Event Update For 2018-03-10

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

Sorry, turning off the snark now. Who knows what's going on here. Several years ago we had a nut who would leaving package bombs on the side of major roads and highways. I think they did catch that guy though. Yes I know they did. So who knows what this guy is all about. Just lots of psychopathic nuts out there running loose here in the end times.

A billion monarch butterflies dead and environmentalists may be to blame

Many environmentalists who once supported the U.S. ethanol policy are now regretting their decision as data shows the corn-based fuel is wiping out the country's monarch butterfly population.

The monarch butterfly population declined nearly 15 percent during the past winter, according to a report Wednesday from the National Wildlife Federation.

Activists with the group also suggest the decline is attributable to the Renewable Fuel Standard that activists once championed.

"With monarch butterflies now down 90 percent in the last 20 years, we simply must do more if we are going to be successful in reversing monarch butterfly decline," said Collin O'Mara, the wildlife federation's CEO and president.

Producing the biofuel requires pesticides that they believe contribute to the butterfly's extermination, NWF claims. [more]
now come on, environmentalists aren't always the most well informed, but they are at least TRYING to help the environment through action; did the ethanol industry disclose any of these side effects before? Doubtful.]

Set-Up For A Mega Crash. Check.

Beyond asinine levels of risk, in order to generate a mega crash, first and most important, the vast majority of gamblers must be blowing smoke up each others' asses while bidding up their own assets. Check.

Secondly, gamblers must be crowded into fewer and fewer stocks making new highs, which is what makes the Nasdaq extreme global divergence so dangerous.

Study indicates that climate change will wreak havoc on California agriculture

The paper, published in the journal Agronomy last month, is the most thorough review of the literature on the regional impact of climate change in recent memory. It makes grim reading.

Among the chief manifestations of climate change will be changes in precipitation patterns, leading to more drought and more flooding, and spottier water storage. Generally warmer temperatures, not to mention more frequent and severe heat waves, will reduce yields of wine grapes, strawberries and walnuts; shorter chill seasons will make vast areas no longer suitable for chestnuts, pecans, apricots, kiwis, apples, cherries and pears. Plant diseases and pests will move into regions where they haven’t been a problem before. [more]
