Event Update For 2021-03-25

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

  1. Sullen Saturday Jonny and readers of JJFH.

The winds blew from noon til dusk and caused many short power outages, tree damage, at least one power pole down (so that all the street lights were out for a while on Rt. 30) around here. It got to 75
    (~ 24 C) degrees (today it's supposed to be about 70).

In Friday's post, PA was burnin' up. Today's post shows we're droppin' DADE!

Masks are experimental medical devices that must be optional, according to law

Just like the COVID vaccines, use of masks (instead of respirators) to block transmission of a virus was only authorized as experimental use. As such, according to law, it must be optional. If we are going to passively allow governors and governments to make this medical device mandatory, what is to stop them from making the vaccine mandatory?

As I've mentioned before, both the FDA and OSHA have made it clear over the years that only respirators, not masks, are considered valid PPE to block transmission of a respiratory virus. Which is why mask manufacturers must continue to place a disclaimer on their labels that the product does not work for airborne viruses. The CDC is lying to the public and giving them a false sense of security by suggesting masks are valid medical devices for COVID. That is why the FDA was forced to use an Emergency Use Authorization - the same process used for the vaccines - to approve masks as medical devices to be used as source control to reduce the spread of COVID on April 24, 2020.

All this is to say that with no evidence masks work, and with endless evidence that they failed to stop the spread in a single part of the world for 12 months, this is why masks, according to law, must remain optional. [but of course Uncle Bill Gates buys his way with Fauci and the corrupt CDC to get it put in place, so that the NEXT step (since they don't work) is to make experimental vaccines MANDATORY)!

CDC violating FDA's experimental medical device policies

Federal law governing the conditions of authorization of unapproved emergency medical products (21 U.S.C. §360bbb-3(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III)) requires the secretary of HHS to "ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed," among other things, "of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product."

There it is in plain English. This is the reason, among others, why the federal government or any other actor cannot mandate the COVID vaccines. For the CDC to make masks mandatory on all federal lands and places of travel, and possibly even for states to do it, violates the emergency authorization use of medical device statute that same way it would if they mandate vaccines. [RESIST!]

    Time to fight back

Citizens who want to fight back need to take the following three actions:

    1) File a flurry of lawsuits on constitutional grounds, utilizing the ADA, OSHA, and the FDA EUA law against medical institutions, school boards, [food stores] and other government actors.

    2) Pressure legislators to pass a version of Tennessee's proposed Medical Non-Discrimination Business and Consumer Act (SB 0320/ HB 0794). This bill, at a minimum, would bar institutions from discriminating against people who claim medical exemptions, making mask policy in line with every other law intersecting between health care, privacy, and discrimination.

    3) File an adverse reaction report to the FDA's MedWatch System if you have experienced side effects from wearing a face mask. Since the EUA expires 4/24/21, it will be coming up for renewal. It would be great for people to flood MedWatch with their stories over the next few weeks.

Human beings are not guinea pigs. Human beings have rights. Human beings can say no to medical devices being used against their bodies. [more]

Russia Sends NUCLEAR WARNING to United States . . . [Hal Turner]

Location cuts missile flight time by half

The submarines conducted this exercise in Russia territory within the Arctic Circle in a place called “Franz Josef Land” a small archipelago northeast of Norway and Finland shown on the map below.

This location is **** NOT **** routinely monitored by defense satellites for missile launches. Normally, the land-based missile silos within Russia are where spy satellites regularly watch for the heat signature of a missile coming out of a silo.

Firing missiles from this location MAY NOT EVEN BE DETECTED by US Defense Satellites. Worse, even if a launch is detected, the flight time of missiles launched from this location would be HALF that of missiles launched from within Russia proper.

The media is not reporting that US military convoys are bringing troops, weapons, tanks, artillery and more BACK INTO SYRIA since Joe Biden became President, or that the US is STEALING $30 Million a month in oil from inside Syria!

The media is not reporting that Russia has begun BOMBING the oil smuggling tanker trucks and oil smuggling storage depots inside Syria, and these missile attacks by Russian forces are landing in smuggling areas where US military bases are located in Syria.

None of this crap took place under Trump. Here we are two months into an illegitimate Biden Presidency, a Presidency begotten through rampant and brazen election fraud on November 3, 2020, rubber-stamped by Congress on January 6, 2021, and ignored by the courts, and now nuclear threats are now going back and forth.

This does not bode well for our future. [more]

Ebola ‘outbreak’ possible in the US: 23 travellers monitored in WA, 4 in OR, 40 in OH

Washington was considered ground zero for COVID-19 in the U.S., and now 23 travelers from the state are being monitored for another deadly contagious virus: Ebola. Add 4 in Oregon and 40 in Ohio!

The travelers recently returned from the West African countries of Guinea and the Democratic Republic of Congo — where there are outbreaks of the deadly virus — according to a news release from the state’s Department of Health.

The risk of Ebola coming to the United States remains “extremely low,” according to a news release last month from the Centers from Disease Control and Prevention. [CDC always lying and maneuvering their poisons around so they remain relevant]

The news comes just days after scientists said that the world’s latest Ebola virus outbreak may have been caused by a person who was infected over seven years ago.

Top World Health Organization boss Mike Ryan said the “scary” new findings suggested the infection could remain for years and can be transmitted through sex. [more; people still have sex?]

New problems arise for crop storage as planet gets warmer

About 25% of the nation's potato chips get their start in Michigan, where [once] reliably cool air during September harvest and late spring has been ideal for crop storage. That's a big reason why the state produces more chipping potatoes than any other.

But with temperatures edging higher, Sackett had to buy several small refrigeration units for his sprawling warehouses. Last year, he paid $125,000 for a bigger one. It's expensive to operate, but beats having his potatoes rot.

“Our good, fresh, cool air is getting less all the time, it seems like,” he said on a recent morning as a front-end loader scooped up piles of plump, light-brown potatoes that would be packed into a tractor trailer for shipment to chip factories.

The situation here illustrates a little-noticed hazard that climate change is posing for agriculture in much of the world. Once harvested, crops not immediately consumed or processed are stored — sometimes for months. The warming climate is making that job harder and costlier. [more]

Marines who drowned when their AAV sank didn't have breathing devices because the Corps canceled the program to cut costs

scientists publishing in the journal Geophysical Research Letters on March 25 reported the first direct global observations of how much aerosols and greenhouse gases released by humans are driving climate change. “It’s direct evidence that human activities are causing changes to Earth’s energy budget,” said Ryan Kramer, co-author of the paper and a researcher at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center and the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. The ‘Green Energy’ That Might Be Ruining the Planet

Here’s a multibillion-dollar question that could help determine the fate of the global climate: If a tree falls in a forest—and then it’s driven to a mill, where it’s chopped and chipped and compressed into wood pellets, which are then driven to a port and shipped across the ocean to be burned for electricity in European power plants—does it warm the planet? [FUCKIN'-A right it does!]

Most scientists and environmentalists say yes: By definition, clear-cutting trees and combusting their carbon emits greenhouse gases that heat up the earth. But policymakers in the U.S. Congress and governments around the world have declared that no, burning wood for power isn’t a climate threat—it’s actually a green climate solution.

  5. Tragic end to search for missing fisherman as man's body washes up on a beach and police find tinnie with only a dog aboard spinning in circles

The search for a missing fisherman has ended in tragedy after a man's body washed up on a beach north of Perth in Western Australia.

A search and rescue operation was launched by WA Police on Wednesday after a boat was spotted speeding in circles 10 kilometres off the coast near Yanchep with no-one aboard except for a small dog.

'I can't give you any circumstances or theories as to why he ended up in the water,' he said.

He also added the man was wearing a life jacket - adding further mystery to the incident. [more; video]
