Event Update For 2020-04-25
http://jumpingjackflashhypothesis.blogspot.com/2012/02/jumping-jack-flash-hypothesis-its-gas.html
The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.
A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

http://www.yahoo.com/finance/news/meat-supply-threats-grow-first-181155792.html
Quote: "Two million chickens on several farms in Delaware and Maryland will be 'depopulated' -- meaning humanely killed -- due to a lack of employees at chicken processing plants, according to a statement from Delmarva Poultry Industry Inc. The reduced employee attendance at the company's plants is a result of 'additional community cases of COVID-19, additional testing, and people practicing the 'stay home if you're sick' social distancing guidance from public health officials,' the statement reads."
Note: And some meat plants have closed in South Dakota, Wisconsin, Illinois and Missouri too, at least. All of these kinds of places, where employees work in close proximity to each other, are going to have problems as the people who sicken are quarantined, leaving too few healthy employees to continue functioning properly, if at all. A lot of 'non-essential' businesses will face this same problem too, although they haven't yet simply because all of their employees are already at home under lockdown. Once the employees at non-essential businesses are allowed to return to work, they'll start infecting each other similarly and then many of them will also end up being sent back home. Ergo, don't expect a return to normalcy anytime soon, if ever, whether everything is 'opened up for business' or not.
In the US we're already a little past the halfway mark of the death toll from the 1968 Hong Kong Flu (H3N2) pandemic, which killed 100,000 people in the US and a million people worldwide, but that includes deaths from when it returned in 1969, 1970 and 1972. So in two months we're more than halfway to the death toll from all four waves across 4 years in the last pandemic. At 3 times deadlier than the common flu, the Hong Kong Flu pandemic was obviously not nearly as bad as this COVID-19 pandemic. No hospitals overflowed, no refrigerated trucks were needed to store corpses from overflowing morgues and there were no mass graves.
Ominously, in many pandemics the first wave is not the worst...

The Bill Gates Effect: WHO’s DTP Vaccine Killed More Children in Africa Than the Diseases it Targeted
https://childrenshealthdefense.org/news/the-bill-gates-effect-whos-dtp-vaccine-kills-more-children-in-africa-than-the-diseases-it-targets/
Anyone defending the Bill Gates/WHO global vaccine program needs to explain this study: Mogensen et al 2017. Prior to 2017, neither HHS nor WHO ever performed the kind of vaccinated/unvaccinated (or placebo) study necessary to ascertain if the DTP vaccine actually yields beneficial health outcomes. The DTP vaccine was discontinued in the US and western nations in the 1990s following thousands of reports of death and brain damage.
… girls vaccinated with the DTP vaccine—the flagship of Bill Gates’s GAVI/WHO African vaccine program—died at 10 times the rate of unvaccinated kids. [more]

Trump tells advisers U.S. should pull troops as Afghanistan COVID-19 outbreak looms
ReplyDeletehttps://www.sott.net/article/433348-Trump-tells-advisers-US-should-pull-troops-as-Afghanistan-COVID-19-outbreak-looms
Trump complains almost daily that U.S. troops are still in Afghanistan and are now vulnerable to the pandemic, the officials said. His renewed push to withdraw all of them has been spurred by the convergence of his concern that coronavirus poses a force protection issue for thousands of U.S. troops in Afghanistan and his impatience with the halting progress of his peace deal with the Taliban, the officials said.
They said the president's military advisers have made the case to him that if the U.S. pulls troops out of Afghanistan because of the coronavirus, by that standard the Pentagon would also have to withdraw from places like Italy, which has been hit particularly hard by the pandemic, officials said.

Murder, burglary soars in New York City during coronavirus lockdown
https://www.sott.net/article/433340-Murder-burglary-soars-in-New-York-City-during-coronavirus-lockdown
While New York City remains under lockdown orders from Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) due to the Chinese coronavirus pandemic, major violent crime continues to soar.
Over the last 28 days, in the middle of the lockdown, murders in New York City have jumped more than 55 percent compared to this same time last year, when there were no lockdown orders in place.
Between April 13 to April 19, murders increased 100 percent compared to the same week last year. From year-to-date, murders are up by 5.7 percent.
Likewise, grand larceny auto — a crime that no longer warrants bail in New York — has increased more than 53 percent compared to last year. Specifically, there have been 500 charges for auto theft in the last 28 days. During that same time in 2019, there were 326 charges for auto theft.
Over the last week, grand larceny auto crimes across the city have jumped 50.5 percent and they are up more than 62 percent overall since the year before — the largest spike in crime year-to-date for any major category.
The lockdown has also not stopped the rise of burglary in New York City — another crime that in many cases allows the suspect to be released from jail without ever paying bail.

Possible 'coronavirus-related' condition emerging in UK children
ReplyDeletehttps://www.sott.net/article/433349-Possible-coronavirus-related-condition-emerging-in-UK-children
A serious coronavirus-related syndrome may be emerging in the UK, according to an "urgent alert" issued to doctors, following a rise in cases in the last two to three weeks, HSJ has learned.
An alert to GPs and seen by HSJ says that in the "last three weeks, there has been an apparent rise in the number of children of all ages presenting with a multisystem inflammatory state requiring intensive care across London and also in other regions of the UK".
It adds: "There is a growing concern that a [covid-19] related inflammatory syndrome is emerging in children in the UK, or that there may be another, as yet unidentified, infectious pathogen associated with these cases."
Little is known so far about the issue, nor how widespread it has been, but the absolute number of children affected is thought to be very small, according to paediatrics sources. The syndrome has the characteristics of serious covid-19, but there have otherwise been relatively few cases of serious effects or deaths from coronavirus in children. Some of the children have tested positive for covid-19, and some appear to have had the virus in the past, but some have not. [more]
Experimenting with Homeschooling offers an opportunity to cultivate the virtues of independence & original thinking
https://www.sott.net/article/433338-Experimenting-with-Homeschooling-offers-an-opportunity-to-cultivate-the-virtues-of-independence-original-thinking
Learning at home is quite different from learning at school. It requires us to reorient how we think about learning in general, and how we approach the process with our children - maybe even with ourselves, too. Historically, education has been the province of parents. But the question of how kids spend their time, and learn, and grow, is one to which society as a whole should pay more substantive attention, instead of leaving it to the professional advocates and their tired debates about charter schools, unions and uniforms. This is How a Civilization Collapses
ReplyDeletehttps://eand.co/this-is-how-a-civilization-collapses-b3da4e62ed94
What does a “civilizational collapse” look like? It looks like this. Here and now. It’s staring you right in the face. What a civilizational collapse looks like is beginning to happen already. America, China, India, Australia, Britain — it’s happening everywhere, in every way, too, economic, political, social, cultural, and ecological. Life as you and I think of it will never go back to anything that we still wrongly consider “normal.” And yet most of us go on as if…it will.
The last few months. Weeks. Days. That’s civilizational collapse. At least the beginnings of it. Australia being incinerated by megafires. A lunatic American President tweeting pictures of mutilated corpses…after being impeached for…a few dollars in bribes. India declaring whole religions unfit for citizenship. China putting a million — or maybe three, who really knows? — in concentration camps. Neo-Nazis in the Bundestag. Need I go on? Flood, fire, famine, assassination, chaos, fanaticism, injustice, crimes against humanity, superstition, extremism, might making right, catastrophe, calamity, powerlessness, despair, silence, complicity — just a few features of a collapsing civilization. And also of…right now.
Only, probably — understandably — you’re hell bent on not quite seeing the dots above, or how they connect. I don’t blame you. Who’d want to grapple with…everything collapsing? LOL. It’s kind of funny when I put it like that.. And so, mostly, we’re not. We’re like crabs in the proverbial pot. The temperature’s rising. [more]
“The Food Supply Chain Is Breaking” And We Are Being Warned That “Meat Shortages” Are Imminent
http://theeconomiccollapseblog.com/archives/the-food-supply-chain-is-breaking-and-we-are-being-warned-that-meat-shortages-are-imminent
When meat processing facilities started shutting down because of the coronavirus pandemic, we were initially told not to worry because the facilities that were still operating normally would be able to make up the difference. But now all of that has changed. As you will see below, even the mainstream media is beginning to use the phrase “meat shortages”, and we are being told to brace for supply chain disruptions all over America. Hopefully any “shortages” will only last for a few months, and hopefully supply chain disruptions will disappear later this year as the pandemic fades. But this is yet another example that shows how exceedingly vulnerable our system has become, and it makes one wonder what will happen once a crisis even worse than this pandemic comes along.
In today’s extremely litigious environment, big corporations are going to exercise an abundance of caution when it comes to COVID-19, and we have already seen that just a handful of confirmed cases can shut down an entire food processing facility for weeks. As a result of all the shutdowns that have already taken place, Bloomberg is warning that we are “dangerously close to meat shortages”… [more]
