Event Update For 2013-01-20
Link to full hypothesis:
http://jumpingjackflashhypothesis.blogspot.com/2012/02/jumping-jack-flash-hypothesis-its-gas.html
Summary of Hypothesis:
The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.
Predictions:
A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.
Recent Events Matching Predictions:
A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
2013-01-20 - Another mysterious explosion heard/felt, this time in Gorham (New York):
http://www.mpnnow.com/topstories/x1631904759/Mysterious-booms-puzzle-Gorham-residents
Quote: "But he said, they found no evidence of anything that would have caused the booms. 'That’s what makes us think it was up in the air,' he said. 'If it was on the ground, we definitely would have seen evidence.'"
Note: These explosions are very likely hydrogen sulfide and/or methane plumes in the atmosphere detonating after they find an ignition source: flame of any kind, lightning, ball lighting, static electricity, copper, rusted iron or steel, etc. Once these plumes start exploding in populated areas - and that's probably just a matter of time now - then life will be like living in a war zone, with poison gas, fires and explosions all over...

http://www.wbtv.com/story/20637451/several-cars-destroyed-overnight-in-a-fire-at-a-car-dealership
Note: It was off-hours, so no one was there at the time, so none of the vehicles were running. But they don't need to be running to ignite, since hydrogen sulfide is reactive with copper and rusty iron/steel, no flame or heat source needed for ignition...

2013-01-20 - Barn catches fire in Corcoran Township (Minnesota), animals safely evacuated:
http://twincitiesfirewire.com/2013/01/20/animals-evacuated-from-corcoran-twp-barn-fire/
2013-01-20 - Train track catches fire on the Green Line near Laramie in Chicago (Illinois), near Lake Michigan:
http://articles.chicagotribune.com/2013-01-20/news/chi-cta-track-fire-on-green-line-leads-to-delays-20130120_1_track-fire-green-line-cta-personnel
Note: Hydrogen sulfide can ignite in the presence of rusted iron/steel. Also, wood and other absorbent materials have been absorbing hydrogen sulfide and/or methane and spontaneously combusting. This means it is possible that train tracks may begin catching fire at an increasing rate, seeing as the tracks are made of steel, which rusts, and held together by wood railroad ties. Hmmm. That wouldn't be good. Not as bad as the utility poles bursting into flame, but not a whole lot better either...
2013-01-20 - Furniture business destroyed by raging fire in Loris (South Carolina):
http://www.carolinalive.com/news/story.aspx?id=850083
Note: Here's another wood-related fire, and there have been a whole lot of these the last year: cabinet stores, lumber yards, sawmills, door companies, wood-carving businesses, prison and school wood shops, pallets and pallet companies, porches, gazebos, you name it.
2013-01-20 - Enormous fire guts mixed-use building in downtown Whiting (Indiana):
http://chicago.cbslocal.com/2013/01/20/fire-guts-whiting-ind-building/
Note: The fire began in a clothing store on the first floor. The bottom floors are where a heavier-than-air gas like hydrogen sulfide will flow to once the gas infiltrates a building. Also, clothes are an absorbent material and are absorbing hydrogen sulfide and/or methane and spontaneously combusting, though if there was any copper (wiring, electrical stuff) or rusted iron/steel in there, that may have been the ignition source for the fire...
2013-01-20 - Giant pile of mulch bursts into flame in Windsor Township (Ohio):
http://fox8.com/2013/01/20/firefighters-battle-massive-mulch-fire/
Quote: "The Ashtabula County Sheriff’s Office said it appears as though the mulch may have caught fire on its own."
Note: Mulch is another absorbent material and all absorbent materials are now vulnerable to spontaneous combustion as they absorb hydrogen sulfide and/or methane. That's particularly true of absorbent materials at ground level, which is where a heavier-than-air gas like hydrogen sulfide will tend to accumulate...
2013-01-20 - Nine chimney fires break out in three days in Gloucestershire (Britain):
http://www.thisisgloucestershire.co.uk/4-chimney-fires-day/story-17917899-detail/story.html
Note: I mentioned a while back that as the atmosphere fills with flammable hydrogen sulfide and methane that chimneys will increasingly become a vulnerability in terms of fires, being basically a tunnel in a building that opens up to the increasingly contaminated atmosphere. I don't dwell on all the chimney fires that are occurring, but occasionally it's worth a look at an event like this, so you can see for yourself that this is indeed a problem...
2013-01-20 - Explosion and fire destroy home in Stockholm (New York):
http://www.watertowndailytimes.com/article/20130120/NEWS07/701209731
Quote: "He said when he entered his son’s home he saw flames coming out from behind the water heater. 'It looked like a blow torch behind the water heater, and the weird thing is, it isn’t gas. It’s an electric water heater. The first thing I did was turn off the gas,' he said."
Note: Water may be getting contaminated by hydrogen sulfide and/or methane (lots of stories in recent years where people find they can light their tapwater on fire), or the water heater's pilot light may have ignited some gas that infiltrated the home, or both...
2013-01-20 - Massive blaze consumes home in Calverton (New York), very near the coast, 2 injured:

http://seattletimes.com/html/localnews/2020182275_apwadeadwhale.html
Quote: "He says it was emaciated and likely died of starvation."
Note: That's yet another sign that the biosphere is collapsing, from smaller creatures to larger. Whatever these whales eat may already be dead or dying, so now these whales will feel the calorie pinch and die too...
2013-01-20 - Horse suddenly dies, falls on woman riding it, in Upper Black Eddy (Pennsylvania), 1 injured:

2013-01-20 - Passenger plane blows four tires upon landing in airport in Newark (New Jersey), 1 mile from Newark Bay:
http://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory/plane-ny-blows-tires-veers-off-nj-runway-18268362
http://usnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2013/01/21/16620421-four-tires-blow-as-commuter-jet-lands-in-newark
Note: This is the brake-friction and absorbency problem here. Tires sit on the ground and they are somewhat absorbent and are absorbing hydrogen sulfide and/or methane, probably mostly the former, since hydrogen sulfide is a heavier-than-air gas and will tend to concentrate more at ground level, where tires are located. Then when brakes are applied, the heat from brake-friction ignites or explodes the tires. Sometimes the brakes themselves ignite too. This isn't just a problem with planes, but with all vehicles. The more mass the vehicle has, the more friction is required for braking, which means more heat and a greater chance that this problem will manifest...
