Event Update For 2018-01-05

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

2018-01-05 - Unknown 'gas smell' evacuates movie theater in Edwardsville (Illinois):

Quote: "Morgan praised theater staff for taking proper precautions. He said there was no gas issue discovered by fire department personnel."

Note: Only a false alarm in the sense that no natural gas was detected. That means someone smelled something that smells LIKE the odorant added to natural gas, e.g. a rotten egg odor. So probably just a little poison gas blowing through town and getting sucked in through the HVAC system, which can't be detected with natural gas detectors. Edwardsville is about 9 miles east (downwind) of the Mississippi River as the gas blows...

  3. Whoops! Thought I'd finished the bolding - back to work I go!

  4. Ah, there we go, much better. If I ever forget that again, please let me know again. I'm sure I would've noticed that eventually, but better sooner than later. It's not like there's no point to it - the bolding lets me highlight little details here and there that seem worth noting and that's all lost without the bolding.

  5. Tom suggested that I should contact the Georgetown, TX PD and share this link with them regarding their investigation of the 18 year old girl who was found dead in her bed. That thought did cross my mind and I may just go ahead. I did just post in the comments of that story on the KXAN site a brief synopsis of JJFH with a link. We'll see if the station's moderator lets it go through to post.

    1. Nope. They didn't let my comment through. Not surprised really. But they did let an asshole speculate that the young lady died of a drug overdose, even though there's no indication she was ever a druggie. Oh but let's not let anything of substance get through! Oh no, no, no!

Meanwhile, also from KXAN, another "suspicious deadly vehicular crash" in the same county as Georgetown....

Another singular vehicle deadly crash, that is.

  6. I wouldn't count on anyone doing anything. It's apparently too big for most people's minds to handle, so they just shrug it off as nonsense or whatever, probably without thinking about the fact that they're actually betting their lives that it's nonsense, and if they find out they made a bad bet there, they'll be apt to wake up dead sooner rather than later. Along with everyone they care about, of course.

  7. Yeah, and I definitely will NOT be contacting any police department. Especially Williamson County po po. Even though it is now a big suburban county, the law enforcement still has the mentality of the stereoptypical rural Texas backwards-ass-fuck county. And even though they love themselves some Jesus, it is also a very corrupt county. I'll just leave that there because I don't want to say how I know of its corruption. But really, pretty much all counties are corrupt. Goverments from the biggest to the smallest are peopled by shitheads and crooks.

  8. Thanks for not taking it as any kind of criticism Jonny. i'm here to help.

Mike D. - good job, buddy, linking this site to the actual comment section of the story - at least you tried! Jonny's probably right about nobody doing anything about it, and i would add that the people in charge may even KNOW (at least in some cases), but any "underlings" are kept from saying anything that would "spook the herd" by their superiors, under threat of losing their jobs.

Hey, it ain't just the U.S. Navy having problems navigating:
Iranian tanker collides with freighter off China; 32 missing

BEIJING — An Iranian oil tanker collided with a bulk freighter and caught fire off China's east coast, leaving the tanker's entire crew of 32 missing and causing it to spill oil into the sea, authorities said Sunday.

It wasn't immediately clear what caused the collision. [more]

[care to speculate, Jonny? perhaps it's a different set of circumstances in this case than with the 3 or 4 Navy collisions, but still - why does this keep happening, where it used to be a rare occurrence?]

  9. Does seem odd, doesn't it? All the ships crashing around, I mean, especially in the last, say, six months. You got me - the navigators having 'medical issues' here and there? Really, I haven't a clue, but it's certainly getting noticeably strange and aberrant, the frequency of these ship-hitting-ship collisions.

  10. Hey Guys,
Sitting on the wings reading the commentary first thing every day with my coffee - words fail don't they ? Full-on exponential apocalyptic as we speak that'd maybe start to cover it.Crazy-serious-bad-stuff happening everywhere.I have a lot of sympathy for all the people who are suffering so much all over the place. Sounds a bit lame I suppose. But, anyway, yes, hottest day EVER here in Western Sydney which is round about where I live - 117 odd degrees F. Not good. A seaplane just dropped out of the sky and plonked into a river just out of town about a week ago - all six people died. Might have been in one of your reports somewhere. Along with the pilot the others on board were all tourists from the UK as it happened. Apparently just stalled and dropped out of the sky.Good plane, good pilot, good company, however.... As "we" know there's a lot more of that kind of thing happening of late than was usual. There's an endless list of disasters as we read about everyday and it's ramping up - BIG TIME. Interesting times to sat the least.
All the best to everyone. Take care and enjoy the ride as best you can.I was watching the movie adaptation of Jules Verne's novel The Time Machine yesterday. One of those might come in handy but a bit nerve wracking thinking about where to go though...probably wouldn't bother just go down with the ship of fate. Always get wordy the morning after a six pack, sorry, but it was hot !

  11. Wow, lotta Toms out there! Pennsylvania Tom, Canada Tom, Australia Tom. It's the Tompocalypse!

117F sounds awful. I guess now you're getting an idea of what shrimp on the barbie feels like from the shrimp's perspective. It hit 108F here in Missouri this past summer, which, while not a record, was the hottest it's been here while I've been on this planet. And THAT was brutal, so I'm sure 117F must have wilted the whole city where you are.

If anything huge happens Down Under, please feel free to post and let the rest of us know. I try to see what I can, but I think they've kinda got the world all segmented, news-wise, so I don't think I really see a full representation of all the goings-on in Australia and could easily miss something that you might notice. (The plane crash was big news worldwide, so I did catch that one.)

  12. Tom N., it's good to here from you again! The other day I was researching the old posts from 2016 for my stat report, saw your name, wondered how you were doing and here you are. Amazing.

You have the brutal heat 'down' there in Penrith I posted about it this morning. I have a feeling we'll be dealing with that this coming summer here in the States, and I'm not looking forward to it. I don't mind low 90' s hot, but once ya hit triple digits you're talking life-threatening. I read somewhere that freezing to death is actually not too bad a way to go physiologically, but heat death is hard on the organs and the mind.

So be careful, mate! Be cool 😎!
