Event Update For 2015-10-11

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

Emergency as fire burns near nuclear site
This was headlines a couple of years ago. I had been wondering what had transpired.

AP: Catastrophic event could release radioactive fallout over major U.S. metropolitan area

Gov’t issues emergency plan as fire burns near nuclear site
Report: “World is on brink of nuclear disaster”
Senator: “What we have… could end up as Chernobyl”

[includes numerous commentary from news sources and politicians as well as a 2.5 min. video]

You live near a dangerous area Jonny - stay safe; if you gotta bug out, you can always hole-up at my place in burning, crash-ridden, sink-hole infested PA!

  2. That's a very kind offer, and I'll hope I never have occasion to take you up on it, although you do make PA sound pretty incredible, in a burny, crashy, hole-ridden kind of way!

I doubt most people are aware of the serious nature of the threat that that landfill fire poses. Smoke from that fire, if it hits the radioactive stuff - that'd be horrible. One little ash particle attached to ONE plutonium atom or something, gets lodged in your lungs, boom, cancer, death. Probably not real quick or anything, but more of the long drawn-out suffering kind of death.

  3. Yeah - the same holds for both Fukushima and Chernobyl radiation that's still blowing around in the wind or settled on the ground (if not washed into the soil by now), not to mention 3-Mile Island here in PA (another great reason to visit)!

Radiation is only going to get far worse as the over 440 nuke plants, 1200 storage pools, medical waste and nuclear weapons go unattended once civilization collapses. We're really in deep shit on a LOT of fronts (as you know).

Seriously though I could put you and your wife up if you had to move in a hurry for a while. Info can be obtained by e-mail (address, phone #). It's probably a 2 day trip to here by car (couple hours by plane and I could pick "youse" up at the airport).

Britain faces longest winter in 50 years after earliest ever arrival of Siberian swan

The first Bewick's swan of the year has arrived at the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust reserve at Slimbridge.

Britain is facing its longest winter in 50 years after the earliest-ever arrival of a Siberian swan which traditionally heralds the start of the season.

Each year around 300 Bewick's swans migrate 2,500 miles from Arctic Russia to escape the approaching cold weather which follows closely behind them.

They flock to the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust reserve at Slimbridge, Glos, where their arrival has been recorded since 1963.

The first bird arrived on Sunday - a full 25 days earlier than last year and the earliest date on record.

It coincided with the first frosts of the autumn in the area and experts say its early return could be a sign of a long, hard winter ahead. [more]
