Event Update For 2017-09-07

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

  1. Mexico took quite a hit yesterday from an 8.1 earthquake AND Hurricane Katia.

    Fall like weather continues around here with cool nights (in the 50's) and pleasant days only reaching the low 70's. This will change in the next few weeks - we'll get some rain from the remnants of Irma, but then, just as summer ends it's forecast to get warm again. We'll see.

    Lotta sinkholes, lotta people dropping dead, lotta electrical infrastructure burnin' up, tons of accidents, wildfires all over the west, and planes having problems staying aloft or landing.
    Amazing how few people are in their homes when they erupt into flames on this day. Once again, we ask the question - how do you put out a fire in an AMMO DEPOT! I wouldn't get within MILES of that shit!

    Let's see what else is going on.

    Hurricane Irma will batter Florida and ‘devastate the United States,’ officials warn

    As of 5 a.m. Saturday, Irma had maximum sustained winds near 155 mph and higher gusts as it moved over Cuba’s Camaguey Archipelago as a Category 4 storm, the hurricane center said.

    Local, state and federal officials have offered ominous warnings as the storm zeroed in on Florida, making clear how much danger they felt the Sunshine State could face in coming days.

    Mark DeMaria, acting deputy director of the hurricane center, said Friday afternoon that the latest models showed the storm track shifting slightly to the west, putting southwest Florida in particular jeopardy for the most violent winds, while all of South Florida will have significant impacts. Hurricane Jose strengthened to an 'extremely dangerous' Category 4 storm on Friday with maximum sustained winds of 155mph.

    With winds picking up speed quickly, forecasters fear the storm may be on the brink of reaching Category 5 strength.

    As the Houston region begins its recovery from the worst rainfall to ever befall a major metropolitan area in modern U.S. history, many flooded-out residents are asking whether local officials could have done anything to mitigate the damage wreaked by Hurricane Harvey.

    The short answer from scientists and experts: Yes.

    While Houston — nicknamed the "Bayou City" — is naturally flood prone, hydrologists, environmental engineers, and federal officials told The Texas Tribune and ProPublica last year that unchecked development over the decades has heightened flooding risks. They also say the Houston region must start planning for more intense and frequent rainfall events and move away from looking at the past to predict what might happen in the future. 9. This year's been crazy:

    * Biggest wildfire in Kansas history, before fire season began

    * Biggest wildfire in BC history in British Columbia, Canada

    * Biggest wildfire in LA history in Los Angeles

    * One of the worst wildfire seasons in US history despite predictions of 'tame season'

    * Hurricane Harvey devastated Texas

    * Hurricane Irma is bearing down

    * Recent massive X-class solar flares

    * Many heat records shattered

    * Horrible flooding in Nepal, India, Bangladesh

    * Permafrost melt in Canada, Greenland, Siberia

    * Unusual and long-lasting Greenland wildfire

    * Huge iceberg cracked off Antarctica

    * Algae or bacteria growing on the ice in Antarctica and Greenland

    * Anthrax outbreaks from thawing infected corpses

    * One of the biggest earthquakes in Mexico's history

    * Bizarre 'water receding' events

    And much more - many deadly lightning strikes, terrible floods all over, volcanic eruptions, yada yada. If anyone ever wondered what the end of the world looks like - well, look around. It looks like the world of today.
