Event Update For 2017-06-02

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

2017-06-02 - Hundreds of gigantic craters from past catastrophic methane eruptions found on the sea floor in the Arctic Ocean:

Quote: "Scientists have discovered hundreds of huge craters—some over 3,000 feet wide—on the seafloor of the Arctic Ocean. The craters in the Barents Sea, north of Norway and Russia, formed through huge mounds full of methane exploding suddenly and catastrophically, thousands of years ago. Scientists say the discovery could help explain why so many craters have appeared in Siberia over recent decades, with the same processes causing these explosive events."

  1. Mornin' Jonny. It's absolutely beautiful here in NC and I'm having a fantastic time - chillin' and grillin' on various beaches, eatin' good and enjoying our hosts' (my cousin and his wife) largesse, humor and lovely home. Last day here today.

Thanks for the wit sprinkled throughout you report today.

  3. Looks like the cannibal story may be fake news from a satire website:

  4. Probably, but snopes has been found to be fabricating stuff too. I thought it sounded a bit over the top, but just threw it out there on the headline - I didn't read it first. How crazy was the first face water though? Right? Things are very strange now and it's hard to tell. I agree with your assessment, let's toss that one until more info comes in.

I head home tomorrow, after a great time here in NC.

  5. Glad you had a good time in North Carolina! The only time I was ever in North Carolina was on the way to Grenada, made a pit stop at Fort Bragg, and then made some trips back to Fort Bragg for R&R during my time in Grenada. I had fun when I was in North Carolina, when I wasn't doing Army stuff anyway, although I didn't get to see much of the state.

  6. That was face EATER (above) when I wrote it - damn auto correct.

You were in the service. Did you join up? I was lucky and missed the lottery for Viet Nam.

This is a beautiful state, but like most places it's being overbuilt. 5 years from now there will be thousands of more homes built where there is now wild, untouched natural habitat. In other words it's being ruined as we speak. This is mistaken for progress.

  7. Massive power outage in STL, using cellphone just to let people know wassup. Hopefully back before too long!

  8. Whew, power just came back on, but was down for six hours, so running way behind. That power outage was huge. I took a walk to see what I could see and the lights were out as far as I could see in every direction, including businesses, hospital, gas station, the park, fire station, streetlights on every street in sight, and many homes in many neighborhoods.

  9. Yeah, I joined the Army at age 17, served four years. Parents were gone, and Reagan screwed me out of four years of social security from my mom's death, so I didn't have a lot of options. I wanted to see the world, learn a trade, save some for college. Accomplished the first goal but didn't do much of the other two. Heh.
