Event Update For 2015-05-29

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

2015-05-29 - Naked man runs around in parking lot at business in Denver (Colorado):

Quote: "There was a strange scene at a grocery store parking lot in Denver Friday, as police arrested a man running around naked from the waist down. The incident occurred at around noon at the King Soopers on Leetsdale Drive at South Monaco Parkway. Officers say the man was acting with 'excited delirium' and they were worried about the safety of people in the area."

Note: In October, a woman fell unconscious and 28 people sickened, some experienced 'flu-like' symptoms and some experienced 'excited delirium', at a turkey plant in Willmar (Minnesota). They tested for ammonia, carbon monoxide, found nothing, and found no leaks of any chemicals at the plant. They didn't test for hydrogen sulfide, and that was almost certainly hydrogen sulfide that got into that plant via the HVAC system or through an open window or door or through the sewer system. Hydrogen sulfide is neurotoxic and if it doesn't kill you outright then you may experience hallucinations, aberrant behavior, memory loss, and some people say it makes them hot, which is why people are increasingly stripping naked as they go insane. Also on that same day that the workers sickened at that turkey plant in Willmar (Minnesota) there was also a HazMat incident where unknown fumes sickened seven TSA agents at the airport in Minneapolis (Minnesota), both events mentioned in the 2014-10-18 update...

Apocalypse Soon: California’s Snowpack Is Gone

"The California Department of Water Resources reported Friday that mountain snowpack across the state was 0 percent of normal for May 29. That means that even before summer begins, there will essentially be no more of the crucial mountain snowmelt that California relies on to replenish the streams, rivers, and reservoirs that supply water to cities and farms."

[so is this view to the extreme right or left of Guy McPherson?]

  2. Wow, that is very scary. No snowpack at all, and summer not even BEGUN yet. The amount of food that can be grown in California will be on the decline from here on out then. Hmmm, fish dying, Texas crops failing, poultry dying in the Midwest, California drying up. Not looking good!

I run for Senate on a narrow platform. It’s more of a single board, really. If elected, I promise to monomaniacally create and support legislation that combats climate change.

This is not some sort of henny-penny scheme. It’s about realistic assessment and hard work.

Literally nothing else will influence my decision-making and my political dealing. I will use the power of the law to brutalize the most brutal climate offenders and smack some sense into all of us.

It will be a rough job, no doubt, but it can’t be that much rougher than going about my business like an ignorant sham of a man, willfully blind to the fact that my kids will come of age in an apocalyptic wasteland of our own making.

I will be the first to admit that I’m not a perfect candidate. I’m barely qualified, and a survey of my personal history will undoubtedly expose me as an embarrassment to myself in almost every regard that does not include this singular act of rationality.
