Event Update For 2018-04-05

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

  1. Good morning Jonny. Well, it's been an other crazy week for sure. Tom, the grass fires have slowed down here with most of the big ones much farther west. Thank you for thinkin bout little 'ol me. Woke this morning to a nice dusting of snow and frigid wind. Here's to hoping the potatoes and radishes that came up, make it through the next few days. I sincerely hope everyone is feeling okay....there is a strange allergy/ head cold thing going around here. That along with the teacher protests, is starting to annoy the crap out of me.
I hope I can post today...Google or hell, operator error, has made commenting a challenge this past week. (I've tried twice).

Lotsa barn and stable fires killing animals in this report. Huge hospital fire - that's gonna be expensive to fix. Homes and buildings burning and collapsing, if not outright exploding.

We are at an inflection point in our relationship with technology. Technology allows us to do amazing things that have immeasurably improved our lives. But at the same time, it's accelerated the pace of our lives beyond our ability to keep up. And it's getting worse. We're being controlled by something we should be controlling. And it's consuming our attention and crippling our ability to focus, think, be present, and truly connect with ourselves and the world around us. [more]

US military spent $60 million on useless Afghanistan power lines to nowhere
    https://www.sott.net/article/382167-US-military-spent-60-million-on-useless-Afghanistan-power-lines-to-nowhere

    [what is this, Puerto Rico?]

While the power lines have been built, the Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR) found that mismanagement by the Army Corps of Engineers led to the grid remaining at best useless and at worst, dangerous.

Mismanagement along these northeastern power lines is just one of a litany of reconstruction problems identified by SIGAR. These include cases of bribery and theft of government equipment by US Army personnel, shoddily built infrastructure, and lack of maintenance at schools and hospitals.

Another heavily redacted SIGAR report found that the Pentagon funded Afghan security forces, despite knowing that they were engaged in numerous human rights violations, including rampant child abuse. While composing the document, the watchdog interviewed 37 individuals, 24 of whom stated they knew about children being sexually exploited by the Afghan forces. [more]

How China can win a trade war in 1 move
    http://theweek.com/articles/765276/how-china-win-trade-war-1-move

it's worth noting China has a nuclear option.
I'm referring to rare earth metals.
These are elements like dysprosium, neodymium, gadolinium, and ytterbium. They aren't actually rare, but they do play crucial roles in everything from smart phones to electric car motors, hard drives, wind turbines, military radar, smart bombs, laser guidance, and more. They're also quite difficult to mine and process.

It turns out the United States is almost entirely dependent on foreign suppliers for rare earth metals. More importantly, it's almost entirely dependent on China specifically for rare earth metals that have been processed into a final and usable form.

Basically, if China really wanted to mess with America, it could just clamp down on these exports. That would throw a massive wrench into America's supply chain for high-tech consumer products, not to mention much of our military's advanced weapons systems. [more; so that makes 2 "nuclear" options they hold]

Harry Brower Sr. was lying in a hospital bed in Anchorage, Alaska, close to death, when he was visited by a baby whale.

Although Brower's body remained in Anchorage, the young bowhead took him more than 1,000 kilometers north to Barrow (now Utqiaġvik), where Brower's family lived. They traveled together through the town and past the indistinct edge where the tundra gives way to the Arctic Ocean. There, in the ice-blue underwater world, Brower saw Iñupiat hunters in a sealskin boat closing in on the calf's mother.

Brower felt the shuddering harpoon enter the whale's body. He looked at the faces of the men in the umiak, including those of his own sons. When he awoke in his hospital bed as if from a trance, he knew precisely which man had made the kill, how the whale had died, and whose ice cellar the meat was stored in. He turned out to be right on all three counts.

Brower lived six years after the episode, dying in 1992 at the age of 67. In his final years, he discussed what he had witnessed with Christian ministers and Utqiaġvik's whaling captains. The conversations ultimately led him to hand down new rules to govern hunting female whales with offspring, meant to communicate respect to whales and signal that people were aware of their feelings and needs. "[The whale] talked to me," Brower recalls in a collection of his stories, The Whales, They Give Themselves. "He told me all the stories about where they had all this trouble out there on the ice." 9. A University of Texas at Austin professor who continued to work at the school despite pleading guilty to a 2016 domestic assault charge has been found dead in his home.

Richard Morrisett was a pharmacy professor, and the university kept him employed despite the charge. According to the university, law enforcement officials found him at home Thursday. Officials have not said how he died, but the Travis County Sheriff's Office says his death is not suspicious.

*Of course it may turn out upon further investigation that he committed suicide. But if not then I would suspect this as being another JJFH incident since he isn't elderly and wasn't suffering from any health conditions.

  12. Attaway Mike, good eye.
    Thanks for the links, "guyz."

I think we've reached the point where the weather is going to become practically unpredictable. It's already apparent that crop damage is becoming significant all over the globe. Hail, nature's machine gun, continues giving farmers all kinds of problems. Lightning, even out of clear blue skies killing people and livestock. Tornadoes have always been around, but now we get 5 at a time, more than a mile wide ones, they're popping up in places that have rarely, if ever seen them and they last a lot longer. Earthquakes and volcanoes are visiting us more frequently and there's all this anomalous stuff going on. The animals and marine life sense it but we're oblivious. Growing crops at large scale will not be possible soon.
We haven't even spoken of the heat. Or the wind.

At the level that most of humanity is at least aware of, the political shenanigans are increasingly becoming war-like. I think the powers that be know what's coming and are playing for all the marbles.

Then we have technology, a man-made creation (like bio-weapons, only "intelligent") that has already over-taken us. Terminator and Skynet are here, now.

    Interesting times ahead.
