Event Update For 2021-05-20

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

2021-05-20 - Algae blooms spewing foul odor in coastal Palm Beach County (Florida):

Quote: "Sylvester said the smell is right outside his front door. '[The smell is] almost like you've been to the dump. It's almost like sewer smell,' Sylvester said. 'Every day it keeps getting bigger and bigger and bigger.'"

Note: That 'sewer smell' is hydrogen sulfide being generated by anaerobic archaea and bacteria as they eat dead algae. It's a heavier-than-air gas so it'll tend to accumulate in low-lying areas. If it reaches a concentration of 1 part per thousand it will be immediately fatal to anyone that gets a whiff. It's probably not great for your health to be smelling ANY poison gas regularly, of course, even at lower concentrations...

The momentary blast sends both workers' hard hats flying off their heads as they each turn to avoid the flames. Just as they turn around, the asphalt beneath their feet begins to bulge and bursts open, leaving large cracks in the ground from which gas appears to escape, the video shows. Witnesses who hear the eruption turn and run the other way. In the footage, the nearby e-bike rider has his back turned to the explosion and is unable to respond in time as the road beneath his feet violently erupts and throws him clean off his vehicle. The rider flies headlong toward the ground as the road settles once more and blast debris falls from the sky."
