Event Update For 2020-03-17

http://jumpingjackflashhypothesis.blogspot.com/2012/02/jumping-jack-flash-hypothesis-its-gas.html

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

2020-03-17 - Dire new report forces US and UK to change course on coronavirus strategy:
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8119457/Britains-coronavirus-measures-18-months-Imperial-College-London-warns.html

http://www.imperial.ac.uk/mrc-global-infectious-disease-analysis/news--wuhan-coronavirus/

Quote: "The scientists emphasised there will be no end in sight to the measures until a vaccine is created."

Note: Basically, the report suggests that if we go into full lockdown mode until a vaccine is available then the US would see more than a million fewer deaths and the UK would see 250,000 fewer deaths. If we don't go into full lockdown then many more people will die due to overloaded healthcare systems. To put those numbers in context, in World War II, 405,000 US soldiers died, so lack of lockdown would cost more than twice as many lives as we lost in all of World War II. So, is that even possible, full lockdown for that long? No schools or bars or restaurants or theaters for 12-18 months or so? And there's no guarantee that there'll be a vaccine ready in 18 months either. Maybe we'll never come up with one quickly enough to make a difference before the virus mutates again...

Quote: "The bombshell dropped Tuesday — so brace yourselves, parents. California schools are unlikely to reopen before the summer recess — and there’s a possibility classes may not return until fall, Gov. Gavin Newsom said in a press conference last night."

Note: They call it a bombshell, but I half expected this, and not just in California. Schools and school buses are excellent places for the virus to spread from person to person. I'd be surprised if ALL schools in the US aren't shuttered until fall, and I won't be overly surprised if they don't actually reopen in the fall. Actually, I wouldn't be too awfully shocked if schools never open again...

Quote: "Without a transplant, Branson said his surgeon told him last week that he might only have about 30 to 45 days to live. But he said the hospital considers the surgery needed to remove part of his uncle’s liver to be elective — and therefore nonessential."

Note: One of Trump's former advisors says we could see a million lost jobs in March alone. A 20% unemployment rate would be the worst since the Great Depression...

2020-03-17 - 'D' word (depression) rears head as coronavirus-hit markets brace for recession:
http://www.reuters.com/article/uk-health-coronavirus-stocks-economy-usa/d-word-rears-head-as-coronavirus-hit-markets-brace-for-recession-idUSKBN2140IA
http://www.fin24.com/Economy/World/watch-d-word-rears-head-as-coronavirus-hit-markets-brace-for-recession-20200318

Note: I mentioned just the day before that during the two big stock plunges during the Great Depression, people at the time had no idea that the Great Depression had begun. That may very well be where we are today in regards to a Second Great Depression: it's begun but we haven't yet realized it. It's a backwards-looking thing, so people at the beginning don't know at the time that it's begun...

  1. What a prescient observation, Jonny! i too think we've begun the long slog down (to eventually OUT) and that we're just making up our attitudes about it as we go along - the worse it gets, the more 'doomy' we become. Schools were an anachronism even before this virus hit. With internet development we should have somehow connected content with inquisitive students over the wires and INDIVIDUALLY. That way students, who always learn at their own rate (despite all the misleading rhetoric from "school officials"), can "get it" at their own pace (be it history, philosophy, math, science). The activity part would have taken care of itself (if nothing else, out of sheer boredom or over-saturation in ones line of inquiry).

Lots of people are now voicing their opinion that this thing isn't going to just end in a couple months, and that life as we've known it is gone forever. i agree, we (here at JJFH) have foreseen this coming for YEARS now - the trigger point of a long collapse scenario (that drops precipitously, then stabilizes for a short time, before falling again until we reach "bottom").

[other experts say otherwise, thus Mike's "we'll never know"]
Coronavirus is not a bioweapon created in a lab, scientists say. A team of researchers including an expert in infectious diseases from Edinburgh University have published a report in the respected journal Nature Medicine exploring the origins of SARS-CoV-2, another name for the feared virus which causes Covid-19. Both American and Chinese officials have raised questions about whether the virus was a manmade bioweapon, whilst Trump has dubbed it the "China virus". Herald

[The trouble with "experts" is that they always see things in the way they have been trained to see them. For example, the "experts" that The Herald quotes above have no idea how DARPA works or how far along the research/technology is!]

The US ‘vengefully’ refusing to lift sanctions; all responsible for any destructive ramifications. Iran has lashed out at the US for “vengefully” refusing to lift its “unlawful and collective punishment” amid the country’s battle against the COVID19 outbreak, stressing all countries need to work together if they seek to emerge victorious against the fatal pandemic. Despite that, he has been about the best communicator on this (along with, in my mind, TruNews) and for that he has my gratitude.

He was also told that contrary to what we are being told young people in their 30's are badly affected (I have seen this elsewhere) and left with bad scarring and permanent damage to the lungs. This pandemic will have a second round and in that it is young people that suffer multiple organ failure and die quickly.

He revealed that there are RUMOURS (not verified) that martial law is about to be declared in Portland, Oregon.

It sure might feel apocalyptic. But not if you ask Christian writers and pastors who have spent years focusing their message on the Book of Revelation — the New Testament’s final book. It lays out a lurid, poetic vision of the End Times, in which many evangelical leaders interpret it to mean that Jesus will return to Earth, believers will be raptured to heaven and those left behind will suffer seven dreadful years of calamities. Most of these Revelation-focused prophesiers don’t see coronavirus as heralding the Second Coming and the end of life on Earth as we know it. [more]

Are you prepared for the nationwide shutdown that is happening now to last for the next 18 months? You may not believe that such a thing will happen, but the federal government apparently does. A 100 page government plan marked “For Official Use Only // Not For Public Distribution or Release” was obtained by the New York Times, and it paints a very bleak picture of what is coming. If the projections in this document are anywhere close to accurate, large numbers of Americans will die, the U.S. economy will completely implode, and we will see widespread civil unrest. So let us pray that the assessments in this government plan turn out to be dead wrong. [more]

Not sure it's the greatest plan though, if it is a plan. Bioweapons have the same flaw as poison gas - it's apt to blow back on you and hurt you as bad as your enemy or even worse. Still, there could be a 'desperate times, desperate measures' aspect to their thinking, if any of this is true.

Trump’s Plan to Stockpile Oil Plan Has a Rotten-Egg Smell
    https://www.yahoo.com/finance/news/trump-plan-stockpile-oil-plan-154155278.html

The problem is sulfur — which smells like rotten eggs — or rather the lack of it in the crude pumped from wells drilled into the shale rocks of Texas and elsewhere.

About two-thirds of the spare capacity in the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, or SPR, is for sour crude — with a sulfur content of more than 0.5% — but the crude pumped from the shale formations of West Texas and elsewhere in the U.S. has very low concentrations of sulfur, if any at all. This will make it unsuitable for blending into the sour crude stored in the SPR. [more]

The DNC Collective has assimilated yet another species, the Borg King Joe Biden proudly announced Thursday morning.

Species 10027, Tulsi Gabbard, was successfully injected with nanoprobes and assimilated into the Borg's campaign, according to Biden's statement. Gabbard quickly lost all principles and independent thought and began tirelessly working to further the purposes of the mysterious Borg species, sources inside the Borg Cube indicated.

"We will add your biological and political distinctiveness to our own," the Borg King told Gabbard in a speech celebrating the acquisition of her body into the Borg Collective. "Your campaign will adapt to service us. Resistance is futile." The crowd of gathered Borg erupted in drone-like applause to indicate their approval of the new addition.

"Joe Biden is the best choice for our nation," she said dutifully as soon as the process was complete. "There are five lights. War is good. Biden is good."

Gabbard — or Species 10027, as she is now known — was spotted shortly afterward distributing campaign buttons for the Borg King, who sneered at his new prize, "Human. We used to be exactly like them. Flawed, weak, organic. But we evolved."

    1. Well Tulsi was taken to the DNC woodshed where she got a good whipping. Or maybe just dressed down. Now she is politically finished. Being a maverick was the only appeal she had to build on.

Oh well.....it's all moot. She like everyone has no future anyway.

    Viruses are pH sensitive
    https://www.sott.net/article/431002-Viruses-are-pH-sensitive

Despite the fact that pH medicine offers us a key to treating viral infections that is easy, safe and inexpensive, they and even alternative health care providers just cannot wrap their heads around baking soda as one of the most important medicines we can use to fight the coronavirus.

Raising pH (to an alkaline state) increases the immune system's ability to kill bacteria, concludes The Royal Free Hospital and School of Medicine in London. The viruses and bacteria which cause bronchitis and colds thrive in an acidic environment. Keeping our pH in the slightly alkaline range of 6.8-7.2 can reduce the risk and lessen the severity of colds, sore throats and bouts of influenza.

When we thoroughly add alkalinity we invariably have mild attacks of viral infections and the same is true for bacterial and fungus infections. There is significant decrease in median number of colony forming bacteria and fungi in the lungs of pneumonia patients when sodium bicarbonate is used compared to saline.

Medical scientists have already concluded that a 8.4% solution of bicarbonate is safe inhibitory drug for respiratory bacterial, fungal, and mycobacterial growth. Slow infusions of NaHCO3 (bicarbonate) can also be used to treat non-anion gap metabolic acidosis and some forms of increased anion gap acidosis, a common enough problem in ICU patients with serious lung infections.

Viruses infect host cells by fusion with cellular membranes at low pH. Thus they are classified as "pH-dependent viruses." Drugs that increase intracellular pH (alkalinity within the cell) have been shown to decrease infectivity of pH-dependent viruses. Since such drugs can provoke negative side effects, the obvious answer are natural techniques that can produce the same results. There is no pharmaceutical that can compete with sodium bicarbonate for changing the pH of the bodies fluids.

pH medicine will definitively work because viruses are pH dependent and sodium bicarbonate is available everywhere and costs almost next to nothing. In hospitals bicarbonate is easily administered intravenously.

Solar light is another important factor producing viral inactivation, through the action of UV radiation. Viruses survive better in the dark than when exposed to sunlight.
