Event Update For 2015-12-09

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

But the weather people just smile and laugh - sayin' to enjoy it - but i can't help thinking: if it's this hot in Dec. what's it gonna feel like in July?

[geez, so if you thought the warning of high radiation on the west coast of the U.S. was bad yesterday - wait til THIS SHIT wafts overhead!]

Radiation spikes in Fukushima underground ducts — The operator of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant says levels of radioactivity in underground tunnels have sharply risen. Tokyo Electric Power Company has detected 482,000 becquerels per liter of radioactive cesium in water samples taken from the tunnels on December 3rd. That’s 4000 times higher than data taken in December last year. The samples also contained 500,000 becquerels of a beta-ray-emitting substance, up 4,100 times from the same period… They plan to investigate what caused the spike in radiation.

Scientists Unravel Mystery of Bright Spots on Dwarf Planet Ceres

In the first study, scientists determined those unusual areas of brightness are likely deposits of a salty substance comprised of magnesium sulfate, similar to epsom salt on Earth. The deposits were likely left when water-ice sublimated, scientists said. The impact from asteroids would have then unearthed the salty mixture, according to the study.

The second study reported the detection of ammonia-rich clays, suggesting Ceres may have not formed in the asteroid belt and instead may have been born in the outer solar system.

Declassified U.S. Government Report Prepared a Week After Fukushima Accident: “100% of The Total Spent Fuel Was Released to the Atmosphere from Unit 4”

    Hey Mark Austin:

Declassified U.S. Government Report Prepared a Week After Fukushima Accident: “100% of The Total Spent Fuel Was Released to the Atmosphere from Unit 4”

We reported in 2011 that the International Atomic Energy Agency knew within weeks that Fukushima had melted down … but failed and refused to tell the public.

The same year, we reported that the U.S. knew within days of the Fukushima accident that Fukushima had melted down … but failed to tell the public.

    We noted in 2012:

The fuel pools and rods at Fukushima appear to have “boiled”, caught fire and/or exploded soon after the earthquake knocked out power systems. See this, this, this, this and this.

Now, a declassified report written by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission on March 18, 2011 – one week after the tidal wave hit Fukushima – states:

The source term provided to NARAC was: (1) 25% of the total fuel in unit 2 released to the atmosphere, (2) 50% of the total spent fuel from unit 3 was released to the atmosphere, and (3) 100% of the total spent fuel was released to the atmosphere from unit 4. [more]

EPA orders fire prevention steps for troubled St. Louis landfill

ST. LOUIS -- The Environmental Protection Agency on Thursday ordered surface fire prevention measures at a St. Louis-area landfill where nuclear waste was illegally dumped four decades ago.

The order by EPA Region 7 Administrator Mark Hague requires companies associated with West Lake Landfill in Bridgeton to come up with a plan within three weeks to remove trees and brush, place non-combustible material on the surface, and take other steps to prevent future fires.

A faulty utility pole was blamed for an Oct. 24 fire that ignited brush on the landfill's grounds. Hague said the EPA found no evidence the fire created any hazard for nearby homes or businesses.

But it was particularly concerning because of existing problems at the landfill. Nuclear waste dating to the Manhattan Project was dumped there in 1973. Meanwhile, an underground fire smolders no more than 1,200 feet away at the adjoining Bridgeton Landfill. [more]

    Watch your ass, Jonny.
