Event Update For 2015-12-18

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

Note: The cargo ship 'Hong Yan' was hit by a scrap metal fire in November at 2:30 AM while docked in coastal Yokohama (Japan), mentioned in the 2015-11-12 update. Four days before that, the cargo ship 'Soya Maru', was hit by a scrap metal fire too, forcing the crew to abandon ship near coastal Matsuyama (Japan), mentioned in the 2015-11-08 update. Hydrogen sulfide is reactive with rusty iron/steel. Normally scrap metal isn't flammable but increasingly it is becoming so. A lot of the car fires that are blamed on arson are starting with tires, which are in the wheel well, which is where there is always rust, so they're surely blaming a great many car fires on arson that aren't arson. That's because fire investigators are jumping to conclusions and making assumptions, and they're somehow oblivious to the fact that parked vehicles are now spontaneously igniting all over the place and have been doing so for some time now. Competent investigators don't make assumptions or jump to conclusions...

2015-12-18 - Cargo ship 'Ventura' hit by cargo hold fire in the Kiel Canal in coastal Holtenau (Germany):

Firefighters took about 15 minutes to extinguish the blaze which was contained to one boat."

  1. Your daily reports never fail to give me the sense that most people are living in fantasy land, where everything is "normal" and that "occasionally" (like every freaking day) some weird fire or explosion or incident occurs that challenges this view, but people are much too distracted living their little lives to grasp it.

Scrap metal burning was one of the biggies that got to me early on (the other was how many people are keeling over for no apparent reason - like i passed out at the beach that time). JJFH makes the most sense of any explanation (and there are only a few - SOTT's meteor theory or JJFH).

The problem with the meteor theory is that it doesn't account for home explosions, seemingly "random" accidents (that happen all the fucking time now), people dropping dead, infrastructure damage, building collapses, all the various vehicle fires (including boats, trains and planes) and underground electrical vault explosions and fires (as well as many other "strange" occurrences like a woman's wheelchair suddenly bursting into flame). All it tries to account for are the large booms and some other things (that are a stretch anyway).

So today we have many boats and ships hit by fire, a LIMO going up in flames (taking a happy couple by surprise, i'm sure), another college student that won't be home for Christmas, a barn going up in smoke in PA (oh, now THERE'S a "rare" occurrence) and people being found in burnt out or sunken (or both) vehicles, and continuing animal and marine die off.

Greenland's ice loss is already massive - and now it's speeding up

A massive new study by 16 authors has calculated just how much ice the Greenland ice sheet has lost since the year 1900. And the number, says the paper just out in the journal Nature, is astounding: 9,103 gigatons (a gigaton is a billion metric tons). [lots more]

October landslide in Southeast was among world's biggest in recent years

When 200 million metric tons of rock tumbled down a remote Southeast Alaska mountain in October, nobody was around to see it. But thanks to a beefed-up seismic network and a new system that can distinguish landslides from earthquakes, scientists knew it had happened.

The slide happened near Icy Bay and sent debris onto Tyndall Glacier, reported scientists from Columbia University’s Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory. Some of the debris was dumped into Taan Fiord, setting off a tsunami that was big enough to be measured at the nearest tidal gauge nearly 100 miles away.

It was one of the world’s biggest landslides in recent years and the largest in North America since the collapse of Mount St. Helens in 1980, according to the observatory.
