Event Update For 2015-04-21

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

Note: These are the 229th, 230th, 231st, 232nd and 233rd buses to burn in 2015. Hydrogen sulfide is reactive with rusty iron/steel, found on virtually all vehicles, and copper, especially electrified copper, also found in virtually all vehicles. So vehicles are burning up regularly, and it doesn't matter much if they're parked or driven. This same problem is causing a lot of underground electrical explosions and fires as well, along with many general home and business fires and explosions, animals dying (especially oceanic species), people mysteriously dropping dead, sometimes while foaming at the mouth or bleeding out from nose/mouth/ears, people stripping naked and going insane, etc.

You might want to keep something handy in your vehicle to knock out windows and cut seatbelts because some of these vehicular fires disable the electrical functions of vehicles, which can result in people being trapped inside their vehicle as it burns. That's usually fatal and numerous people have died that way, unable to escape before fire consumed them...

Jet carrying unconscious passengers makes emergency landing

CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (AP) — A SkyWest airlines flight to Connecticut was diverted, descended steeply and made an emergency landing in New York on Wednesday after three passengers lost consciousness.

The Federal Aviation Administration said initial information indicated the Embraer E170 jet may have had a pressurization problem, but that turned out to be incorrect.

Snow said the plane's oxygen masks did not release.

"After examination by maintenance personnel and local authorities, there have been no indications of a pressurization problem or other issues with the aircraft," Snow said. "Our investigation is ongoing."

  5. Might wanna read this one Jonny [hat tip Apneaman]:

So what did-in the dinosaurs? A murder mystery…

  6. Yes, very interesting! I have always been somewhat skeptical that the asteroid impact is what killed off the dinosaurs. That's certainly not what killed off life in the other major extinctions. I think it was just happenstance that there was that asteroid impact during the demise of the dinosaurs. They were ALREADY dying, because of all that volcanism and the effects thereof. The asteroid impact was probably not helpful to their survival, but it didn't kill them off.

And look around now - rising volcanism, methane levels spiking, oceans heating up and acidifying, 'rotten egg' odors and hydrogen sulfide clouds hitting cities, even major cities. Looks like it's the same ol' same ol' all over again. What the dinosaurs had happen to them is happening to us. The dinosaurs were unable to protect themselves from an increasingly hostile atmosphere and environment, so they died. We're not protecting ourselves from an increasingly hostile atmosphere and environment, so we're dying too, just like the dinosaurs did, albeit with more 'electrical' fires and explosions.
