Event Update For 2018-11-18

http://jumpingjackflashhypothesis.blogspot.com/2012/02/jumping-jack-flash-hypothesis-its-gas.html

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

2018-11-18 - Government concealing death toll in California?
http://www.someonesbones.com/blog/government-conceals-california-death-toll/

Quote: "According to our sources, an anonymous White House official and a pair of California firefighters, the Trump administration and CAL FIRE are acting in collusion, underreporting a catastrophic death toll because 'they don’t want people to freak out and panic,' said our White House source. He said CAL FIRE has found the charred remains of 480 people, and that number increases hourly."

Note: Well, they're concealing the actual end of the world, so concealing one small aspect of the end of the world would not exactly be surprising...

Lucky me, i'm off the rest of the week. Unlucky me, i'm also out of a job in a few short weeks, too. Apparently, the job will continue next semester. We'll see. Working has really become pointless in the face of the way things are progressing. The pay is on par with minimum wage, the commute wastes a lot of time (not to mention burning up gasoline), and I feel sorry for the young people I interact with who don't seem to even realize that there's a problem.

On California's dying trees http://robinwestenra.blogspot.com/2018/11/on-californias-dying-trees.html [~ 3 min. video followed by this]

California has 129 million dead trees. That’s a huge wildfire risk.
But no one can afford to cut them all down.

Already, more than 876,000 acres have burned in California, compared to 228,000 last year at the same time. The Mendocino Complex Fire, now almost fully contained at more than 459,000 acres, is the single largest fire on record in state history. The largest fire before that, the Thomas Fire, was just put out in January this year.

These recent fires have barely made a dent in the glut of dead trees, CalFire says, and peak fire season in Southern California is still to come later this year.

The die-off, meanwhile, that’s created so much fuel is a symptom of the years-long drought that has parched the Western United States. With limited water, trees have shriveled up or succumbed to bark beetle infestations, with some of the most severe declines in central California. And as the climate warms and more people move into high-risk areas, the damages from wildfires are projected to increase. [more]

  2. Today, i'm putting up the holiday lights because the weather only promises to get colder in the next week, apparently. It only involves a few bushes to the left and right of the front porch. One guy up the street does his entire house and every bush and tree in his yard - front and back. I think you can see it from the International Space Station.

“I don’t want you to think we can stop floods if it rains. Floods will occur,” Chief Thom Porter of the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection said at a town hall meeting. “Much like Montecito, the orders will be ‘evacuate,’ and you need to evacuate if you get that.” [more]

These large stock market declines are starting to become a regular thing, and tech stocks are getting hit particularly hard. But we have been in a bull market for such a long time that many investors are having a difficult time comprehending what is happening. Many just keep believing that their beloved tech stocks will eventually bounce back because they just can’t accept the fact that the party is over. [more; gee, who else says that . . ]

Trapped In "The Greatest Gong Show Ever"
    http://ponziworld.blogspot.com/2018/11/trapped-in-greatest-conomy-ever.html

The smart money is leaning so hard bearish right now that the only thing holding up the casino is serial short-covering. Short-term rallies having the shelf-life of a rotten-banana...

The fake narrative that the tax cut would spawn a multi-year economic expansion lasted just long enough to get the usual bagholders ALL IN the casino. Now that the doors are barred, the narrative is turning into a late cycle pumpkin - late 1920s, that is. Sadly, the liars who claimed that we could borrow our way out of 2008, can't stop lying. And the sheeple can't stop believing them - addicted to fairy tales and the psychopaths telling them.

Adenoviruses are the cause of everyday infections like the common cold, bronchitis, pink eye and respiratory tract infections, but the highly contagious viruses can be much more dangerous to people with already compromised immune systems.

The New Jersey Department of Health confirmed 18 cases of the virus on Tuesday, saying in a statement that the strain of the virus has been "particularly associated with disease in communal living facilities."

"The combination of a worse strain of adenovirus together with a fragile population has led to a more severe outbreak," the statement added.

An outbreak of adenovirus also hospitalized six people in Michigan this August, sending two into intensive care [more; see SOTT list of other outbreaks this year & update at the bottom]

'Rat hepatitis' strikes second person in Hong Kong, officials fear that the public will panic
    https://www.sott.net/article/401078-Rat-hepatitis-strikes-second-person-in-Hong-Kong-officials-fear-that-the-public-will-panic

A disease previously found only in rats is spreading to humans - and doctors don't know why. A second victim has surfaced in Hong Kong, with medics unable to verify how the two patients initially became infected.

Despite claims that she had not been in contact with any rats, a 70-year-old woman has been confirmed as the second to be diagnosed with the rodent-to-person hepatitis E infection.

The South China Morning Post revealed that the woman lived only three kilometers away from the other person who was diagnosed with the rat disease in September. As a result, authorities have swept the neighborhood for rodents, and control measures have been increased.

Hepatitis E - one of the five viruses that can cause hepatitis - can be contracted from contact with feces, by consuming contaminated water or food, or by eating undercooked meat.

The woman was infected around May last year - at approximately the same time that patient zero, a 56-year-old man was also infected with the virus.

Despite the two patients living so close to one another, a local expert involved in the investigation said that they do not believe the two cases are linked, but failed to explain how the disease is spreading. [more]
