Event Update For 2020-11-03

http://jumpingjackflashhypothesis.blogspot.com/2012/02/jumping-jack-flash-hypothesis-its-gas.html

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

An election where (almost) everybody loses?
    http://theeconomiccollapseblog.com/archives/an-election-where-almost-everybody-loses

This election did not go the way that most people were anticipating. For months, the mainstream media and many on the left insisted that the big national polls were right this time and that a Joe Biden landslide was coming. Obviously, that did not happen. On the other hand, many on the right kept telling us that a huge Trump landslide was coming, and that did not materialize either. Instead, we got the very close race that I have been warning about for weeks. I kept explaining to my readers that we would not know the winner on the night of the election, and that projection turned out to be right on the money. At this hour, votes are still being counted in critical swing states all over the nation, and things could still go either way. I know that the mainstream media is eager to crown Joe Biden the victor, but that hasn’t happened yet. Trump’s campaign team still believes that the final results in Arizona and Nevada will go their way, and they are convinced that could potentially change everything. We will just have to wait and see what happens. [more]

The hurricane had sustained winds of 140 mph, according to the U.S. National Hurricane Center, down from an overnight peak of 150 mph. Even before it made landfall, Honduras reported the first death after a mudslide trapped a 12-year-old girl in San Pedro Sula.

The winds uprooted trees and ripped roofs apart, scattering corrugated metal through the streets of Bilwi, the main coastal city in the region. The city's regional hospital abandoned its building, moving patients to a local technical school campus. [more; 3 videos]

Nearly 120 stranded whales rescued in Sri Lanka - 3 found dead
    https://www.sott.net/article/443786-Nearly-120-stranded-whales-rescued-in-Sri-Lanka-3-found-dead

Pooling their manpower and expertise in a joint overnight operation, Sri Lanka's navy, coast guard, local volunteers and conservation experts have rescued nearly 120 stranded whales back into the deep sea.

Locals played a crucial part in rescuing the whales, battling crashing waves in the dark, noted Sri Lankan marine biologist Asha de Vos said in a social media post, that likened the whales' plight to "being stuck in a treadmill". Sharing updates from the spot, she said: "If they [locals] looked like they were wrestling the animals it is because they were doing everything in their power to manage animals that were between 10-18 feet, weighing in at 1000-3000 kg. The animals were fatigued and stressed, they were smashing their tails around - which was risky for the people in the water."

According to MEPA authorities, the marine mammals were short-finned pilot whales, that are said to be found in the Pacific, Atlantic and Indian oceans. [more; great job!]

U.S. House agriculture leader loses election, unsettling Midwest farm sector

Democratic U.S. Rep. Collin Peterson, House Agriculture Committee chair, failed to win re-election in Minnesota on Tuesday, a loss some agriculture leaders said could hurt the Midwest grain belt.

Though Democrats retained control of the House and therefore will again chair the committee, Peterson's exit could shift U.S. spending away from a region hammered by U.S. President Donald Trump's trade war with China, they said. [more]

Mauritius oil spill clean-up likely to be completed by January: ship owner
    https://www.yahoo.com/news/mauritius-oil-spill-clean-likely-033523487.html

[yeah, right - like all the others, they're NEVER cleaned up]

The clean-up of a massive oil spill in August from a vessel off Mauritius will likely be mostly completed by January, the bulk carrier's owner, Japan's Nagashiki Shipping, said on Thursday.

Of the roughly 1,000 tonnes that spilled from the Panamanian-flagged MV Wakashio, all of the oil that had been floating in the ocean had been recovered, Nagashiki Shipping said in a statement.

The spilt oil had spread over a vast area of endangered corals, affecting fish and other marine life in what some scientists have called the Indian Ocean island's worst ecological disaster. [more; you-gone down-A an' clean-'at?]
