Event Update For 2016-08-18

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

2016-08-18 - Woman, 34, found dead and on fire on road near coastal Tweed Heads (Australia):

Quote: "No official cause of death has been determined at this stage; however Ms Bremer had sustained serious burns to most of her body."

Note: She might've just burst into flame and burned to death, like the woman in her 60s who burned to death at 7:20 AM on a street in coastal Rye (Australia), mentioned in the 2016-07-18 update, or the woman who burned to death at the Altona Beach Esplanade in coastal Melbourne (Australia), mentioned in the 2016-07-11 update, and so on.

It's actually people's clothing that's being contaminated with methane and/or hydrogen sulfide and then bursting into flame and killing them, which means that women are more apt to burn to death this way simply because they tend to wear more clothes than men. Just as a ballpark estimate, I'd say around 75% of the people who've burst into flame and burned to death have been women. In fact, the first person I noticed burning to death was a woman who burned to death on her porch swing at home in West Frankfort (Illinois) in early 2012. The people who've burned to death after their vehicles burst into flame is much more equal between men and women, as you'd expect, since roughly equal numbers of men and women drive vehicles...

2016-08-18 - Passenger plane engine bursts into flame, plane makes emergency landing in coastal Istanbul (Turkey):

Quote: "However, local Turkish news agencies reported one woman on board was hospitalised after suffering a fainting spell."

Note: They say 'bird strike' caused this, but there's nothing to verify that, especially no witness corroboration, so that sounds like unverifieable BS from the airline or government. And it wasn't just an engine fire but a woman lost consciousness too. This is the 90th aircraft to smoke/burn/explode in 2016...

2016-08-18 - Boat fires and medical emergencies on the rise in coastal North Kingstown (Rhode Island):

Quote: "Fire Captain John Linacre tells WLNE-TV he thinks there are more boaters, which could be contributing to the increasing number of boat fires and medical emergencies."

Note: Or maybe it's the simplest explanation - there are more boat fires and medical emergencies, period...

  1. Thanks for the facts, news reports, official speculation (and missed clues), irony (an auto on fire in Redcar) and explanations mixed with your usual wit, Jonnny, which makes reading all this tragic and scary stuff actually enjoyable (to me, anyway).

  2. I landed in car heaven, Jonny. All the coolest high end cars you can imagine here in Carmel for the week. I saw a completely silent all electric BMW (i-5?) slither down the street, a spectacular Lamborghini pull up right in front of me (came to a little below waist level), Ferraris, Aston Martins, beautiful cars (now become randomly exploding personal pollution devices).
Corvettes, Ford Shelby GTs, old restored cars from the 1930's and earlier, cars worth easily over a $million, all driving around or parked on the street so people can gush over their sleek styles and gorgeous paint jobs. Gull wing and other exotic doors, v-12 engines, awesome sounding cars that turn heads are everywhere all day. Whew! Big auction this afternoon (until tomorrow) up the street in Pebble Beach. I won't go probably, but there are a few going for between 10 and 12 million bucks, and many more on display for less (but still real high).
Race cars, Bentleys, Rolls Royces all motoring around here. Some real stunning vehicles.

Meanwhile, I'm sitting here on a deck a block from the Pacific (i can clearly hear the waves breaking) writing this.
Petted some beautiful and friendly dogs too, while walking to get some coffee this morning, talking to their humans.
