Event Update For 2020-05-11

http://jumpingjackflashhypothesis.blogspot.com/2012/02/jumping-jack-flash-hypothesis-its-gas.html

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

  1. Hey Jonny, everyone. The end is in sight, with grades due Friday for my students who kept up with the on-line assignments and testing. The college decided they'd offer a T grade, whereby students have 8 more weeks to finish their coursework, expecting me to work those 8 weeks UNPAID, so i tendered my resignation. i'm officially retired now. [Who's going to hire a 70 y.o.? Maybe i'll find out.] It was a long, interesting run. i'm still in good health.

That dry-docked ship fire pic is amazing! As we see in today's report, the gases are spreading and increasing in concentration in the atmosphere. People dropping dead all over, massive marine life die-off, residential and industrial fires erupting out of the blue, underground electrical explosions and fires, crazy accidents - what's the common factor? The atmosphere.

Coronavirus drains Vatican coffers as income falls, deficits loom
    https://www.yahoo.com/news/coronavirus-drains-vatican-coffers-income-113133043.html

Late last month, the Vatican announced the coronavirus pandemic had forced Pope Francis to postpone an annual fund raising campaign among Catholics worldwide to help him carry out his ministry.

The delay of "Peter's Pence" by more than three months to the first weekend in October has come at a particularly bad time, as other revenues, notably from the Vatican Museums, slow to a trickle.

The pandemic has wreaked havoc with the Vatican's finances, forcing it to dip into reserve funds and implement some of the toughest cost control measures ever in the tiny city-state.

He estimated that Holy See income would fall between 25 and 45 percent because of the coronavirus, depending on how well cost-cutting measures worked. [more; start selling off those pricey items they have: art, real estate, literature, etc.]

US unemployment will still surge to 25% and growth is poised to be worse than feared: Goldman Sachs

The worst is far from over for a U.S. economy reeling from COVID-19 pandemic devastation, but Goldman Sachs believes light is starting to appear at the other end of the tunnel.

U.S. GDP will crash by a 39% annualized rate in the second quarter, worse than a prior forecast for a 34% decline, Goldman strategists led by Jan Hatzius wrote in a note Wednesday. GDP in the third quarter is expected to snap back to 29% growth annualized, improved from a previous estimate of 19%. For the full year, Goldman sees growth falling by 6.5%.

A Taste Of What Is Coming – Food Prices Just Increased By The Most That We Have Seen Since 1974
    http://theeconomiccollapseblog.com/archives/a-taste-of-what-is-coming-food-prices-just-increased-by-the-most-that-we-have-seen-since-1974

Get ready to pay much more for groceries. I have been warning that the flood of new money that the Federal Reserve and Congress have been pumping into the system would have very serious consequences, and I have also been warning that food prices would be shooting higher. When things start getting really crazy, demand for food and other basic essentials goes way up, and meanwhile this pandemic has significantly disrupted production of certain products. So even though most of the economy is currently still in a deflationary phase, food prices are beginning to spike. In fact, the U.S. Labor Department says that we just witnessed the largest one month increase since February 1974… [more]

We could all be General Michael Flynn tomorrow
    https://www.sott.net/article/434352-We-could-all-be-General-Michael-Flynn-tomorrow

The Obama national security team's outrageous abuse of power mirrors the underbelly of our prosecutorial system at large.

The Department of Justice's case against retired Army Lieutenant General and former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn has exposed an ugly reality involving the abuse of power at the highest levels of the Executive Office all the way down the justice system this country ostensibly holds so dear.

Plea bargains are an unfortunate reality of an American system of justice which finds merit in coercing people to admit guilt for crimes they didn't commit in order to avoid the expense of a trial and to prevent friends and family from potential legal liability. If the purpose behind such procedural abuse of power is to fight actual crime, the American people have grown accustomed to turning a blind eye. But if the purpose is to exact political revenge on someone who has incurred the disfavor of those in power, then the plea bargain system is a direct assault on the Constitution that should insult every American, regardless where they stand on the respective merits of the case. General Flynn's case falls firmly in the latter category. [lots more - illustrating that there is no justice]

  4. These States May Already Be Doomed for a Second Lockdown
    https://www.yahoo.com/news/states-may-already-doomed-second-080243843.html

As states rush to reopen after pandemic-triggered lockdowns, public health experts say new surges could soon warrant a second set of stay-at-home orders.

Of course, it remains far from clear that some of these same states’ governors—who were often slow to lock down in the first place—will be willing to do it. The political pressure to restart economies and release people from isolation has been fierce. But failing to act again, however painful, could see the same states overwhelmed by COVID-19 cases.

Entire countries have already been forced to lock down a second time, like Lebanon announced it would on Wednesday, after case numbers jumped from 750 on May 5 to 870 on Tuesday. Meanwhile, more than four in five Americans have said they are concerned or afraid of a potential second wave of cases, according to a CNN-SSRS poll.

among the areas with the largest reported spikes were Amarillo, Texas, and Central City, Kentucky, the latter of which recorded a whopping 650 percent increase in confirmed cases compared to the previous week. The documents were created by the data and analytics unit of the task force, according to NBC. [more]

Michelle Eberhart was hanging out with a friend in a mountain cabin in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, on Friday afternoon when a black bear managed to open a locked door and make its way inside, according to CNN.

"She just looked up, and she was kind of making some motion and I couldn't figure out what was going on," Eberhart told the outlet. "So I kind of moved a little bit and saw what she was freaking out about."

Eberhart said she and her friend immediately ran upstairs to safety as the bear rummaged around the cabin. As if that wasn't scary enough, three other bears showed up during this time and began wandering around on the porch.

Eberhart told ABC affiliate WATE that the bears out away with some of their provisions — including "5 pounds of Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and a pound of M&M’s and two pounds of Sour Patch Kids and two bags of potato chips."
