Event Update For 2018-10-15

http://jumpingjackflashhypothesis.blogspot.com/2012/02/jumping-jack-flash-hypothesis-its-gas.html

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

2018-10-15 - 'Very scary' and 'hyperalarming' study shows massive insect loss, cause unknown:

http://www.desdemonadespair.net/2018/10/hyperalarming-study-shows-massive-loss.html
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F1W9Q2pijAY

Quote: "In 2014, an international team of biologists estimated that, in the past 35 years, the abundance of invertebrates such as beetles and bees had decreased by 45 percent. In places where long-term insect data are available, mainly in Europe, insect numbers are plummeting. A study last year showed a 76 percent decrease in flying insects in the past few decades in German nature preserves. The latest report, published Monday in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, shows that this startling loss of insect abundance extends to the Americas. The study's authors implicate climate change in the loss of tropical invertebrates. 'This study in PNAS is a real wake-up call - a clarion call - that the phenomenon could be much, much bigger, and across many more ecosystems,' said David Wagner, an expert in invertebrate conservation at the University of Connecticut who was not involved with this research. He added: 'This is one of the most disturbing articles I have ever read.'"

Quote: "The study authors also trapped anole lizards, which eat arthropods, in the rain forest. They compared these numbers with counts from the 1970s. Anole biomass dropped by more than 30 percent. Some anole species have altogether disappeared from the interior forest. Insect-eating frogs and birds plummeted, too. Another research team used mist nets to capture birds in 1990, and again in 2005. Captures fell by about 50 percent. Garcia and Lister analyzed the data with an eye on the insectivores. The ruddy quail dove, which eats fruits and seeds, had no population change. A brilliant green bird called the Puerto Rican tody, which eats bugs almost exclusively, diminished by 90 percent. The food web appears to have been obliterated from the bottom."

Note: Lots of unknown 'rotten egg' odor events around the world, and the number of such events has been escalating. There's nothing else that that could be but hydrogen sulfide, now blowing around randomly in the atmosphere and pervading the environment. Hydrogen sulfide is a neurotoxin and so are bug sprays. Bugs are also low in mass, so it doesn't take much poison to kill them off. So they're getting poisoned out of existence, and the stuff that eats bugs is then dying off too, from starvation, and probably somewhat by poisoning as well. This same thing happened in the Permian-Triassic extinction event - that was one of the very few extinction events where even insects took a significant hit. Since the current ongoing extinction event is a repeat of the Permian-Triassic extinction event, it would actually be a little strange if insects WEREN'T taking a hit, but obviously they are.

Also, notice that it's not just bees dying off, nor just insects dying off in agricultural areas, but all insects, everywhere that we have looked. That means that 'whatever' is affecting insects is something that hits all areas of the planet. That's the atmosphere. The insects may be taking some damage from the higher UV levels from the whitening Sun too, but that wouldn't (yet) be enough to cause widespread insect die-off like we're seeing. So I am quite sure that the spread of unexplained 'rotten egg' odor incidents - concurrent with the seemingly rapid escalation in the die-off of insects - is at least the primary underlying cause of this planetary insect decline. This will probably continue to mystify scientists for a while though, because hydrogen sulfide doesn't stick around long - it kills stuff then blows onward or gets reacted away, leaving behind just dead bodies, insect, human or otherwise.

This sort of seems like an introductory scene in an end-of-the-world novel, where scientists start realizing the world is coming to an end when they start noticing the insects disappear. Except it's not a novel and our actual scientists probably aren't that smart, but it is indeed a sign - ANOTHER sign - of the end of the world.

2018-10-15 - Trump says climate change not a hoax but 'it'll change back':
http://www.desdemonadespair.net/2018/10/trump-says-climate-change-not-hoax-but.html

Note: He's sorta right! The planet will recover just like it did after the Permian-Triassic extinction event. Of course, that will take millions of years, and the human race will be exterminated first, soon, along with most species currently existing on the planet. So yeah, things will 'change back', and the planet will recover, eventually. Minus humanity and most stuff currently alive. If he means the planet will 'change back' and humanity will continue to be able to exist on the surface of this planet, well, no, THAT is certainly not going to happen...

Quote: "The research also finds that enormous changes to farming are needed to avoid destroying the planet’s ability to feed the 10 billion people expected to be on the planet in a few decades."

Note: That's just poor population forecasting there. There will be 0 billion people on the planet in a few decades. Shouldn't be too hard to feed that many people - problem solved!

The 170,000-acre fire, burning in rugged terrain around the Kalmiopsis Wilderness, was dormant for weeks. It was pronounced mostly out as fire teams either went home or starting working on repair. 2. Hey Jonny, everyone - things are REALLY ramping up again with that "bug" study. Next thing you know someone will notice that all the trees are dying too. Oh, wait - that's been the case for a while now (due to too much ozone and nitrogen in the air, not to mention the other toxic crap we're forcing them to take in, adding to this sickening brew every day).

JJFH answers a LOT of questions, including the die-off of most life species including humanity. Let's see how long it takes before panic sets in on the general population. Once the food shortages start, I think we'll see it, but it may occur before that.
