Event Update For 2020-02-19

http://jumpingjackflashhypothesis.blogspot.com/2012/02/jumping-jack-flash-hypothesis-its-gas.html

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

  1. Yo Jonny, everyone - how's everyone doin'? Hey - if you don't have COVID-19, or 5G in your town, you're doin' aight, so far.

i see college drop-dead season is still going strong in today's report. In fact, the numbers of people dying while sitting in cars is on the rise - so JJFH events have been and still are WAY more deadly than any virus (here in the U.S. anyway). Ya don't wanna go in the water in India.

It's so obvious that we're being lied to about cases of COVID-19 in the U.S. too. So we're going to get a spreading pandemic on top of an existing problem that isn't even talked about (DAILY JJFH incidents, which have been documented here FOR YEARS)! We're in seriously deep doo-doo, folks.

Forget prepping for anything - if and when the basic necessities (power generation, truck traffic, water, sewage, etc.) are shut off due to lack of workers, people will be dropping dead (and committing suicide) in droves.

Most Americans Are Not Taking This Coronavirus Outbreak Seriously, And That Is Potentially Very Dangerous
    http://theeconomiccollapseblog.com/archives/most-americans-are-not-taking-this-coronavirus-outbreak-seriously-and-that-is-potentially-very-dangerous

We still don’t know if this coronavirus outbreak will become a horrific worldwide pandemic or not, but what we have seen so far is definitely very alarming. People have literally been dropping dead in the streets, the Chinese government has locked down major city after major city, and the virus kept spreading very rapidly on a cruise ship off the coast of Japan even though a strict quarantine was instituted. Scientists that have studied the virus are telling us that it “could be 20 times more lethal than the flu”, and it binds to human cell receptors much more easily than the SARS virus did. Unfortunately, because the epicenter of this crisis is on the other side of the globe, most Americans are simply not paying much attention to it. In fact, most of the people that my wife and I have been talking to and hearing from don’t think that the coronavirus is much of a threat to the United States at all.

And if the coronavirus does start to become a problem in this country, a new survey has found that most Americans are quite confident that the government can handle it… [more; WRONG!!!]

Doomsday prophecies of ancient methane being released as temperatures rise are WRONG, say scientists
    https://www.rt.com/news/481389-doomsday-prophecies-methane-reservoirs-wrong/

Researchers at the University of Rochester in New York studied methane emissions from a period in Earth's history which bears many similarities to our current climate, examining ice cores taken from the last period of deglaciation some 8,000 to 15,000 years ago. [not far enough back]

By closely examining air samples extracted from these frozen ice cores, the researchers found that even if the methane in these vast stores is released, it won't actually reach our atmosphere.

“Our data shows we don't need to be as concerned about large methane releases from large carbon reservoirs in response to future warming,” said Vasily Petrenko, a professor of Earth and environmental sciences at Rochester. “We should be more concerned about methane released from human activities." [more]

[Meanwhile the methane concentration continues to rise from permafrost melt and the already shown sources in shallow Arctic sea beds. I think they should check their results with much older ice core samples from other previous Extinction Events - not some 15000 years ago, more like 250000 years back and before.]

(Bloomberg) -- The coronavirus outbreak accelerated outside China, with South Korea reporting a surge in infections. China adjusted the number of cases for the third time this month, raising more questions over the reliability of the data.

The epidemic in China has been tentatively contained but hasn’t reached a turning point yet, according to China Central Television, which cited a politburo meeting. Infections in China topped 75,000.

South Korea reported 48 more cases, taking the total number to 204. Neighboring Japan is also seeing outbreaks in several unconnected areas. Singapore reported recoveries outpacing new cases. [more]

  4. Yeah, they only looked at that one interglacial, and not very long ago either. So what's that prove? Not much, other than a lot of methane wasn't released a few thousand years ago. Was methane exploding out of the ground then like it is now? Were there millions of methane hotspots then like there is now? Were thousands of lakes bubbling with methane across the northern part of the planet then like there is now? Were human beings fracking it out of the ground and letting lots of methane wastefully go into the air then like there is now? I'm guessing, but I suspect that the answer to all of those questions is no.

    ReplyDelete
  5. Also, some of those ancient methane stores are definitely ALREADY reaching the atmosphere NOW off the East Siberian Arctic Shelf. Recall scientists found the ocean there bubbling methane like never seen before just a few months ago. Obviously that's only going to get worse. Maybe they're comparing the hottest point of that recent interglacial with the world as it is NOW. Well, this world's changing for the worse, fast. The planet's not done yet. It's barely begun. If they wanna wait until the cycle reaches its worst point this time, that would be a more apples-to-apples comparison. Good luck to them staying alive long enough to see that.

Dry February sends California back to drought: 'This hasn't happened in 150 years'

“This hasn’t happened in 150 years or more,” said Daniel Swain, a climate scientist at UCLA’s Institute of the Environment and Sustainability. “There have even been a couple wildfires – which is definitely not something you typically hear about in the middle of winter.”

Combined with warmer than average temperatures, the state is parched, and there is no moisture in the forecasts. “The dryness has picked up as the season has gone on,” said Swain.
