Event Update For 2015-08-28

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

2015-08-28 - Purple waves washing ashore in Oregon:

Quote: "Another report from Neskowin said the purple waves had a funky smell to it..."

Note: That is probably purple sulfur bacteria, and that is a very bad sign indeed that this extinction event is storming ahead with ever-increasing strength. Purple sulfur bacteria consume hydrogen sulfide and they only exist in waters where there is already hydrogen sulfide present. So as the waters of the Earth become more contaminated with hydrogen sulfide, produced by sulfate reducing bacteria, there will be more outbreaks of purple sulfur bacteria. That appears to be happening now.

This is a sign that this extinction event is escalating rapidly now, the waters of the Earth becoming increasingly contaminated with hydrogen sulfide. That will cause more hydrogen sulfide to diffuse into the air, resulting in more fires and explosions, more animals and people sickening and dying, the Sun looking whiter and hitting the Earth with increasingly deadly levels of UV as the ozone layer dissolves, etc.

Because this extinction event is fueled by bacterial growth rates, this is the type of problem that accelerates at a geometric rate. Things weren't nearly this bad in early 2011 when I became certain about what was happening, though the signs were plentiful enough even then. But just over 4.5 years later and now we're seeing purple ocean waters - that is rapid escalation, and the escalation is only going to be even more rapid and extreme from here on out.

  1. Good morning Jonny! So we've got BIG problems now, in that the problem we already have is getting worse at an ever faster rate (i'd claim it's exponential rather than geometric in progression, since that's the usual case for any kind of population).

  2. Yeah, exponential is probably more correct. Either way...bad!

I bet the purple water IS that purple sulfur bacteria, but I bet what's happening is, the bacteria that produce hydrogen sulfide is forming some mats along heat sources on the ocean floor, like where that volcano erupted off the coast of Oregon. And then the mats start eating all those dead fish and dead whales and sea lions and birds, and they then produce more methane and hydrogen sulfide, as they anaerobically digest all that biomatter.

Then over time the amount of gases accumulating beneath the bacterial mat grows large enough to form a bubble, which eventually breaks free, and when it does, it's carrying some of the purple sulfur bacteria with the bubble, if there are any colonies of that stuff around yet, and then some of those end up reaching shore. So this will probably be pretty sporadic at first.

So it's like a chain-reaction, kickstarted by some offshore volcanism, which gets the hydrogen sulfide producing bacteria growing. Then a few fish die, and those bacteria eat them and grow some more, producing more hydrogen sulfide, which kills even more fish. Eventually the purple sulfur bacteria show up to eat the hydrogen sulfide being emitted into the water, but they don't grow as fast as the bacteria that produce the hydrogen sulfide, which eat methane and biomatter and so are now receiving ever-increasing amount of food.

    And so it goes.

  3. Nyaaaa-aaaaaah! It's another self-reinforcing feedback loop!

  4. AND the environment is becoming more friendly to those ancient bacteria. They don't like oxygen - lots of bodies of water having low oxygen problems. Those ancient bacteria like heat too, and now there's that gigantic anomalous warm water 'blob' off the West Coast, and that nuclear plant just shut down on the East Coast because the ocean was too warm. Forget the air temps - it's the ocean temps that really matter, and they're rising faster than the air temps. Bad news for us, great news for the ancient poison-spewing slime.

  5. Robert scribbler now reporting purple tide in Oregon is due to salps.

  6. Heh, we'll see. Keep watching for more purple, especially in Oregon near where that volcano erupted. And who did that info come from? Ah yes, the government. Well, according to the government, the foul smell that hit Santa Monica Bay was from a naturally occurring release of methane (which is odorless). And the giant house-shaking booms were caused by frost quakes. And the booms and flashes of light are all meteorites. And we should be prepared for catastrophes - but everything is fine. And so on. People are gonna keep getting played, right to the very end, if people allow themselves to be played.

  7. Also, this is the problem with deception. Once you're caught in a big lie - like when you say that a foul odor was caused by an odorless gas - then reasonable people stop trusting what you say. I realize they're 'trying to keep the calm', but when the wheels fall off the deception wagon - and they will though it may take Staten Island or some place like it being hit with a SWEET smell that knocks a bunch of people dead, or a big 10-kiloton explosion in Manhattan, something like that - then people are going to wake up and realize that they've been lied to, and then we're going to have some serious problems. Can we function with a government that's lying to us? We can as long as we believe the lies. But what happens when the people realize their government is lying to them, and not just a little but a lot?

  8. This should be one interesting September - predicted financial crash, and now this:

  9. Gonna be tough to top August, at least so far as aircraft incidents are concerned! Out of curiosity I went through and created a list that includes all plane crashes (that I know of anyway), plus the smoking plane and plane fire incidents, along with incidents involving medical emergencies on planes, and it's 175 incidents long (mostly small planes crashing), just for August, so far. Really looks kind of crazy. I think I'll add that as a separate list - 'Aircraft Incidents' - for each month, starting with this month (August), for those who are interested in the aircraft-related aspect of our woes.

  10. Nice! i would be interested in the running tally. Thanks for all you do Jonny.
