Event Update For 2016-09-15

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

  1. Good morning, Jonny. Gettin' a late start this morning - got in a bit late (after 2 a.m.) after drinking (heavily) and dancing my fool head off to this awesome 6 piece rock band (2 women and 4 guys, all around 40, doin' all original stuff - but they did a few covers to show versatility). Even went through my first DUI checkpoint on the way home (the wife, as designated driver, handled it with panache and we sailed through).

Damn, wouldn't be much fun havin' ones feet blown off!

How about all 'em buses goin' up in flames!?

Too many people fallin' down dead (and parking underwater again).

Well, the big thing is that we're actually expecting RAIN here on Sunday. I'll have to see it to believe it. I haven't mowed my yard in weeks, it's been so dry.

World's longest-lasting lightning bolt was recorded in France

At a little over seven seconds France's lasts the longest but America's is by far the biggest.

The UN World Meteorological Organization on Friday announced that France held the record for longest-lasting lightning bolt, with a flash on August 30, 2012 in the southeast of France lighting up the sky for a full 7.74 seconds. [holy cow!]

The horizontal bolt travelled 200 kilometres (125 miles), the WMO's Rapporteur of Weather & Climate Extremes, Randall Cerveny, told AFP.

"It was a "cloud-to-cloud" discharge," Cerveny said.

France was bested, however, in the distance stakes by the US.

A lightning strike on June 20, 2007 in the state of Oklahoma covered a distance of 321 kilometres, the WMO said. [real close to 200 miles, geez!]

Creepy Clowns Are Terrorizing Children, Parents And Schools All Over America

An epidemic of creepy clown sightings is sweeping America, and authorities don’t know who or what is behind it. In some instances, clowns with horrific expressions painted on their faces have been spotted standing on the side of the road, lurking near the edge of the woods or just roaming about town staring at random people. But in other instances there have been reports of clowns actually attempting to lure children with gifts, and there have even been some reports of children running away from creepy clowns that were chasing after them. While doing research for this article, I came across recent creepy clown sightings from South Carolina, North Carolina, Ohio, Florida, Wisconsin, California, Alabama, Georgia and West Virginia. This is truly a nationwide phenomenon, and many believe that it will get even worse as Halloween approaches. [more]

  5. Cynthia the flesh-eating synthetic bacteria has gone wild

However, in the nearest future, the planet could face yet another "monster" that was bred deep inside US corporate laboratories. We are talking about the first synthetic bacteria - Cynthia, created "to combat oil pollution in the Gulf of Mexico" which, according to the various reports that are often ignored by the corporate media, has mutated and has started attacking animals and humans. Now this highly lethal microorganism is on its way to Europe.

Cynthia is the brainchild of the J. Craig Venter Institute — which was engaged in genetic engineering experiments since the beginning of the 21st century — and Synthetic Genomics Inc, and was created and funded directly by BP. It was believed that Cynthia feeds on oil, but it turns out now that it is equally willing to consume all forms of organic life as well... [more]

In May, a national poll showed that, “An unprecedented 91 percent of voters 28 or younger favor having an independent on the ballot, and 65 percent of respondents are willing to support a candidate who isn’t Clinton or Trump.”

Jill Stein is on the ballot in 44 states. It’s not clear what chance she has given the serious, inherent problems with the U.S. voting process and electronic voting machines. Arctic Sea Ice September 2016 - Update

In conclusion, there is scope for further sea ice decline, for a number of reasons:
    - high air temperatures over the Arctic Ocean
    - warm river water runoff
    - high temperatures of the water in the Arctic Ocean
    - very thin and fractured sea ice
    - high levels of greenhouse gases, especially methane
