Event Update For 2021-08-22

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

2021-08-22 - Young couple, baby and dog found dead along the Merced River (California), no clues as to what killed them:

Quote: "The lack of definitive answers has led investigators to imagine other, more unusual causes. Carbon monoxide poisoning from a mine or toxic algae in the nearby Merced River are among the leading theories."

Note: I mentioned this event right after their bodies were discovered, in the 2021-08-17 update. They've had time to do autopsies and come up with some theories now.

The carbon monoxide poisoning theory makes no sense. The nearest mine was 3 miles away. Not only that, but carbon monoxide is lighter than air - that's why smoke detectors go on ceilings - and these people and their dog were in a river valley. Any carbon monoxide released from a mine would just float up into the atmosphere AWAY from these people. Toxic algae doesn't make sense because they had water in hydration packs, so I doubt they were drinking from the river. Plus, they had a baby with them, and the baby almost certainly wouldn't be drinking from the river. Besides that, algae-infested water looks yucky, with green scum floating around. It usually doesn't smell good either, because as the algae dies, ancient anaerobic archaea and bacteria eat it and emit hydrogen sulfide.

So, the possibilities are few. One possibility is that a cloud of hydrogen sulfide, which is a heavier-than-air gas, blew over them. The man felt dizzy and sat down on a rock with the baby and dog and slumped over dead. The woman tried to run but didn't make it far down the trail and dropped dead too. This would explain why their autopsies didn't reveal any cause of death - hydrogen sulfide doesn't stick around in the human body for more than a few hours. It was probably already gone by the time their bodies were found. Another possibility is that their WATER was contaminated with hydrogen sulfide and drinking it killed them. That's less likely though, because they all seemed to die at around the same time and in the same place, whereas people drink water at different rates, with different body masses, so contaminated water would be very unlikely to kill them all at the same time suddenly.

WHATEVER killed them, this is clearly a very disturbing event, because it indicates the fact that you can now be killed suddenly, out of nowhere, even in groups, with 'whatever' killed you leaving no trace. I highly suspect this was hydrogen sulfide gas. That adds up and makes far more sense than the carbon monoxide and toxic algae theories: it occurred in a low-lying area (a river valley near a river), there is no trace of what killed them, and they all died suddenly and at almost the same time. Just one breath can kill you, then the cloud of gas blows on, with no sign that it was ever there other than the occasional person or family that's mysteriously dropped dead...

  1. Trembling Tuesday Jonny, everyone reading JJFH. Nice to know Mike D. is still with us!

Toll drivers will strike from Friday, shutting down Australia’s road transport for the first time in a decade

Thousands of truck drivers will go on strike on Friday after negotiations broke down between multi-billion dollar logistics company Toll and the Transport Workers Union (TWU).

The industrial action, supported by 94% of the workforce, will see workers pack it in for a full 24 hours, grinding deliveries to a halt, and creating a wave of backlogs and delays. [more]

Pentagon to mandate COVID-19 vaccine for military

The U.S. military will move to mandate the COVID-19 vaccine for all service members now that the Pfizer vaccine has full approval from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Pentagon’s top spokesperson announced Monday.

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin is “prepared to issue updated guidance requiring all service members to be vaccinated,” Pentagon press secretary John Kirby told reporters.

“These efforts ensure the safety of our service members and promote the readiness of our force, not to mention the health and safety of the communities around the country in which we live,” he said.

A timeline for when service members must receive the shot will be provided in the coming days, Kirby added. [more]

Staggering Costs – U.S. Military Equipment Left Behind In Afghanistan

The U.S. provided an estimated $83 billion worth of training and equipment to Afghan security forces since 2001. This year, alone, the U.S. military aid to Afghan forces was $3 billion.

Not helping transparency, the Biden Administration is now hiding key audits on Afghan military equipment. This week, our auditors at reposted two key reports on the U.S. war chest of military gear in Afghanistan that had disappeared from federal websites.

#1. Government Accountability Office (GAO) audit of U.S. provided military gear in Afghanistan (August 2017): reposted report (dead link: report).

#2. Special Inspector General For Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) audit of $174 million in lost ScanEagle drones (July 2020): reposted report (dead link: report).

U.S. taxpayers paid for these audits and the U.S.-provided equipment and should be able to follow the money. [more]

  2. We Are Witnessing Incompetence On A Colossal Scale Throughout Our Society

Sadly, in our upside down society some of the most incompetent people that you can imagine end up running entire organizations, and if you are particularly corrupt and useless you may get to be a politician.

Barack Obama knew that this could happen. According to Politico, he once said that nobody should “underestimate Joe’s ability to **** things up”.

Everything that Biden touches seems to turn into a failure. Just look at the crisis on the border. It is the worst that it has ever been in our entire history, and we are being told that “morale is in the toilet” among our Border Patrol agents…

Of course it isn’t just on the border where Biden is completely and utterly failing.

He is doing such a “great job” with the economy that the term “Bidenflation” has been coined less than a year into his presidency.

And his response to the COVID pandemic has been a nightmare of historic proportions. If I were to tell you how I really feel about the decisions that he has been making during this pandemic, I would get censored into oblivion by the social media companies. [more]

Pediatricians say it's a 'no-no' to vaccinate children under 12 against COVID-19 – even though it's now legal

Leading pediatricians said loudly and in unison Monday that doctors should not prescribe COVID-19 vaccines to children under 12.

With the Food and Drug Administration's full approval of Pfizer-BioNTech's COVID-19 vaccine, such "off-label" use is now legal. But it's definitely not a good idea, a number of experts said.

Israel is testing 1.4 million children for COVID-19 antibodies

The government's hope is that a significant number of children who are still ineligible for vaccination will be found with antibodies, making them eligible for a Green Pass, which would exempt them from mandatory isolation and testing.

The effort is expected to provide relief to the Israeli education and healthcare systems, allowing children to embrace greater ease in daily efforts such as attending school and going about regular routines. [more; i wouldn't even 'test' kids]

  3. Mandate Madness: FDA Approval of Pfizer Emboldens Needle Nazis
    [2 hr TruNews video]

Today on TruNews, Rick Wiles and Edward Szall look deeper into the FDA’s full approval of the Pfizer jab. Doctors and nurses are abandoning the Hippocratic Oath, saying that the unvaccinated should not receive medical treatment. The Pentagon is likely to mandate COVID ‘vaccines’ for all military personnel, prompting soldiers, sailors, and airmen to make some difficult choices for the future.

Lauren and Edward welcome Delaware mom Heather Beauchemin, who is standing up to the mask mandates for kids in her state.

In the final segment, TruNews talks with William Castro, an Administrator for the NYC Department of Education, a rare voice in the liberal city standing up to the Coronavirus control.

The Great Keynesian Coup of August 1971: Fifty years later

On August 15, 1971, the last remains of what had been a magnificent monetary system died a terrible death, and the American academic, political, business, and media elites led the cheers. The Dow Jones Average jumped by more than 32 points the next day. A de facto national default was spun as a great liberation from a tyrannical financial arrangement that had plagued humanity for generations. A half century later the disinformation continues, as intellectual bankruptcy parallels the financial bankruptcy of that event.

I write, of course, of the decision by President Richard Nixon to officially close the "gold window," through which the US government was obligated to sell its gold stores to foreign governments at $35 an ounce, which even then was a bargain.

As Nixon's regime encouraged the Federal Reserve System to inflate the dollar to pay for its bloated military and welfare spending, as had the Johnson and Kennedy regimes before him, it became apparent that the US dollar was quickly losing value. The United States was in rapid decline — and the dollar was falling with the nation's prestige.

The collapse of the monetary order in 1971 reflected the massive dislocations and malinvestment of resources that ultimately turned the decade into one crisis after another, and the current economy is facing risks of even greater magnitude. Unfortunately, Keynesians rule the day, just as they did fifty years ago. As Charles-Maurice de Talleyrand wrote of the Bourbons in the years after the French Revolution, "They learned nothing, and they forgot nothing." One can say the same for the Keynesians. A half century after The Crisis, Keynesians seem hellbent on creating new crises and printing money to "fix" them. [more; good historical information]
