouped against a wall of the Van Gogh Museum. In Eindhoven, 125 kilometres (78 miles) south of Amsterdam, a central square near the main railway station was littered with rocks, bicycles and shattered glass. The crowd of hundreds of demonstrators also was believed to include supporters of the anti-immigrant group PEGIDA, which had sought to demonstrate in the city. Eindhoven police said they made at least 55 arrests and warned people to stay away from the city centre amid the clashes. Trains to and from the station were halted and local media reported plundering at the station. Police said more than 100 people were arrested in Amsterdam. Dutch media reported unrest in other Dutch towns Sunday night caused by people protesting against the curfew. The violence came a day after anti-curfew rioters torched a coronavirus testing facility in the Dutch fishing village of Urk.

Orthodox Jews clash with police in Israel as some religious schools open in violation of lockdown. Clashes broke out and arrests were made in three Israeli cities as police moved in to shut down yeshiva religious schools that opened for students despite the coronavirus lockdown. In Jerusalem, water cannons were also deployed.

Anti-lockdown protesters in Denmark burn an effigy of PM, brawl with police. Crowds of black-clad protesters have taken to the streets, launching fireworks, torching an effigy of Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen, and clashing with cops. Hundreds of black-clad protesters clashed with police on the streets of Copenhagen on Saturday night, shooting fireworks at the officers and getting batons in return. Violent demonstrations have become a weekly occurrence in the Danish capital, where lockdown measures were extended at the beginning of the year and where the government recently clamped down further on the size of gatherings permitted. The group, calling themselves the ‘Men in Black’, torched an effigy of Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen. By the end of the night, at least five people were arrested, Copenhagen police said on Twitter. [more; ~ 2.5 min. video]

The Secret To The Stock Market: Just Buy Tech Companies That Are Losing Money And Watch Profits Rain From The Sky

if you want to make big money in the stock market just buy tech companies that are losing boatloads of money and wait for the profits to rain from the sky.

At this point, the stock market has become such a rigged game that literally anyone can succeed.

    That is brilliant.

And that will work as long as stocks only keep going one way.

We are literally destroying our currency and we have placed ourselves on the hyperinflation highway, but very few of our leaders in Washington seem too concerned about what is happening.

So the stock market bubble will continue to expand and people will continue to mindlessly make money until one day a big enough trigger event comes along to burst the bubble once and for all.

Meanwhile, the real economy continues to deteriorate all around us.

Earlier today, we learned that chocolate giant Godiva will be closing every single one of their stores in North America…

The standard of living is going down for most of us, but thanks to rising stock prices the rich are now richer than ever.

This rapidly expanding gap between the wealthy and the poor is creating an enormous amount of tension in our society, and it is just a matter of time before all of that tension explodes in frightening and unpredictable ways. [more]

The Police State Is Coming For “Religious Extremists”, “Evangelical Christians”, “Pro-Life” Activists And “Libertarians”

If you cherish faith, family and freedom, you might want to keep a low profile for a while. The Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act of 2021 has been unveiled in Congress, and it has bipartisan support. It is essentially “the Patriot Act on steroids”, and we are being told that it is almost certain that some version of the legislation will make it to Biden’s desk for him to sign. Personally, I am very much against all forms of domestic terrorism, and a law which could help to prevent terror attacks from happening is going to sound like a good thing to a lot of people. Unfortunately, it appears that this bill is meant to specifically target certain groups, and as you read this article you may discover that you are a member of one or more of those groups. [more]

  3. ‘Dark Money’ Helped Pave Joe Biden’s Path to the White House [from Bloomberg]

President Joe Biden benefited from a record-breaking amount of donations from anonymous donors to outside groups backing him, meaning the public will never have a full accounting of who helped him win the White House.

Biden’s winning campaign was backed by $145 million in so-called dark money donations, a type of fundraising Democrats have decried for years. Those fundraising streams augmented Biden’s $1.5 billion haul, in itself a record for a challenger to an incumbent president.

Lack of sleep, stress can lead to symptoms resembling concussion

A new study suggests that a lot of people might be going through life with symptoms that resemble concussion – a finding supporting researchers’ argument that athletes recovering from a brain injury should be assessed and treated on a highly individualized basis.

In the national study, between 11% and 27% of healthy college athletes with no history of a recent concussion reported combinations of symptoms that met criteria for post-concussion syndrome (PCS) as defined by an international classification system. Among the nearly 31,000 student-athletes surveyed, three factors stood out as the most likely to predict PCS-like symptoms: lack of sleep, pre-existing mental health problems and stress. [more]

Military intelligence buys location data instead of getting warrants, memo shows

A long and growing list of agencies are using money to bypass Carpenter ruling.

The Defense Intelligence Agency, which provides military intelligence to the Department of Defense, confirmed in a memo that it purchases "commercially available" smartphone location data to gather information that would otherwise require use of a search warrant.

The DIA "currently provides funding to another agency that purchases commercially available geolocation metadata aggregated from smartphones," the agency wrote in a memo (PDF) to Sen. Ron Wyden (D-Ore.), first obtained by the New York Times. [more]

  4. America in chaos – days 3 and 4 – Part TWO

Breaking News: Joe Biden is a liar.

That’s a fact that’s been common knowledge for the majority of his career. Sure, he lies in a way that is acceptable to the beltway cocktail circuit, but he lies nonetheless. His lies are also far more consequential than most, usually dealing directly with major policy concerns.

Case in point? Biden is already admitting that his biggest campaign promise was a complete scam. Remember when he claimed he was going to “shut down the virus” if elected? Yeah, about that. [just like Orange Man]

    [further down]
Numerous media figures have been observed gushing positively over the newly minted Biden administration, a sharp contrast to the hostile treatment Trump received from the press for many years.

The Geneva Conventions expressly forbid forcing prisoners of war from sleeping on concrete, or in parking garages.

In other words, His Fraudulency Joe Biden, America’s feeble commander-in-chief, has already treated his own troops in a way that violates the Geneva Conventions. Technically, it’s not a violation because the Geneva Conventions directly relate to prisoners of war.

Nevertheless, His Fraudulency, after only two days in office, allowed his own troops to be treated worse than he would ever treat terrorists or America’s enemies.

After only three days in office the Biden administration has disabled comments on all thirteen videos posted to the official White House YouTube channel, erasing thousands of comments in the process. The White House channel has been under relentless negative commentary from the American people to the point that downvotes were being manipulated to make the Biden videos appear more popular. While the downvotes still wildly exceed the upvotes, all commenting and live chats are now gone. [more; no dissent will be tolerated!]

Report: Poor Will Take Over Decade to Recover From Lockdowns While Rich Thrive Under “Rigged Economic System”

In what is no secret to any regular reader of this blog, the COVID-19 pandemic and the lockdowns it justified has – in the words of World Health Organization special envoy David Nabarro – made the poor a lot poorer. All the while billionaires have managed to cash in on their political connectivity and unbalanced exposure to inflating asset markets.

In iteration of this, a report titled “Mega-rich recoup COVID-losses in record-time yet billions will live in poverty for at least a decade” released by Oxfam on Monday reveals that the COVID-19 pandemic (we like to blame the lockdowns here …) and its economic ripple effects is negatively affecting just about every country globally at once. Blockbuster: CDC quietly removes website headline that claimed "Vaccines do not cause autism"

In a Question and Answer post, CDC says "more research is needed" on the question as to whether vaccines can trigger autism in children with "mitochondrial disorders." Scientists say many people have mitochondrial disorders but do not know it.

The Government's Own Expert At The Time says Vaccines Can Cause Autism, After All

We only learned recently that the government's own one-time lead expert in defending vaccine-autism claims in court, the world renowned pediatric neurologist Dr. Andrew Zimmerman, changed his expert opinion based on new science and concluded vaccines can-- and do -- cause autism, after all, in "exceptional" cases.

CDC Senior Scientist Gave a Sworn Statement saying He and His Colleagues Committed Scientific Fraud to Coverup Vaccine-Autism Link

Biden to Sign New Round of Executive Orders on Abortion, Immigration

President Biden will sign a fresh round of executive orders during his first full week in office, including actions loosening restrictions around abortion and immigration.

Biden will issue and order to rescind the Mexico City policy, which prohibits U.S. funding for foreign organizations that perform or promote abortions. The administration also dodged last week on whether Biden plans to scrap the Hyde Amendment, which bars taxpayer funding of elective abortions under Medicaid.

On immigration, Biden plans to establish a task force focused on reuniting migrant families who were separated as a result of the Trump administration’s “zero tolerance” policy, according to a memo outlining the upcoming executive actions obtained by The Hill.

Biden will order an immediate review of the public-charge rule, which denies U.S. entry to migrants considered likely to become dependent on the government.

The president also plans to roll back Trump administration policies on asylum and take “other actions to remove barriers and restore trust in the legal immigration system, including improving the naturalization process.” [more; which is what got us INTO this mess]

  6. Covid Cost 4 Times More Jobs Than 2009 Financial Crisis: UN
The coronavirus pandemic took a huge toll on global jobs last year, the United Nations said Monday, with the equivalent of more than a quarter of a billion lost.

[SOTT]Comment: This is not because of a virus, it's because of the lockdowns.

In a fresh study, the UN's International Labour Organization (ILO) found that a full 8.8 percent of global working hours were lost in 2020, compared to the fourth quarter of 2019.

That is equivalent to 255 million full-time jobs, or "approximately four times greater than the number lost during the 2009 global financial crisis," the ILO said in a statement. [more; by design]
