Event Update For 2015-04-15

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

That's the same ol' extinction event that's killed off most life on Earth before and it's doing it again, a kind of cycle that the Earth goes through from time to time. Too bad we're around for it!

  1. i can barely type this Jonny, i'm just stunned:

the entire first page just overwhelmed me [it's over man]

  2. Yeah, I see what you mean. The situation is just looking ridiculously dire with each passing day! We're just here watching the credits now.

  3. Remember when I used this quote:

2015-03-21: "We got the bubble headed bleached blonde, comes on at five / She can tell you 'bout the plane crash with a gleam in her eye." -- Don Henley ('Dirty Laundry')

And then that passenger plane slammed into the mountain in France, mentioned in the 2015-03-23 update.

Well, remember I used this quote:

2015-04-15: "When it all was over, we had to find another place / But Swiss time was running out, it seemed that we would lose the race / Smoke on the water, fire in the sky!" -- Deep Purple ('Smoke On The Water')

    And now...

Quote: "Dark, smelly smoke from a fire at a deep-water port billowed over the town of Squamish, forcing officials to ask residents to stay indoors."

    Freaky deaky.

  4. dude - you've been all over this since before anybody even THOUGHT to connect the dots on it.

there's so much shit goin' down now that i can't even handle it right now - JJFH ALONE is bad enough (and it's gettin' worse on land, in the ocean and in the atmosphere) - put all this other crap on top of it: Fukushima, sea level rise, massive marine die-off, magnetic field problems, volcanic activity and earthquakes, bird flu, ticks carrying incurable disease, drought, floods, extremes in temperatures, tornados, our own toxic contributions to it all every minute of every day - including our population - and we're so fucked i can't even imagine how bad it's gonna get . . .

    i gotta go lay down

  5. I can picture the world in the future, everybdy dead, corpses everywhere, storms rolling through crackling with electricity and igniting fires and explosions, the world in darkness except for a few solar-powered homes still not destroyed yet. In one home, a TV is still on, with a couple of dried-up corpses crawling with disease-infested ticks on the couch. And on the TV there's CNN Money running a pre-recorded looping reel with some guy in a suit announcing new stock market highs and record profits anticipated this quarter.

  6. That's great Jonny - what a dystopian scene.

i don't know what happened today - after reading over that stuff from seemorerocks i just couldn't get it together. i haven't been shaken like that in a while.
