Event Update For 2013-04-17

 b

Full Hypothesis

Summary of Hypothesis

The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.

Predictions

A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species.
C. More multiples of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.

2013-04-17 - Monumental explosion and fire devastate fertilizer plant in West (Texas), as many as 15 killed, 160+ injured:

http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/picture/2013/apr/18/texas-fertiliser-plant-explosion-texas-instagram-photography

Quote: "Major damage has been reported to homes and vehicles including a nearby funeral home and apartment building..."

Quote: "The US Geological Survey registered the explosion as a 2.1 magnitude quake, adding that 'the magnitude measures only the ground motion, not the air wave, so is substantially less than the true size of the event.'"

Quote: "The blast left the factory a smoldering ruin and leveled homes and businesses for blocks in every direction. The explosion in downtown West, about 20 miles north of Waco, shook the ground with the strength of a small earthquake and could be heard dozens of miles away. It sent flames shooting into the night sky and rained burning embers, shrapnel and debris down on shocked and frightened residents."

Note: Fertilizer is itself explosive. It's also absorbent and all absorbent flammable materials are absorbing hydrogen sulfide and/or methane and spontaneously combusting, like wood, mulch, straw, hay, paper, cardboard, fabrics of all kinds, etc. So if any fertiziler were to absorb enough hydrogen sulfide to spontaneously combust then you would have big problems, like possibly a huge fire and explosion. They also had tanks of anhydrous ammonia at this facility, and possibly nitric acid. Burning anhydrous ammonia can result in chemical reactions that produce nitric acid. Nitric acid is very explosively flammable when it comes into contact with hydrogen sulfide. If they had any nitric acid tanks at this facility and even a little gaseous hydrogen sulfide were to get into one then you might very well see a catastrophe like this.

I specifically mentioned chemical plants burning and exploding in the full hypothesis more than a year ago. (And many chemical plants have burned and/or exploded since then, all over the world.) I mentioned chemical plants specifically because hydrogen sulfide is reactive with a variety of chemicals. Fertilizer plants like this one are simply a specific kind of chemical plant.

They'll never know the cause of this event. The explosion and fire were so devastating that there's little left but charred ruins. I suspect some hydrogen sulfide blew in off the Gulf Coast and was instrumental here, but even if it was, we'll never know for sure.

Prediction A - More Fires and Explosions, Especially Coastal

2013-04-17 - Underground electrical fire takes out power to hundreds of customers in North Philadelphia (Pennsylvania):
http://abclocal.go.com/wpvi/story?section=news/local&id=9068315

Note: Hydrogen sulfide is a highly flammable heavier-than-air gas and it is reactive with copper, especially 'hot' copper with a current running through it, as is found in underground electrical facilities. As a consequence there are a rising number of incidents just like this occurring in cities all over. The last underground fire prior to this one was way back in...1 day prior, in Albany (New York), as mentioned in the 2013-04-16 update...

2013-04-17 - Raging inferno envelops 10,000 tons of recycled cardboard bales at paper mill in Birmingham (Britain):

http://www.birminghammail.co.uk/news/local-news/nechells-blaze-massive-paper-fire-2824276

Note: All absorbent flammable materials are absorbing hydrogen sulfide and/or methane and spontaneously combusting. That includes wood, paper, cardboard, mulch, dried brush, generic garbage, hay, straw, cotton, wool, clothing, etc. These cardboard bales were in outdoor storage, fully exposed to the atmosphere. This was a big fire. That's 20 million pounds of cardboard...

Quote: "UHP Cpl. Todd Johnson said a semi-rig was hauling two trailers loaded with vehicles about 5:20 a.m. on westbound I-80 in Echo Canyon when the brakes on the second trailer locked and the driver saw the flames and smoke."

Note: That's tire rubber and maybe brake pads absorbing hydrogen sulfide, then when brakes are applied the brake-friction burns hotter than normal. There've been quite a few car-haulers that have burst into flame in the last year or so, and this is probably the cause of at least some of those fires. Also, the car-hauler was in a canyon, a low-lying area where a heavier-than-air gas like hydrogen sulfide will tend to accumulate...

Quote: "There was a little flame under the sign. It looked like that's what started it, the sign..."

Note: Sign have copper wiring? Of course it did. Hydrogen sulfide is reactive with copper, especially electrified copper. So a little gas blows by, hits an outdoor sign like this and gets to some exposed copper, some sparking and sizzling ensues, and you have a fire. This is not the first outdoor sign I've seen burning up and starting a fire. That'll obviously become more common as time goes on. So there's yet another vulnerability for us to deal with: electric signs, neon signs, especially outdoors...

Prediction D - More Corpses In Low-Lying Areas

2013-04-17 - Woman, 56, found dead in canal in coastal St. Petersburg (Florida):

http://stpete.patch.com/articles/body-found-in-st-pete-canal
http://www.tampabay.com/news/publicsafety/another-body-discovered-in-canal-near-st-petersburg/2115715

Quote: "A woman was found dead Wednesday afternoon in the same canal where a teen boy was found dead last week. Despite the close proximity of the deaths, Pinellas sheriff's officials said neither is suspicious. 'There's no connection,' said sheriff's spokeswoman Cecilia Barreda. 'They're not related, just happen to be in the same place.'"

Note: Well, both died in the same canal, within a week of each other, and this area is downwind of the dead zones in the Gulf of Mexico which are surely pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide now, and this area is on Florida's Gulf Coast, the closest area in Florida to the dead zones in the Gulf of Mexico, and hydrogen sulfide is a heavier-than-air gas which will tend to accumulate in low-lying areas like canals. Seems to me like they probably ARE connected. I wonder how many people will need to be found mysteriously dead like this in that city before they realize that there IS a connection. Doesn't sound like they have very good detectives there so it may take pretty many...

Note: Corpsefest going on in that area...

2013-04-17 - Woman found dead in submerged vehicle in the Tamaki River in coastal Auckland (New Zealand):
http://home.nzcity.co.nz/news/article.aspx?id=165213

Note: She plowed into the river earlier, probably got a whiff of hydrogen sulfide and lost consciousness. Lots of people have been found dead in submerged vehicles this past year. The waterways are where a heavier-than-air gas like hydrogen sulfide will tend to accumulate and then when you lose consciousness driving near a waterway, there's about a 50/50 chance that you'll veer in that direction. Once in the water and unconscious, you drown, since breathing is an involuntary reflex...

http://www.app.com/article/20130418/NJNEWS14/304180073/Two-found-dead-Toms-River

Note: Man found dead at home, woman found dead at hotel. They suspect both died from drug overdoses, which appears to be the excuse they will try to sell us when young people drop dead without any marks of injury or violence. They didn't, of course, mention any actual evidence that either one was a drug overdose, merely that this is their suspicion. Well, it's easy to suspect things. I suspect poison gas killed them both...

Quote: "It was the second report in three days of wheels separating from US Airways planes at the Charlotte airport. On Sunday, the two front wheels of a US Airways Express plane ran off the runway as Flight 2658 from Myrtle Beach landed."

Note: Tires igniting or exploding, okay, that's probably hydrogen sulfide getting into tire rubber and brake pads and causing excessive heat when brakes are applied. But wheels just falling off? If this has anything to do with the hydrogen sulfide and methane problem, I haven't figured out what it could be. But it does seem to be happening more often lately. Why, I do not know. It's certainly not good though!

Note: They say this was caused by an old water main giving out. My question is: how will they distinguish between water mains that give out because of biogenic sulfide corrosion and those that give out for more traditional reasons? They don't even know we have an atmospheric hydrogen sulfide problem, so they're probably also completely unaware that we have a biogenic sulfide corrosion problem. That means they will not distinguish, so one can't rule biogenic sulfide corrosion out...

this is interesting..."It is one part nitrogen and three parts hydrogen.

    • When released, the vapors initially move close to the ground, causing greater risk for exposure."

    1. Hah, yeah, I mentioned those birds in the 2013-04-15 update. They sure are quick to come up with excuses without doing any testing whatsoever. But that seems to work in terms of keeping people asleep - make an excuse, then by the next day the event is mostly forgotten and some other event is occupying peoples' minds (and then THAT event will be mostly forgotten the next day too). And that way few ever notice that there are PATTERNS to these events.
