Event Update For 2017-08-23

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

2017-08-23 - College student, woman, 20, dies in the wee hours on mountain hike near Conundrum Hot Springs (Colorado):

Note: Seems rather low in altitude to die of altitude sickness. However, it's possible. We're in planetary oxygen overshoot now. The lifeforms that produce oxygen (trees, rainforests, phytoplankton, etc) have been dying off much worse than the creatures that consume oxygen, for decades, so atmospheric oxygen levels are in decline - there's an atmospheric oxygen imbalance. All the raging fires are consuming oxygen too, and those are growing in ferocity and frequency all around the planet. But because oxygen is a heavier-than-air gas, the oxygen levels will decline most and first from the upper atmosphere, with hypoxic conditions working their way down closer to the ground as time goes on. That may be the final end-game for anyone who can survive the poisoning and fires and lack of food and cancer-inducing levels of UV and climate extremes and stuff for long enough: they'll die gasping for oxygen. The symptoms could also have been hydrogen sulfide poisoning though, and since A) they're not checking for that, and B) it disappears within the human body within hours and they couldn't have autopsied her that fast, nobody will ever know for sure what killed this woman...

Ronald Bernard, Dutch Banker Who Exposed Illuminati, Found Dead

The Highland County Sheriff’s Office said that Ronald Bernard called 911 at 3:46 p.m. saying he got lost after leaving for a walk at 1 p.m. on the nature trail on the west end of Sun ‘n Lake in Sebring.

More than a dozen deputies along with K-9 units, air units from Highlands and Polk counties, four-wheelers from HCSO and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission searched for Ronald Bernard. “The terrain was very difficult, and searchers were at times in waist deep water as they tried to zero in on Fernandez’s location,” the sheriff’s office said.

Deputies pinged his cell phone but it kept showing different locations and Bernard called back several times — he said his life was in danger — but he kept moving despite being told to stay put, deputies said. The last contact dispatchers had with the former banker was at 6:13 p.m.

At 8:24 p.m., the Polk County helicopter spotted Bernard, who was face down in shallow water about 300 yards away from the last known location of his cell phone and 1.8 miles from the entrance to the trail at Sun ‘n Lake Boulevard and Balboa Boulevard. [more]

  3. It was an unusual number of people dying of altitude sickness on Mount Everest that got me figuring out the oxygen stuff. The low-oxygen dead zones spreading in the oceans were a sign of progressing anoxia. But the oxygen levels on the ground haven't seemed that bad, though they are declining. That's when I realized that the decrease in oxygen won't be as apparent at sea level or thereabouts, because of the heavier-than-air nature of oxygen itself. So you'd expect to see more people experiencing altitude sickness as time goes on, and more people experiencing it at lower elevations than one would expect too, like this woman.

So I've been sorta kinda keeping an eye out for unusual altitude sickness stories, and I'm sure there will be more. We're getting sandwiched out of existence. Go to lower elevations? Then hydrogen sulfide will be more apt to contaminate the environment and kill you with poisoning or fire and explosions. Go to higher elevations? Then lack of oxygen will kill you, or lighter-than-air clouds of methane or carbon monoxide will reach you easier from the upper atmosphere and burn you up. Stay in the middle elevations? Then you'll get more of a mixture.

This planet's turning into one big doom sandwich!
