Event Update For 2015-02-27

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

Category: Fires And Explosions

2015-02-27 - Recycling warehouse destroyed by huge fire on Lake Avenue in Largo (Florida), near the coast, nobody there:

Note: Also see the home that was damaged by fire and explosions in Largo on this day...

2015-02-27 - Landfill erupts in flame in coastal Mumbai (India), noxious smoke flows over the city:

Quote: "With no official information on the incident since Thursday, residents have taken to Twitter to report thick smog, low visibility and a rancid smell in the air."

Note: That doesn't look remotely healthy. From the full hypothesis: "Trash-related facilities such as recycling centers and landfills will burn hard too, as hydrogen sulfide is absorbed into flammable absorbent materials like wood, paper, cardboard, straw, hay, dried brush, generic trash, clothing, cotton, wool."

Not quite a year ago, one of the few remaining major international insurers bowed out of the recycling business due to the rise in such fires and their often very high costs, mentioned in the 2014-04-04 update. The insurers may not understand WHY there's been a rise in such fires, but they don't have to understand - the fact that there have been so many such fires was all by itself enough to drive them out. For them, the reason is pretty much irrelevant. Only the cost matters...

2015-02-27 - Underground explosions blow several manholes off in Auburn (New York), near Owasco Lake:

Quote: "Neither NYSEG nor the Auburn Fire Department found an immediate source of the gas leak."

Note: Maybe they can't find a leak because there isn't one...

2015-02-27 - Sports complex heavily damaged by explosion in Echo Bay (Canada), near Lake Huron:

2015-02-27 - Mysterious explosions shake homes and rattle people in coastal Port Angeles (Washington):

Quote: "Several who reported hearing the booms on Facebook said the sounds seemed to be coming from the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Spokesmen from the U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. Navy each said Thursday their units have not taken part in any activity that could produce loud booms in the Strait on Wednesday. They said they had no knowledge of any event on the Strait that could explain the explosions."

Note: Mysterious booms just hit coastal Eureka (California) too, mentioned in the 2015-02-25 update. Looks like the methane clathrates on the West Coast are likely dissociating (melting) now, just like the big deposit is off the East Coast. In 2013, a 'naturally occurring methane release' occurred in Santa Monica Bay (California), mentioned in the 2013-03-03 update. People complained of a 'foul odor' during that event, and methane is odorless, so that was both methane AND hydrogen sulfide that the ocean burped up that time...

2015-02-27 - Smoke in cabin sends passenger plane to emergency landing in Johnstown (Pennsylvania):

Note: Not a big fire, some 'electrical shorting', but while the event itself in this instance was minor, the TREND is what's worth paying attention to. This is the 23rd aircraft to smoke or burn in 2015...

2015-02-27 - Cargo ship 'Kosmas V' hit by explosion, gas released, in coastal Drepano (Greece), 1 killed, 3 injured:

Quote: "Four of the 22 mainly East European crew members of the 'Kosmas V' lost consciousness after having inhaled poisonous gases in a cargo hold on Feb 26, 2015, as the vessel was about to offload its cargo of coal in Drepano port. When the sailors opened the hold, an explosion occurred and gas was set free. One Spanish sailor of 45 died, three others were taken to hospital. One man, aged 33, was critical, the two others were stable."

2015-02-27 - Container ship 'Naja Arctica' hit by fire in coastal Aalborg (Denmark):

Note: Here's a Google Maps link of the area...

2015-02-27 - Boat, motorcycles, utility vehicles and garage destroyed by fire at home in Kimball Township (Michigan):

Quote: "The garage was a total loss. The fire also destroyed several vehicles inside the garage, including off road utility vehicles, a boat, and motorcycles, Gratz said."

2015-02-27 - Two fishing boats destroyed by fire while docked in coastal North Jakarta (Indonesia):

Note: These are the 183rd, 184th, 185th, 186th, 187th, 188th and 189th boats or ships to burn in 2015...

2015-02-27 - Tractor trailer bursts into flame on Route 66 in Washington Township (Pennsylvania):

2015-02-27 - Three semi tractors destroyed by fire while parked at trucking business in Burke (Texas):

Quote: "Angelina County firefighters battled a large blaze at Fleetwood Transportation in Burke Friday night that started with one rig and quickly spread to two neighboring trucks."

Note: After all the many many times that this has happened, you'd think people would wise up and stop parking vehicles near things they don't want to burn. On the other hand, if you've got half a million bucks to blow, I'm sure a big-ass triple-semi bonfire is quite a spectacle!

2015-02-27 - Semi tractor and two semi trailers destroyed by explosion and fire while parked at business in Fontana (California):

Note: These are the 341st, 342nd, 343rd, 344th and 345th tractors/tankers/semis to burn in 2015...

2015-02-27 - Deadly fire destroys home at 5:30 AM, started on porch, in Bloomington (Illinois), 1 killed:

Note: Porches are a serious danger now. They're usually outdoors so they're fully exposed to any hydrogen sulfide and/or methane blowing through in the atmosphere. If they're made of wood and they contain any electrified copper (doorbells, lights, dimmer switches) or rusty iron/steel (nails, bolts, hinges, old BBQ grills, etc), then the hydrogen sulfide can ignite the porch. And then to make things worse, porches usually don't have smoke detectors, so by the time any indoor detectors start shrieking, escape routes may already be cut off, and then people die. The smoke itself may also contain hydrogen sulfide from contaminated wood burning, and that can drop you dead with one breath. Even if it merely knocks you unconscious, there's a fire burning, so you might die anyway...

2015-02-27 - Man, 36, goes on gun rampage and 74 year old woman drops dead, in Tyrone (Missouri), 8 killed:

Note: They say maybe he found the woman dead and that set him off. Maybe a cloud of hydrogen sulfide blew through and killed her AND drove this guy insane. She was 74 and a woman so it would take less poison to kill her; what might kill HER might just drive a grown man insane. Can't exactly ask him any questions, him being dead and all. In any case, as the atmospheric contamination continues to intensify, it definitely looks like crazy violent behavior is on the rise too. Sometimes it'll be people with knives, sometimes guns, and for the REALLY seriously brain-damaged - so damaged they can't even speak anymore and can only growl (that's damage to the speech center of the brain), like the original face-eater and others like him - then they'll just use their teeth and hands to attack...

2015-02-27 - Responders train for landing gear collapse on passenger plane at Bournemouth Airport in coastal Christchurch (Britain):

  1. Man it's miserable here - about 2 inches of snow and now freezing rain and sleet to top it off, and this because it finally warmed up!

Fallen 50-tonne rock blocks main mountain road near Moûtiers, France

100 Georges Turtles found dead or dying in Bellinger river, Australia

Thanks for another convincing report Jonny.

  2. Just got another 6 inches of snow here too. And Dallas got some heavy rain but then the temps dropped and everything iced up, so they had to cancel 1000 flights at the airport, breaking the previous record of 600 cancelled flights:

Definitely not a normal winter. I don't know whether it's the hotter air pushing into the north, which pushes the cold Arctic air south, or whether it's the cumulative effect of all the volcanoes erupting. It's probably some of both.

I'm grateful my house has a pretty slanty roof. I heard piles of snow sloughing off all morning, and that made me think of all those buildings collapsing in Massachusetts. If we're going to be getting pounded by heavy snowfall more regularly now then flat roofs seem kinda dangerous.
