Event Update For 2018-01-16

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

The stinky smell has even caused a distraction for students and teachers at schools in the Fairport Central School District. Residents are worried about the landfill's odor and its effect on their health."

Quote: "Fairport Central School District Superintendent Brett Provenzano said it's a distraction for teachers and students. For the past week, he's received two separate complaints about the smell. 'I noticed out the window what seemed like a flash of light. The entire laundry room just kind of like shook, and we all just kind of looked at each other like what was that?'"

Quote: "Dozens of people are reporting the same things and have said it's happened repeatedly in recent weeks."

Quote: "Another theory circulating is cryoseisms or 'frost quakes.'"

    1. I've read and heard a few pretty believable reasons why the warning in Hawaii happened. The crux of the matter is that the official explanation is bullshit. Of course the official explanation on just about every incident is bullshit. I'm sorry to say that I think the likelihood of at least a "limited nuclear exchange" happening this year is pretty high. The world is literally going insane....and we have lots of nukes. Insanity and nuclear weapons do not mix. The old checks against insanity that saved us many times during the cold war are gone, or greatly diminished.

  4. Remember (seems like yesterday) back in 2015 when we were freaking out about the huge herd of Taiga antelope that died suddenly in Kazakhstan, Jonny?

Strange Weather Triggered Bacteria That Killed 200,000 Endangered Antelope

Over the span of three weeks in 2015, more than 200,000 saiga antelope suddenly died in central Kazakhstan.

Scientists knew that bacteria called Pasteurella multocida type B caused the mass death. Now, new research suggests that the bacteria was already present in the animals; it was triggered and became harmful because of a period of unusual weather.

In a paper published today in Science Advances, the scientists say that they believe “virtually 100 percent of adults” already had the organism present in their bodies. An environmental factor must have triggered the bacteria to proliferate and kill these animals at the same time.
The culprit, Kock says, is a period of unusual heat and humidity in the ten days leading up to the mass death. [more]

  5. I've got a fear of the flu. The Hong Kong Flu almost killed me in the late 60s when I was a wee tyke. I got the flu, then along with it came pneumonia in both lungs and bronchitis. My temp spiked to 108F and the doc came rushing to the house (house calls!) and when he saw me, he said get me to the hospital immediately. They put me in an oxygen tent and I spent the next night fighting for my life, every breath an exhausting struggle. More than once I thought about how easy it would be to just give up the struggle and stop breathing, but I fought on and on and on, and eventually fell unconscious. When I woke up, the fever had broken and I had beaten the flu. But man, I never want to go through that again.

  6. Hmmmmmmm.....sounds to me like the driver was unconscious or otherwise incapacitated when he drove off the overpass/bridge near Georgetown, TX. There wasn't any ice at 4 PM yesterday because it had melted hours and hours prior, and the story doesn't mention ice, so....

  7. Jonny I was wondering what you think of this story where sadly a family of four all died in their sleep in an Arizona cabin. The authorities are blaming carbon monoxide due to a leak in the furnace. No doubt Carbon Monoxide is a dangerous gas that kills, but I'm not so sure it was to blame in this instance. My nextdoor neighbor a few years ago had a long time gas leak in the furnace closet. It turns out that the leak had been going on for months, yet no one died of carbon monoxide. I went in there one day and instantly detected the "rotten egg" smell and I told him to get the propane company out and find the leak. Of course my neighbor at the time wasn't very bright because he never put it together that it was gas. He complained of a bad smell in his home for a long time, but until I myself smelled it I didn't know it was a gas leak. I'm still amazed that he didn't at least get sick from breathing that gas for so long. Anyway, long story short, I'm thinking that carbon monoxide will be getting the blame a lot when in actuality it is hydrogen sulfide. Don't know if that's this case with this story, but I wouldn't be surprised.

  8. As a postcript to my comment on the carbon monoxide story: I realize now that my neighbor's experience with a leak is probably not comparable with what happened with this family. His leak was in then line feeding the furnace, not in the furnace itself. Carbon monoxide happens with combustion. The story said there was a leak in the furnace, not a gas line feeding the furnace.

  9. Some of the other stories about that event mentioned a 'significant smell of gas' when responders arrived. So, a rotten egg odor, since carbon monoxide is odorless. This could have been a combination event. Hydrogen sulfide getting sucked into the HVAC unit could CAUSE a system malfunction and elevated levels of carbon monoxide AND kill the people AND result in a 'gas smell'. All we're ever gonna know for sure is that four people got gassed to death in that cabin by some form of gas.
