Event Update For 2020-01-03

http://jumpingjackflashhypothesis.blogspot.com/2012/02/jumping-jack-flash-hypothesis-its-gas.html

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

A man driving a water tanker truck happened to be driving northbound at about the same. He stopped and turned on a sprinkler-type system that sprayed water from his tank, but it wasn’t nearly enough to stop the vehicle fire, according to Whitney Mahloch, who witnessed the crash. Before the driver could help any further, he collapsed and died."

  1. Hey Jonny and all your loyal fans! See, now 3 people dying at the same apartment building, SEPARATELY, at roughly the same time frame is the kind of JJFH event that statistically makes no sense whatsoever. Say the chances of dying by natural causes at any one time during the day is some very low fraction (say 1/100), then the probability that 3 people in the same place at the same time die is (1/100)^3 or 1/1000000.
Statistically it's a "remotely rare" event (ie. not likely).

i may start counting submerged car incidents this year.

People will wonder why there's a shortage of chicken, beef, pork, fish and grains soon, while in one incident 300,000 chickens are burned to death on this day, who knows how many fish are dying, the avian swine flu continues to decimate pigs, and grain (to feed cattle) keeps going up in flames.

    Let's see what's going on.

Bushfires in Australia have killed at least 22 people since August 2019 and destroyed more than 2 500 buildings, including over 1 400 homes. In addition, 28 people are still missing in the state of Victoria. Half a billion animals have been killed, including a third of the local koala population.

Nearly 400 people who were either wounded while serving in the U.S. military in Afghanistan or are family members of service members who died in the conflict sued a group of companies on Friday they say helped fund attacks against Americans by making protection payments to the Taliban.

“Defendants supported the Taliban for a simple reason: Defendants were all large Western companies with lucrative businesses in post-9/11 Afghanistan, and they all paid the Taliban to refrain from attacking their business interests,” the 288-page complaint filed in federal court in Washington, D.C. on Friday states. “Those protection payments aided and abetted terrorism by directly funding an al-Qaeda-backed Taliban insurgency that killed and injured thousands of Americans.” [more]

What we are witnessing today is the beginning of a new crash, and the final phases of a collapse of our way of life. The economic boom narrative among conservatives is a farce designed to trick us into complacency. The bubble that we warned about under the Obama Administration has been popped under the Trump Administration. Nothing has changed in the ten years since the 2008 crash except that the motivation for keeping the crash hidden is quickly disappearing. [more]

  3. “Shit-Life Syndrome,” Trump Voters, and Clueless Dems
    https://www.counterpunch.org/2020/01/03/shit-life-syndrome-trump-voters-and-clueless-dems/

Will Hutton in his 2018 Guardian piece, “The Bad News is We’re Dying Early in Britain – and It’s All Down to ‘Shit-Life Syndrome’” describes shit-life syndrome in both Britain and the United States: “Poor working-age Americans of all races are locked in a cycle of poverty and neglect, amid wider affluence. They are ill educated and ill trained. The jobs available are drudge work paying the minimum wage, with minimal or no job security.”

The Brookings Institution, in November 2019, reported: “53 million Americans between the ages of 18 to 64—accounting for 44% of all workers—qualify as ‘low-wage.’ Their median hourly wages are $10.22, and median annual earnings are about $18,000.”

For most of these low-wage workers, Hutton notes: “Finding meaning in life is close to impossible; the struggle to survive commands all intellectual and emotional resources. Yet turn on the TV or visit a middle-class shopping mall and a very different and unattainable world presents itself. Knowing that you are valueless, you resort to drugs, antidepressants and booze. You eat junk food and watch your ill-treated body balloon. It is not just poverty, but growing relative poverty in an era of rising inequality, with all its psychological side-effects, that is the killer.”

Shit-life syndrome is not another fictitious illness conjured up by the psychiatric-pharmaceutical industrial complex to sell psychotropic drugs. It is a reality created by corporatist rulers and their lackey politicians—pretending to care about their minimum-wage-slave constituents, who are trying to survive on 99¢ boxed macaroni and cheese prepared in carcinogenic water, courtesy of DuPont or some other such low-life leviathan. + There are fewer North Atlantic Right Whales left in the world than sitting members of Congress. They may well go extinct in our lifetimes.

+ The Arctic is now warming so quickly that 14,000 tons of melted ice is gushing into the oceans every second.

+ At least 305 wolves were killed in Montana in 2017-18, nearly 36% of the entire population. Now a pair of bills offering bounties to encourage people to kill even more wolves. [more; READ IT and weep.]

The Premier of New South Wales, Gladys Berejiklian, gets very real here, as she talks about exactly what the state is facing:

“We can’t pretend our state is in charted territory.

“The extent of this bushfire season in living memory, and many experts have been around much longer, than I have, who fought fires and observed circumstances, all agree – we’re in uncharted territory. [more]

  5. The decade in which everything was great but felt terrible: in the 2010s, the U.S. middle class shrank, longevity fell, and a whole generation fell behind

The central economic dynamic of the 2010s was that no matter how well the market was doing, no matter how long the expansion lasted, no matter how much the economy grew, families still struggled. It was a decade that strained America’s idea of what economic growth could do, and should do, because it did so little for so many. [more]

5 dead, dozens hospitalized in Pennsylvania Turnpike crash
    https://www.yahoo.com/news/multiple-dead-crash-involving-bus-122435185.html

  7. Yeah, we had a good year! Or did we? Maybe most of the bad stuff happened last year in areas that don't speak English. There's another more insidious possibility too. The 'authorities' control the search engines. What if they're hiding news stories from showing up there? Not all of the news stories all the time, but enough to control things to make things look more normal. They also know who gets how much traffic, in terms of news sources, and how much traffic they HAVE gotten, so they could hide stories from places that are otherwise gaining traffic, and then the fact that some don't show up would then go pretty much unnoticed. There are other methods they could use to accomplish the goal too, but they all hinge on the fact that it's the government that controls the search engines and other sources of information distribution (Facebook and Twitter for example). By 'the government' I don't mean Trump - I mean the people who are REALLY running things and who understand what's happening, the people above the president, the people who decided that Trump wouldn't be told what's happening, the people who will still be running things when Trump is gone, the people in charge of the planes making tic-tac-toes in the skies.

But they can only hide the little things that way - individual truck fires and such. They can't hide big things like continents going up in flames.

  8. Also, you may wonder, what then is the point of me tracking anything? Well, I would answer that A) it gives me something to do and it isn't difficult; B) I'm sure I'm right about things so eventually that will be known; C) when it DOES become widespread knowledge that I'm correct about 'things' then what I will then have been measuring, in a general sense, is the strength of the storm of deception with which people are being assailed in order to obscure reality from peoples' perception and people may find that information interesting; and D) even if people don't find that interesting, I do.

  12. A humanitarian disaster is developing in Indonesia's capital Jakarta as the death toll from torrential rain rises to 60 with almost 200,000 people taking refuge in shelters
    http://www.thebigwobble.org/2020/01/a-humanitarian-disaster-is-developing.html

A humanitarian disaster is developing in Indonesia's capital Jakarta as the death toll rises to 60 with almost 200,000 people taking refuge in shelters across the massive urban conglomeration after whole neighbourhoods were submerged from torrential rain. Thousands of people are unable to return to water-logged homes with more torrential rain to come.

Flash floods in Indonesia's capital city have left more than 40 people dead and forced tens of thousands to flee their homes. The worst monsoon rains in more than a decade deluged Jakarta, and rising rivers submerged at least 182 neighbourhoods. Jakarta is the world's fastest-sinking city, caused by rising sea levels and extreme weather - both worsened by climate change. [more]
