Event Update For 2017-01-21

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

2017-01-21 - Car bursts into flame on North Cannon Street in Spokane (Washington), cop saves woman trapped inside:

Quote: "A Spokane Police officer is being credited with saving a woman’s life after pulling her from her burning car Friday night. Officials said the woman called 911 around 10:00 p.m. saying she was trapped in her burning car on North Cannon Street near North Ridgeview Place. She said she was trying to kick out the windows but she couldn’t. Even though this was a fire call, it was also broadcast on police channels and multiple officers from the county and city arrived on scene."

Note: She would've ended up another charred corpse in a burning car if not for the cop who saved her. The fire had knocked out the controls for her locks and windows, so she was trapped. That's happened to many people, and many of them have died, sometimes screaming in agony as they burned to death. It's wise now to carry something with you in your vehicle with which to cut seatbelts and break windows, lest you end up a charred corpse in a burning vehicle yourself...

2017-01-21 - Tent explodes and burns just before midnight in coastal Squamish, BC (Canada), man killed:

Note: What happens if a cloud of methane or hydrogen sulfide blows over you while you have a stove or heater going? There'll be a fire, a flash fire and/or an explosion. That's most likely to happen near coasts, like where this tent exploded, and during the wee hours, like when this tent exploded...

2017-01-21 - Storage facility heavily damaged by fire in coastal Charleston (New York), 14 firefighters injured:

Quote: "Some of the units had household goods, construction materials, and even a car, the chief said."

Note: That's the problem with these storage places nowadays - since vehicles are now randomly-igniting firebombs that can go off at any time, parked or driven, and since you can't control whether OTHER people park vehicles in THEIR storage units, and since all it takes is ONE vehicle bursting into flame to wipe out an entire storage facility, these places are extremely risky places to store anything you care about...

2017-01-21 - Fifty homes destroyed by fire after 3 AM on the coast in Zamboanga City (Philippine Islands):

Quote: "At least 50 houses were gutted when fire broke out along the coastal community of Sama-Badjao in the village of Labuan, Zamboanga City past 3 a.m. Saturday. Oning Maravilla, the village chairman, said the fire started from a house made of light materials in Purok 3 and quickly spread to adjacent houses. It only took about an hour for all 50 houses to be razed to the ground."

Quote: "Over just the past three years, global temperatures have risen by about 0.4 degrees Celsius. This was an extreme acceleration in the rate of warming. One that is unmatched in all of the past 136 years of climate record keeping."

Note: Feedbacks are kicking in at a faster and faster rate now, each feedback amplifying others. The methane clathrates in the Arctic could go bonkers with explosive methane releases at any time now, especially if the Arctic continues to be hit by record warmth. And then the global firestorms will begin, starting in the northern hemisphere and spreading southward. That's probably why George W. Bush bought almost 100,000 acres in Paraguay. He and his family might be able to live an extra year or two or three that far south...

  1. Thanks for your usual high quality, comprehensive and interesting update to the 6th mass extinction episode.
Your spot-on analysis in just the right places, and easy enough for a goober like me to understand, provide the facts and connect the dots so that anyone can understand what we're in for.

Before the month's out, i'll tally up the incidents for Hull and for garbage trucks (I didn't forget, i'm just busy with bullshit currently).

Today we have high winds, a nor'easter moving in for 3 days of rain, and warnings of power outages during same for this area (PA, NJ, DE, NY). Sustained 30 mph winds, gusting to 40 and even 50 mph during the interval are projected.

That might be the first TENT explosion I've heard of, and that bleacher motor fire is another rare one.

Foreigners Are Dumping U.S. Debt At A Record Pace And Our $20 Trillion National Debt Is Poised To Become A Major Crisis

Foreigners are dumping U.S. debt at a faster rate than we have ever seen before, and U.S. Treasury yields have been rising. This is potentially a massive problem, because our entire debt-fueled standard of living is dependent on foreigners lending us gigantic mountains of money at ultra-low interest rates. If the average rate of interest on U.S. government debt just got back to 5 percent, which would still be below the long-term average, we would be paying out about a trillion dollars a year just in interest on the national debt. If foreigners keep dumping our debt and if Treasury yields keep climbing, a major financial implosion of historic proportions is absolutely guaranteed within the next four years.

Now that Donald Trump is president, he is going to have some very hard choices in front of him.

If Donald Trump and the Republicans stop borrowing and spending so much money, the economy will immediately start suffering.

But if they do continue down the same path that Obama put us on, it is a recipe for national suicide.[more]
