Event Update For 2017-10-01

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

"Their Sky Has Changed!" Inuit elders sharing information with NASA as Canadian Alaskan and Russian permafrost is thawing at an alarming rate

Astonishingly what the elders are saying is global warming is not the whole story...
The elders maintain the Sun doesn't rise as it used to, they have longer daylight to hunt and the Sun is higher than it used to be and warms up quicker than before.
The elders who were interviewed across the north all said the same thing, their sky has changed. The stars the Sun and the Moon have all changed affecting the temperature, even affecting the way the wind blows, it is becoming increasingly hard to predict the weather, something that is a must on the Arctic.
The elders all agree they believe the Earth has shifted, wobbled or tilted to the North. [more]

Bullshit Is The Last Bull Market

Consumer staples (recession stocks) have not been this weak since the 2008 collapse:

The assumption of course by Zerohedge and everyone else is that yields must rise to catch up with stocks. It never occurs to them that in every other case that stocks have collapsed down to yields:

"With the Fed set to start allowing some of its $4.5 trillion balance sheet to roll off beginning in October, the invisible ceiling over yields might disappear sooner than some complacent traders realize" [more]

  3. Yeah, well, let's just accept that BBC's article as the truth, and say global HUMAN emissions have flatlined. They say that's great. That'd be great if the amount of gases in the air wasn't rising faster than ever, with the rate of increase itself increasing. They say it's 'good news'. If indeed human emissions have flatlined, but the amount of warming gases entering the atmosphere is spiking, that's not good news. That's the end of the world as we know it. To be sure, if human emissions have flatlined, that's good news, but the fact that gases in the atmosphere are spiking DESPITE flatlined human emissions - that's the worst possible news. They're trying to put a bow on a turd. Nice bow. But it's on a turd.

  4. Using the definition that a mass shooting is four or more people, then we've had 273 mass shootings in 275 days this year.

Quote: "According to Gun Violence Archive, a nonprofit that tallies gun-related death and injury reports based on official records, as of last night, there have been 273 mass shooting in America in 2017 alone."

Sheesh, that's a lot of mass shootings. Okay, in addition to the funeral industry, maybe manufacturers of bulletproof clothing will do well too. Coffins and bulletproof vests - that's some doomy investment advice there!

  5. This morning my wife sent me a story out of Lawrence, Kansas that I hadn't heard or seen in the news or on-line. In this college town a popular downtown area erupted in gunfire on Sunday LEAVING 3 PEOPLE DEAD and two wounded (according to police report). The shooting happened about 1:45 a.m., not far from police HQ in Lawrence, in an area crowded with people from concerts, bars and events at the nearby U of Kansas, which was celebrating the start of college hoops season. Officers heard more than 20 gunshots.
Police found several injured in a large crowd, but didn't say what led to the shooting, and NO ARRESTS had been made as of Sunday afternoon. The shooting in Lawrence came on the same day as the mass shooting in LV. I guess 3 dead and 2 wounded isn't news anymore.

U.S. boots out Cuban diplomats over mystery illnesses affecting US personnel

The Americans will not be allowed to return to Cuba until the government in Havana can ensure their well-being, said the U.S. official assigned to brief reporters on the expulsion. He could not, however, explain how the Cubans could offer those assurances if it has not been determined how the injuries were caused or when it may be deemed safe for diplomats to return. [more]

[SOTT comments, and I agree, it could very well be the handiwork of the CIA - this action EXTENDS the BAN on visiting Cuba! Just what Trump wants!]

The Dollar is Going to Zero

Few Americans are aware that their real purchasing power has declined by 97% since that illustrious day on August 15, 1971 when Nixon sold the US down the drain. It is now only a matter of time until the dollar goes to ZERO. Since 1971, money printing and credit expansion has grown exponentially. But the average American hasn't got a clue because the media never discusses "irrelevant" matters like the destruction of the US currency and economy.

    Hyperinflation is Inevitable

What is guaranteed is that the final stages will involve massive money printing leading to hyperinflation. This is the only remedy left to a bankrupt nation which has not had a real budget surplus for soon 60 years. Very few have experienced hyperinflation but the ones who have know that it happens a lot quicker than we realise. [more]
