Event Update For 2018-02-11

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

  1. Hi everyone! Tom I didn't hear or feel last week's Oklahoma booms. I'm at least 6 hours from where it happened. Good catch though, I didn't hear about it till you posted it here.
I am closer to this though...

  2. This is something they aired on the news yesterday.....
I'm amazed every morning I still get up and start my car and act like all is well when shit is falling apart all around me.
I appreciate this blog and all your efforts at keeping things in perspective.
I'm certainly seeing an acceleration of events and it's truly a sight to behold. What I find the most interesting is that people know somethings up, they just don't know how to fix it.
Here's to having a clue and NOT going mad max too early in this apocalypse
Stay safe all and remember to do something that make you laugh ~cheers!

  3. With you there, Fran. I posted a big comment this morning, checked back just now to find it didn't "take."

    I'll try again later.

    Stay safe!

  4. One last thing....I'm reading "The immortal life of Henryietta Lacks" and the quote at the beginning stands out for me....
" We must not see any person as an abstraction. Instead, we must see in every person a universe with it's own secrets, with it's own treasures, with it's own sources of anguish, and with some measure of triumph." -Elie Diesel
from The Nazi Doctors and the Nuremburg Code.

  5. This just in on the local front...

  6. Well, it's been a while since I had to resort to copying my comments and pasting them to avoid them FUCKING DISAPPEARING!
Piece of shit NSA/CIA/FBI, whoever the fuck causes this shit (which only happens now and then, so it's most likely NOT the computer) can kiss my ass if they think that's going to stop me.

Feb. 13th, 2018 (3rd) comment [first one didn't get posted after i hit submit; 2nd one not posted yet from my phone - a quick greeting to Fran]

New study finds cutting oil subsidies won’t stop global warming – Effect of removing fossil fuel subsidies falls far short of reductions promised in Paris Agreement

The study, published yesterday in the journal Nature, used an ensemble of five models to investigate the impact of ending fossil fuel subsidies worldwide by the year 2030, assuming both high and low oil prices in the future. Doing so would have a modest impact on global greenhouse gas emissions, the research finds, cutting carbon dioxide emissions by a half-billion to 2 billion metric tons annually.

Currently, global carbon dioxide emissions come to about 40 billion tons each year. In the meantime, the national pledges submitted under the Paris climate agreement would add up to an annual decrease of about 4 billion to 8 billion tons.

In other words, the effect of removing fossil fuel subsidies would fall far short of the reductions promised in the Paris Agreement—which many experts calculate are still not enough to stay within the desired 1.5- or 2-degree-Celsius temperature target. [more]
