Event Update For 2019-01-17

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

2019-01-17 - Unknown rotten egg odor evacuates post office in Clarksville (Arkansas):

2019-01-17 - Eleven people sickened by unknown cause at home near Waltonville (Illinois):

Quote: "Eleven people, mostly first responders, are recovering Thursday evening after being rushed to Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon for potential exposure to a hazardous material. At this time, investigators have yet to confirm what the substance was. It all started around 10 a.m. when Litton Ambulance Service and the Waltonville Fire Department were called to a residence near the intersection of state Route 148 and Nason road for an unresponsive person. While treating the patient in the ambulance, the medic and driver started feeling sick and had to pull over and call for help. At that time, Jefferson County deputies and additional Waltonville firefighters responded. They also ended up sick."

2019-01-17 - Permafrost thawing at an increasing rate all around the world but especially in Siberia so far:

Quote: "The most dramatic warming was seen in the Siberian Arctic, where temperatures in the deep permafrost increased by 1.6 degrees Fahrenheit. 'There, in regions with more than 90 percent permafrost content, the soil temperature rose by an average of 0.30 degrees Celsius within ten years,' reports first author Dr Boris Biskaborn, a member of the research group Polar Terrestrial Environmental Systems at the Potsdam facilities of the Alfred Wegener Institute, Helmholtz Centre for Polar and Marine Research."

Note: And Siberia is where the gigantic methane explosion craters have begun appearing. But those will occur elsewhere too as the warming of the planet progresses. In fact, there's a lake bubbling and frothing with methane in Canada and the permafrost is melting away in Canada too, so Canada may be the next place for methane explosions to start blowing huge craters in the ground...

Texas coal power plants leaching toxic pollutants into groundwater

As the Trump administration considers weakening Obama-era safeguards for the disposal of toxic coal waste, a new report shows that groundwater near all of Texas’ 16 monitored coal-fired power plants is contaminated with pollutants — including known carcinogens — linked to so-called coal ash. Aerosol masking effect underestimated according to scientific paper

The researchers found that clouds containing more aerosols reflected more heat than prior estimates had suggested—more than twice as much. More specifically, they found that approximately three-quarters of the amount of heat reflected was due to aerosols. They suggest that such a large percentage shows that the radiative cooling capacity of clouds is much more sensitive to the presence of aerosols than has been thought. They note that this is important because climate change models take into account the amount of heat that clouds reflect back into space. It also shows that the heating effect of greenhouse gases is higher than has been thought because it has been mitigated by the impact of aerosols in clouds. [more]
