Event Update For 2013-01-19
Link to full hypothesis:
http://jumpingjackflashhypothesis.blogspot.com/2012/02/jumping-jack-flash-hypothesis-its-gas.html
Summary of Hypothesis:
The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.
Predictions:
A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.
Recent Events Matching Predictions:
A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.

http://www.timesofmalta.com/articles/view/20130119/local/Explosion-leads-to-power-cut.453843
Quote: "Nobody was injured in the blast that happened at 2.30pm but the spokeswoman said 55 per cent of the island suffered a power cut."
2013-01-19 - Explosions and fire severely damage seven boats at Whitman Hollow Boat Dock on Norris Lake in LaFollette (Tennessee):
http://www.wate.com/story/20629848/several-boats-catch-fire-at-campbell-county-dock
http://www.knoxnews.com/news/2013/jan/19/campbell-firefighters-contain-marina-blaze/
Quote: "Witnesses told firefighters they heard explosions coming from the dock before seeing flames shooting from the roof."
Note: This is the same lake and the same town where 58+ boats were incinerated in a massive blaze, as mentioned in the 2012-09-10 update. That is still the record for most vehicles of any type to burn in one fire...
2013-01-19 - Boat bursts into flame at dock in Port Credit, Ontario (Canada), on the shore of Lake Ontario:
https://twitter.com/DanSuttonPhoto/status/292822995125276672
https://www.facebook.com/TownofPortCreditAssociation
Note: Sorry 'bout the twitter link. No news story I could find, so I also included the Facebook page for the Town of Port Credit, where this story is also mentioned. The owner was away, nobody aboard, so that means engine not running. But these vehicular fires do not require the engine to be running because hydrogen sulfide is reactive with copper and rusty iron/steel, among other things, which surely explains why so many non-running unattended vehicles are bursting into flame, in carparks and parking garages, in driveways and garages, parking lots, at docks and marinas, etc.
2013-01-19 - Almost a dozen classic cars incinerated in fire at property in Wacouta Township (Minnesota), shed burns too:
http://www.republican-eagle.com/event/article/id/86044/
Quote: "Freij said he had heard a loud noise earlier during the night, but didn’t think much of it. 'I thought I heard thunder,' he explained. 'I got up, I didn’t hear (anything else), so I laid back down.'"
Note: That was probably an explosion...

2013-01-19 - RV bursts into flame on road in Aguanga in Riverside County (California), fire spreads, starts 14-acre brush fire:
http://www.swrnn.com/2013/01/19/update-corona-family-reportedly-escapes-harm-in-aguanga-fire/
Quote: "The campers said they waved and alerted the driver of the motorhome to the danger, prompting the driver and an 11-year-old boy to jump out of the vehicle while it was still moving. The motorhome stalled as it became engulfed in flames that spread to surrounding brush."
2013-01-19 - Van bursts into flame at home in Shelbyville (Tennessee), fire spreads, home destroyed too:
http://www.t-g.com/story/1933024.html
Quote: "A neighbor called 911 reporting they heard a loud 'bang' and saw fire moments later."
Note: Nobody was home at the time, and the van wasn't running. This is why I've been recommending you don't park your vehicle next to your home, or next to other vehicles. Seems like a prudent step to take these days...
2013-01-19 - Van bursts into flame near Midford Road in Taunton (Britain):

2013-01-19 - Garage erupts in flame at home in Mahomet (Illinois), man injured trying to get stuff out:
http://www.news-gazette.com/news/courts-police-and-fire/2013-01-19/man-injured-mahomet-garage-fire.html
Quote: "Galey said Morrison was home alone when he heard popping noises in the garage. He looked out and saw something on fire."
Note: There's those popping sounds again. That's probably smallish gas plumes igniting when they find some rusty iron, or copper, or a pilot light, etc. The BIG plumes are those mysterious earth-shaking explosion sounds being heard around the world. If one of those detonates near someone's home, that home is gonna be gone. A really big one might destroy an entire town...
2013-01-19 - Apartment building destroyed by fire in Fern Creek (Kentucky):
http://www.courier-journal.com/article/20130119/NEWS01/301190080/1001/

http://www.palmbeachpost.com/news/news/breaking-news/firefighters-investigating-cause-of-a-fire-at-lake/nT2qQ/
Note: Nobody was home at the time. Apparently a mattress burst into flame. Mattresses are made of absorbent materials, and absorbent materials of all kinds have been sppontaneously combusting as they absorb hydrogen sulfide and/or methane, including wood, paper, cardboard, trash, cloth, cotton bales, hay, straw, etc.

B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
2013-01-19 - More than 30 endangered black bucks die overnight at zoo in Kanpur (India):

2013-01-19 - Dozens of corpses, no sign of injury or mutilation, found floating in the Ezu River (Nigeria):

http://www.punchng.com/business/dozens-of-bodies-found-floating-on-anambra-river/
http://www.bellanaija.com/2013/01/20/15-unidentified-bodies-found-floating-on-ezu-river-in-anambra-state/
Quote: "The decomposing bodies, all male, were without any noticeable body mutilations or injuries and could not be identified by the people of Amansea community who live in the area on Anambra state side of the divide."
Note: Nigeria's been having some vicious fires lately too. Hydrogen sulfide is not only incredibly flammable, it's also deadly, and since it is a heavier-than-air gas it will tend to accumulate in low-lying areas like rivers. It's possible a village upstream was hit while these men were working in the river, fishing or whatnot, and they all fell over dead and floated away. Kinda like all the schools of fish washing ashore dead around the world, or the flocks of birds dropping dead from the sky, but this time it's humans. It's still mainly killing people one-by-one or in small numbers in the United States and other developed countries, but that will change...
2013-01-19 - Four construction workers found dead at factory under construction in Raiwind (Pakistan):
http://dawn.com/2013/01/20/four-labourers-found-dead/
Note: Three of them had vomited before dying. Authorities suspected food poisoning but ruled that out. So, no cause of death known. Hydrogen sulfide can cause nausea and vomiting, and they were working on a factory under construction, which means it was incomplete, which means it was probably somewhat open to the atmosphere. That something in the atmosphere killed them is really the only logical possibility here...
