Authorities say it appears the person died of natural causes..."

Note: Well, it LOOKED like natural causes anyway, but that doesn't mean it WAS natural causes. Hydrogen sulfide often kills without any sign of injury, just a corpse after someone drops dead. This area is right near the riverfront...

2014-08-06 - Massive chunk of cliff collapses at beach in coastal Sidmouth (Britain):

Quote: "This is the dramatic moment 'thousands of tonnes' of rocks came crashing down on to a popular holiday beach just yards from stunned onlookers. The massive section of cliff collapsed on to Sidmouth beach, causing a huge cloud of red dust, covering daytrippers. It was caught on camera by Tony Lane, 60, from the New Forest, Hampshire, who said he heard pebbles falling to the ground before the landslide at 5pm on Wednesday."

Note: Wow, big ol' chunk of hill collapsed there. Check out some of the pictures. Looks like that pile of land is heading downhill and there are a bunch of other homes in the way...
