The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

Note: Here's a Google Maps link of the area. Hydrogen sulfide is a heavier-than-air gas so it will tend to accumulate in low-lying areas like subways and other underground facilities. It's also reactive with copper, especially electrified copper, and rusty iron/steel, both apt to be found in such places, making fires and/or explosions more likely. And it's a neurotoxin which affects the brain (but also other organs), and can cause seizures, unconsciousness, sickness, coma, death. The fires will burn much of the gas away, but there may sometimes be some left in the smoke, which will make fires much more likely to cause casualties.

There have been a great many underground fires and explosions in recent times and especially in the past year. The most destructive underground fire/explosion so far was when the sewer system exploded at midnight in Kaohsiung on the island of Taiwan, ripping apart entire streets, killing at least 24 people and injuring hundreds more, mentioned in the 2014-07-31 update...

Note: Hydrogen sulfide is reactive with copper, especially electrified copper. Such fires with vehicles can 'hot wire' the vehicle, disable power locks and doors (which has trapped and killed a fair number of people), activate car alarms, etc. The most notable example of a fiery self-starting vehicle was when an unoccupied boat burst into flame in the middle of the night, started itself, then tore across the harbor while burning, hitting other boats, in coastal Coffs Harbour (Australia), mentioned in the 2013-05-03 update.
