Event Update For 2014-06-01

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

Category: Fires And Explosions

2014-06-01 - Pallet yard erupts in flame at 1:30 AM, fire spreads to building, in Doncaster (Britain):

Quote: "About 70 firefighters are tackling a fire in Doncaster which has spread from a pallet yard to a nearby building. South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue service was first called to the pallet yard on Cow House Lane in Armthorpe at about 01:30 BST. It is then thought the fire spread to the nearby West Moor Park Network Centre on Yorkshire Way, where a single building is on fire."

2014-06-01 - Pallets and garden rubbish go up in flames in Glastonbury (Britain):

Quote: "A team from Glastonbury found a heap of pallets and garden rubbish well alight, putting out the fire using an air foam jet."

2014-06-01 - Lumber yard ravaged by huge blaze in Bay City (Michigan):

Quote: "Kawkawlin Township Fire Department firefighters stand near the skeletal remains of a building at the King Lumber Company off of Fraser Road in Bay City late on Saturday. The fire, which consumed a large section of the lumber yard, started on Saturday night and continued into Sunday morning as firefighters from multiple fire departments battled the fire."

2014-06-01 - Food business devastated by inferno and explosions, multiple buildings destroyed, in Olivehurst (California):

Quote: "Food Factory Destroyed In massive 200,000 square foot Olivehurst Walnut Plant Inferno Late Saturday Night"

Quote: "Residents said they heard a number of explosions overnight."

Note: Walnuts e.g. wood, so not much different from the lumber yard or the pallet yard fires, just wood in a different shape. A door business was destroyed by fire the day prior in New Ulm (Minnesota), mentioned in the 2014-05-31 update, though that fire did also involve several parked collector cars burning along with the wood business. From the full hypothesis: "Wood-related fires will escalate, including fires at pallet companies, wood-carving businesses, furniture businesses, door companies, cabinet companies, etc."

2014-06-01 - Home destroyed by explosion, two more damaged, in coastal Dublin (Ireland), 1 injured:

2014-06-01 - Woman takes picture, explosion ensues, outside home in coastal Caloundra (Australia), 1 seriously injured:

Note: Blamed on a camera flash igniting a gas cloud created by a leaking outdoor gas grill at a newly-built place. Did they rule out the possibility of a cloud of methane and/or hydrogen sulfide blowing by right here on the coast? Nope, so they don't know if that's what caused this explosion or not. Very well could have been. There was a very similar incident not long ago, on the island of Tenerife in the Canary Islands, where an explosion occurred outdoors while some people were being served food with a flammable gel used to keep food warm at restaurants. That explosion was mentioned in the 2013-12-28 update and injured 4 people outside a beachfront resort hotel. Electrified copper in this woman's camera may have been the ignition source for a cloud of gas NOT from that leaking grill, and the flame from the heating gel outside the hotel may have been the ignition source for a cloud of gas in the Canary Islands. Extremely similar these two events, a 'freak' explosion outdoors and right near a coast in each case. And then there was an event where an explosion killed a young man outside his van at City Beach in coastal Perth (Australia), mentioned in the 2014-02-26 update. The ignition source in that case was probably electrified copper in his van or maybe he had a cigarette or doobie lit...

  1. It's getting to the point where one must actively try NOT to see what's going on now - it's so prevalent. Look away, look away!

To those of us who are aware, it's impossible to ignore reality. Once you've grasped what's happening everything else is distraction and signs of serious mental illness in the population.

People are dying instantly from a single breath of the deadly air that's increasingly saturating the atmosphere. Think about this: all the trees are dying from increased tropospheric ozone (see Wit's End blog). Once they're gone (actually all along the way), what's going to be filtering out all the pollution we'll be breathing - US! The methane/hydrogen sulfide that's continuously bubbling from the Arctic and Atlantic Ocean, peat bogs, permafrost areas, warming marshes, lakes and streams everywhere is also killing all the fish, downing entire flocks of birds and now wafting over densely populated terrain, causing the daily litany of damage to which we've become accustomed.

President (WAAAY too late and several trillion dollars short) Obama announced he's going to implement a carbon reduction plan for coal-fired power plants as a nod toward climate change (which he's ignored for his entire term - see Kyoto and the rest since then and look at our stupidity). Not only are we decades late on this, it's going to take a few years to even get them to START this process (if the debates and blocking by the moneyed interests in Congress doesn't completely derail the whole idea).

No, it's completely hopeless everywhere we look for solutions. So sit back and "enjoy" the Thelma and Louise style ride we're on, as our civilization, already over the cliff, still hasn't realized the full implications of all the signs before us:

species die-offs, over 30 positive or self-reinforcing feedbacks (and counting) to climate change already triggered and making matters exponentially worse in an ever-shrinking time frame, crop failures becoming worse all the time due to aberrant weather, economic troubles on the increase (from unemployment, quality of life, infrastructure maintenance, banking problems, currency trouble, to rioting due to food scarcity, and the over-militarization of police and "security" organizations of governments), all added to natural disasters like earthquakes, tornados, flooding and the like and one quickly feels the parameters of our dilemma.

When MARSH land is burning, you know there's a problem.

Thanks for another great update Jonny.

Though we haven't crashed yet (it's a long drop), it's approaching ever more quickly.

  2. So last nights news here in RI (one station 12 or 10 cover the state) had 3 fires all close to each other within 15 min from dumpsters to garages going up, and the. They mentioned "9" fires this past weekend unexplained. But of course they say Arson. We're gonna get that there arsonist! So 12 fires and they can't catch em, probably with the dude from the 14 Chicago car fires.

    1. And then the arsonist caught a late night flight to the Netherlands and blew up a Shell oil facility:

That's one busy arsonist. Now he'll be catching a flight over to Britain to burn up some more stuff there. All in a day's work for Captain Arson! *cough*
