Event Update For 2014-08-24

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

2014-08-24 - At least 570 new seeps found venting methane along the East Coast (United States):

Quote: "The team behind the new findings studied what is termed the continental margin, the region of the ocean floor that stands between the coast and the deep ocean. In an area between North Carolina and Massachusetts, they have now found at least 570 seeps at varying depths between 50m and 1,700m. Their findings came as a bit of a surprise. 'It is the first time we have seen this level of seepage outside the Arctic that is not associated with features like oil or gas reservoirs or active tectonic margins,' said Prof Adam Skarke from Mississippi State University, who led the study."

Note: It's no surprise to me, seeing as I've been saying this was happening - and that the problem is escalating - for years now. On the plus side, they're 'only' about four years behind now, so I can dimly make them out in my rearview mirror, which is refreshingly new. Maybe they'll even catch up completely BEFORE we're all dead. Not going to hold my breath on that though...

2014-08-24 - Residential building damaged by explosion in Sao Paulo (Brazil), near the coast, 3 injured:

Quote: "In May, a similar gas explosion in a fitness center on Sao Paulo's outskirts claimed two lives, and nine people got injuries of varying severity. A large part of the building, which contained water heaters for the swimming pool, collapsed during the explosion."

2014-08-24 - Landfill rocked by explosion and fire in Boone County, near Walton (Kentucky):

Quote: "The Bavarian Waste Facility at 12764 McCoy’s Ford Road had an explosion that witnesses said sent a fireball into the air. The explosion was so strong it shook the ground and caused brief power outages in the area, according to reports. Fireman said after the explosion a fire ensued, followed by a smaller explosion."

2014-08-24 - Four tractor trailers destroyed by explosions and fire just before 3 AM at business in Indianapolis (Indiana):

Quote: "A truck caught fire near the Stoops Freightliner parking lot on the city's south side early Sunday. The fire was reported just before 3 a.m. in the 1800 block of Thompson Road, where it spread to several other freight trucks parked in the lot."

Quote: "Witnesses said they heard loud booms then a fire broke out at a business on the south side."

Quote: "Officials say they found four semi tractors on fire in the back lot. No one was hurt and no buildings were damaged. Officials say a small amount of diesel fuel spilled and went into drains. A hazardous materials team was sent to the scene to clean up the fuel. Damage was estimated at $450,000. The four trucks are a total loss."

Note: So the fire started in one truck and spread to three more. Basically the same as the various parking lots of vehicles that have been burning, except this parking lot only contained freight trucks. They'd be wise not to park their trucks next to other trucks, or they're gonna experience way more destruction than they would if they kept them separated. Plus, once we're out of tractor trailers then there will be no more fertilizer getting to farms, or medicine to drugstores, or food to grocery stores, or gas to gas stations, and any of those things will be somewhat of an inconvenience to people who want to continue living...

Police searching for a California man with drug resistant tuberculosis

August 2014 – CALIFRONIA - This man’s illness is so serious that there was a warrant issued for his arrest. The young man, age 24, named Agustin Zeferino recently decided to stop treatment for his highly contagious disease. What are we talking about, a drug-resistant form of tuberculosis. He hadn’t been seen at treatment for two weeks according to Santa Barbara County Public Health Officials. He has the most dangerous form of tuberculosis, which can be fatal if not treated. It is unclear at this time why he decided to discontinue his medical treatment. Drug-resistant tuberculosis is a very rare form the disease and is highly contagious. It is easily spread by coughing and sneezing. This is the second time a warrant has been issued for a tuberculosis patient refusing their treatment. In fact just last month Eduardo Rosas Cruz, 25 years of age, was arrested in Fresno.

Public Health officials said it is common for patients to disappear for a short time, but said they generally return before any legal action is taken. If an extended period of time has gone by, than Public Health Officials work with District Attorneys when deciding whether to press criminal charges or not. The drug-resistant form of tuberculosis generally takes 18-24 months of treatment, but is curable. Treatment cannot be forced upon a patient by law. The only power Health Officials have is to use the courts to try and isolate the patient from the public. Up to this point they have not been locate the missing 24 year old man. They are doing everything they can to find him and ensure the health and safety of the public. This disease is very serious and Public Health official hope to find him before anyone else has a chance to get infected. –Dumb Out

  4. The 2 comments above were both from me, Jonny. Forgot to sign (you can probably tell from the URL or something).

  5. Could be the missing tuberculosis guy is dead somewhere in a ditch or ravine or lake too, not just trying to avoid treatment or whatever. Might never find him in that case.
