Event Update For 2013-05-24

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

Category: Unusual Vehicular Accidents
2013-05-24 - RV towing Jeep veers off road at 5:45 AM, plows through stuff, in St. George (Utah), 2 killed, 8 lightly injured:
Quote: "The 40-foot RV, with a 4-door Jeep in tow, was traveling southbound around 5:45 a.m. between the exits of St. George Boulevard and Bluff Street when it careened off the freeway. 'Looks like a mechanical issue with the tire that might have blown,' Trooper Pastor said, adding that investigators found shreds of the front right tire on the roadway."
Quote: "The RV then traveled hundreds of feet down an embankment, across a street, over a field, toppling a fence and cinder block wall and clean through the garage of a duplex. The RV finally stopped just inches from the duplex on the other side of the street."
Quote: "The vehicle was towing a Jeep Wrangler, which became stuck in the first unit that the motorhome smashed through..."
Note: Tire rubber and brake pads are absorbing hydrogen sulfide. Then when brakes are applied, more heat than normal is generated, since hydrogen sulfide burns very hot. Then bad things can happen: tires ignite or explode, brakes burn out or ignite, fluid lines rupture, the entire vehicle goes up in flames, or all of the above. This affects massive vehicles the most - like large RVs with tow vehicles, as in this case - because they require more brake-friction to slow and also tend to have more tires. This was a lot of mass here: a 40-foot RV, plus a towed Jeep, plus 10 people, plus probably lots of stuff to accomodate 10 people...

2013-05-24 - Deadly blaze engulfs auto shop at 5:26 AM in coastal Guangdong Province (China), 9 killed:

Note: The wee hours are when the atmosphere cools and contracts, which will push any hydrogen sulfide or methane floating in the atmosphere above closer to the ground, making explosions, fires and hydrogen sulfide poisoning events more common during those hours...

2013-05-24 - Massive fire billows clouds of thick smoke at recycling facility in Holywell (Britain), near the River Dee:

Quote: "Some properties have been evacuated and nearby residents have been asked to close their windows and doors with thick black smoke billowing from outside the Mainetti recycling factory."

Quote: "The sky is completely black. It’s really scary, I’ve never seen anything like this. Gas cylinders keep on exploding, it’s a massive blaze."

2013-05-24 - Pickup truck, tractor and barn destroyed by fire in Centerburg (Ohio):

Quote: "Hord told firefighters there was nothing in the barn that was flammable such as gasoline or propane tanks."

Note: I bet one or both of those vehicles had a battery, and hydrogen sulfide is reactive with copper, especially electrified copper, like battery cables and other wiring in vehicles. These fires probably start small, with a little sizzling and sparking near a wire, then some plastic or rubber wiring insulation catches fire, then tires, upholstery, plastic, and eventually fuel tanks...

2013-05-24 - Barn destroyed by explosions and fire in Grand Junction (Colorado):

2013-05-24 - Barns and other structures erupt in flames at around 2 AM in Phoenix (Arizona), horses saved:

2013-05-24 - Basement fire hits apartment building before 6 AM in Chicago (Illinois), near Lake Michigan, 12 people homeless:,0,651982.story

Note: Hydrogen sulfide is a heavier-than-air gas and will tend to accumulate in low-lying areas like basements. It's also reactive with copper, especially electrified copper, and many electrical panels are located in basements...

Note: Kansas City sits at the confluence of the Missouri River and the Kansas River...

2013-05-24 - Vacant house burns for second time in two days in coastal Jacksonville (Florida):

Note: Whatever vulnerabilities this home has to the atmospheric hydrogen sulfide and methane problem, putting out the first fire didn't fix them, so of course it was gonna burn again. It'll burn a third time eventually too, and if there's anything left TO burn, it will keep catching fire until there is nothing combustible left...

2013-05-24 - Vacant home bursts into flame in Hinckley (Britain), fire spreads to adjacent occupied house:

2013-05-24 - Man, 25, found dead in lake in Grapeland (Texas):

Quote: "Shearer said he had jumped in the lake and never resurfaced."

Note: Seen this many times now, where someone dives into water, they don't resurface at all, and the next time you see them, they're dead. It appears that if hydrogen sulfide, which is water-soluble, is dissolved into water and you dive into it, death or at least unconsciousness can be almost instantaneous, and if you're unconscious in water then you'll die from drowning anyway. If you breathe it and the concentration is 0.1% (1 part per thousand) then death can also be nigh-instantaneous, the so-called 'Slaughterhouse Sledgehammer Effect', where you're dead before you hit the ground. You'll never know if the water is fatal either, until it's too late...

Quote: "Limestone County Coroner Mike West said the bodies of a driver and passenger in a 2007 Dodge pickup that crashed shortly after 4 a.m. Friday were burned beyond recognition."

Quote: "For whatever reason, the driver lost control of the truck, crossed the westbound lanes, went into a ravine near Glaze Road, struck a tree and burst into flames. A passerby saw the truck on fire and called 911."

Note: I call this the 'standard model' for vehicular accidents these days. Vehicle veers off road, hits tree, bursts into flame, usually with fatalities. Drivers are probably being knocked unconscious by hydrogen sulfide as they drive. It's also a highly flammable gas, so that makes fires more likely too...

2013-05-24 - Pickup truck veers off road, slams utility pole, in Petaluma (California), electrical fires break out across the city:

Quote: "After a Petaluma man cut power to a large number of eastside residents by crashing his truck into a utility pole early Friday, many residents and local businesses reported small electrical fires, smoke wafting out of electrical outlets and one resident even reported its electric meter exploding off of their house."

Quote: "Petaluma Fire Battalion Chief Jeff Holden said that the issues began shortly after the car crash occurred at approximately 1:45 a.m. Friday morning."

2013-05-24 - Pyrenees dog viciously attacks and injures woman in Lebanon (Tennessee):

Quote: "'I've never heard about them attacking people; I've heard of them attacking coyotes coming in on sheep or vultures getting the baby lambs, but as far as them attacking people, no,' said Animal Control Officer Stephanie Cox."

2013-05-24 - Coyotes attack and kill pet dog at home near Bozeman (Montana):

2013-05-24 - Man found dead in car from hydrogen sulfide poisoning in Fife (Washington), 1 mile from the coast:

Quote: "A 911 caller shortly before 10 a.m. reported a suspicious vehicle in the area, with an unconscious man inside and a note taped to the window that said: “Do not open. Hydrogen Sulfide. Call 911."

Note: I suspect the authorities have a bunch of those notes already printed out, that they can slap on vehicles containing dead people, to cover up what's going on, and also perhaps to push the idea into the public consciousness that killing yourself with hydrogen sulfide in vehicles is the new 'in thing' in suicides. There's zero reason for anyone to kill themselves with hydrogen sulfide in a vehicle; vehicles emit carbon monoxide, you go to sleep and never wake up, no fuss, no muss, no danger to others. Use a hose or block the exhaust. There are really only two reasons I can think of why people MIGHT use hydrogen sulfide to kill themselves in a vehicle: 1) if they know what's going on and they want to leave people a clue; 2) if they WANT to cause harm to others after they're dead. In the latter case there would be no note, obviously. Anyone ever seen an image of one of these notes? I haven't. I bet they aren't in the handwriting of the deceased, which means there's really nothing to tie the note to the deceased, other than that 'somebody' put the note on the vehicle containing the corpse...

2013-05-24 - Severe fire season feared for the North Coast in California:

Quote: "Cal Fire crews already have responded to nearly 1,600 wildfires this year, up from 1,050 by the same time last year and nearly double the 850 in an average year."

Quote: "Most years by late May, wildfires have scorched about 3,200 acres in areas that Cal Fire is responsible for, Berlant said. This year it’s been nearly 44,000 acres, he said. 'We have seen a significant increase in our wildfire activity this year,' Berlant said."

Note: So about double the number of fires compared to the average and about 14 times the average acreage has burned, so far...

2013-05-24 - Delta IV launches from Cape Canaveral (Florida):
