The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

At least 22 deaths have been reported from eight coastal districts in Bangladesh until Thursday noon as the storm tore down homes and foliage while ravaging the power supply. Initial government estimates put the figure of damage incurred by housing, infrastructure, fisheries and livestock, water resources and agriculture in Bangladesh at Tk 11 billion (€121 mln).
Bdnews24.com reported that in several districts in the west and south-west of the country, thousands of hectares of lands are used for the cultivation of mangoes. Primary data indicates the cyclone laid waste to 176,000 hectares of crop yields across the country, Agriculture Minister Abdur Razzaque said an online media briefing. The government estimates that the storm damaged 10 percent of the 7,384 hectares used to cultivate mangoes.
The Bengal horticultural department said that around 38,000 tons of mangoes were destroyed when Cyclone Amphan had sliced through Malda district on Wednesday night. The cyclone cut a swathe through Malda before entering Bangladesh.
"Amphan has spelt a doom for mango cultivators. The growers had already suffered losses as they could not carry out maintenance of trees and fruits in the absence of labourers because of the ongoing lockdown. Semi-ripe mangoes fell from the trees because of pest attack. The cyclone has damaged whatever fruits were left on the trees," said Ujjwal Saha, the secretary of the Malda Mango Merchants' Association. [more]

Far from the 3.4% predicted by the WHO back February, or the 1% used by the Imperial Model, all the serological studies done to this point average out at about 0.2%.
Although the numbers do vary from place to place - as you'd expect given changes in demographics, healthcare, methodology, sampling, population density etc. - it's easy to see that not a single one of them comes anywhere near the 3.4% "officially" listed by the WHO, or even the 1% used in the Imperial model.

The study details the medical history of a woman who was blind for more than a dozen years from juvenile macular degeneration, an incurable condition. She had attended a school for the blind, used a white cane for mobility, and read braille.
One night at bedtime her husband, a Baptist pastor, got on his knees to pray. He put a hand on her shoulder as she laid on the bed. They were both crying as he prayed: "Oh, God! You can restore ... eyesight tonight, Lord. I know you can do it! And I pray you will do it tonight."
With that, she opened her eyes and saw her husband kneeling in front of her. "I was blind when my husband prayed for me," she said. "Then just like this — in a moment, after years of darkness I could see perfectly. It was miraculous! ... Within seconds, my life had drastically changed. I could see, I could see!"
The woman's eyesight has remained intact for 47 years since the "proximal intercessory prayer" (PIP) — that is, Christian prayer for healing with accompanying touch. [more]

Last month researchers released a new study on the hallucinogen DMT (or dimethyltryptamine) that provided fresh survey data on the phenomenon of DMT users experiencing and encountering sentient 'entities' while tripping. Scientists believe the findings could help to better understand near-death experiences and alien-abduction experiences, as well as develop treatments for mood and behavioral disorders.
The study involved surveying over 2,000 DMT users, the majority of whom claimed to have had positive encounters and even emotional exchanges with beings they felt were advanced and benevolent. Most of the users, upon coming down from the drug, felt the beings were real and not manufactured solely by a hallucination.
The survey produced the following additional data: 99% had an emotional response and of those, 58% believed the entity they encountered also had an emotional response and the feeling was overwhelmingly positive, though some reported instances of fear; 81% of respondents felt the 'entities' were real; and two-thirds believed they had received "a message, task, mission, purpose, or insight from the entity encounter experience."
Terrence McKenna who smoked DMT 30 to 40 times . . describes the DMT experience as a hyperdimensional reality that can not be described or "downloaded" by human language, "a fundament-ally different order than any other experience this side of the yawning grave."
Pharmacologist and medicinal chemist Dr. David Nichols said he could not discount the possibility that DMT really does grant some kind of extra-dimensional contact.
So the possibility that there are intelligences that exist at some other wavelength or in some other dimension or some other frequency I don't think is out of the realm of possibility at all." [more]

In a major development which cuts against Bill Gates' own policies and modeling, the director of Public Health of the World Health Organization (WHO) since 2005, MarÃa Neira, said Monday, May 25, 2020, the models they work with are "increasingly" ruling out a second major wave of the coronavirus. Her role is of particular importance to the operation of WHO in the EU.
Neira has nevertheless called for "great caution" and "common sense" in this "very critical" phase of the pandemic, that of the de-escalation, and, in statements to RAC-1, has requested that the population not have "paranoia nor excessive relaxation," and "learn to live with infectious diseases."

The cause of a loud and mysterious bang heard along the East Kent coast last night still has not been confirmed.
Reports on Facebook site Deal Watch claim the explosion-type sound was heard across parts of Walmer, Deal, Sholden and Sandwich at about 9pm.
"It was extremely loud, sounded like a shotgun or something exploding to me."
One woman in Walmer Castle Road said she stopped her car because she thought the sound was her tyre exploding. [more]

Locals in Midlothian were left puzzled after spotting a mystery object hurtling through the sky and trailing smoke in its wake - so, we asked the experts what it was.
Videos and pictures emerged showing what witnesses described as a "flaming" object falling from the skies over Midlothian last week, on Thursday night.
"I thought it was something crashing, like a helicopter, but it didn't look like a helicopter. It looked like a half-circle, kind of like a capsule. There was a trail of orange smoke, and then there was no smoke, and it seemed to be spiralling down."
According to the International Meteor Organisation, fireballs appear similar to meteors but are even brighter and disintegrate to the point where they no longer produce light as they fall from the sky. [more]

A U.S. judge in Montana has thrown out a Trump administration directive that weakened an Obama-era policy aimed at protecting a threatened Western bird, invalidating hundreds of oil and gas leases on federal land in Montana and Wyoming.
In a ruling issued late on Friday, District Court Judge Brian Morris sided with environmental groups that had challenged the administration's 2018 policy reversal as well as three auctions in Montana and Wyoming in 2017 and 2018 that sold oil and gas leases in sage grouse habitat. [more]

Sixteen-to-34-year-olds from the poorest backgrounds in the UK are more than five times more likely to self-harm than women from well-off backgrounds.

The former lead singer of a Christian rock band revealed that he no longer believed in God in an Instagram post.
Jon Steingard, the frontman for Christian rock band Hawk Nelson, revealed in a note posted to Instagram he was renouncing his faith.
"I've been terrified to post this for a while - but I feel like it's time for me to be honest. After growing up in a Christian home, being a pastor's kid, playing and singing in a Christian band, and having the word Christian in front of most of the things in my life - I am now finding that I no longer believe in God," Mr Steingard said.
Throughout the letter, Mr Steingard discusses growing up deeply engrossed in cultural Christianity and explains how over time his faith began to wane as he developed doubts about the nature and reality of God.
Mr Steingard appears to hold agnostic views now, saying he was "open to the idea that God is there" but that if there was a God, "he is very different than what I was taught." [more]

It was Drugs, Suicide, and Crime: Empirical Estimates of the Human Toll of the Shutdown. On suicide in particular, the article said the following:
Whether it is the direct unemployment effect or the potential poverty produced from the economic shutdown that leads to greater suicides, an increase from the 48,344 suicides and 1,400,000 suicide attempts in the US in 2018 should give decision-makers pause during their response to this pandemic.
That article created in me a sense of dread. The warning was issued but unheeded. And sure enough, we now read that “California doctors say they’ve seen more deaths from suicide than coronavirus since lockdowns.” [more]

Oh, I see, 5 deaths per million for THAT WEEK in Britain. Obviously that's not the total, else they'd only have around 300 deaths, when they actually have more than 37,000 deaths. If you don't read that carefully, the stats could appear more than 100 times better than they actually are.
