Event Update For 2015-10-15

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

  1. See, now that's what i'm so pissed about - the UNDER-REPORTING of these stories (and usually no follow-up). Like the polystyrene blocks just magically bursting into flames - HOW DID THEY IGNITE? Fuckin' "journalists" can't even ask OBVIOUS questions!

Powerful Typhoon Koppu brings catastrophic flooding, damaging winds to Philippines; 12-24 inches of rain expected

[last i looked there's another one behind this]

SOTT has an article about how the Earth is about to go into a new Ice Age. It completely ignores the goddamn warming that's evident all over the planet, so i'm not even going to bother with it.

  2. Heh, yeah, I know, they're kinda biased in that direction. Brazil's baking in 109 degree temps now, people fleeing to the beaches to cool off, but it's barely spring there:

Now Europe may see some cold, since the heat that the ocean current usually brings to Europe may be stalling. But that heat doesn't just disappear. If it's not going to Europe then it's gonna back up around North America, which will make the East Coast methane clathrates dissociate even quicker. And already we've had multiple nuclear plants shut down for short periods (so far) on the East Coast because the ocean was too warm to cool them.

  3. Breaking - 32 buses go up in flames while parked in Bnei Barak (Israel), near the coast:

Quote: "Hours later, firefighters managed to control the flames. Following the incident, the Dan bus company confirmed that the fire struck 32 buses but caused no injuries..."

  4. See - what CAUSED the bus fire? Arson, terrrrrism? Piss poor reporting.

Funnel cloud, waterspout mix appears in Consiton, Ontario

  5. super late night edition for a fucked up Tom:

Massive dust storm rolls through Arizona; thousands without power

Incredibly venomous yellow-bellied sea snake spotted in California for the first time in 30 years

At least one yellow-bellied sea snake, which lives its entire life in the ocean, was recently spotted on a beach in the Oxnard area.

[Oxnard? nobody goes to Oxnard anymore .. .]

Nuclear power kills! Nuclear Regulatory Commission cancelled its nuclear site cancer study

The US's Nuclear Regulatory Commission just cancelled its study into cancer near nuclear plants citing the 'excessive cost' of $8 million, writes Chris Busby. Of course that's rubbish - similar studies in the UK have been carried out for as little as £600 per site, and in any case $8 million is small change for the NRC. The real reason is to suppress the unavoidable conclusion: nuclear power kills.

    [oh, lovely .... ..]
