http://jumpingjackflashhypothesis.blogspot.com/2012/02/jumping-jack-flash-hypothesis-its-gas.html
Summary of Hypothesis:
The seas, lakes and oceans are now pluming deadly hydrogen sulfide and suffocating methane. Hydrogen sulfide is a highly toxic water-soluble heavier-than-air gas and will accumulate in low-lying areas. Methane is slightly more buoyant than normal air and so will be all around, but will tend to contaminate our atmosphere from the top down. These gases are sickening and killing oxygen-using life all around the world, including human life, as our atmosphere is increasingly poisoned. Because both gases are highly flammable and because our entire civilization is built around fire and flammable fuels, this is leading to more fires and explosions. This is an extinction level event and will likely decimate both the biosphere and human population and it is debatable whether humankind can survive this event.
Predictions:
A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
B. Many more animal die-offs, of all kinds, and especially oceanic species, including sea mammals.
C. More and more MULTIPLES of people will be found dead in their homes, as if they'd dropped dead.
D. More corpses found in low-lying areas, all over the world.
E. More unusual vehicular accidents.
F. Improved unemployment numbers as people die off.
Recent Events Matching Predictions:
A. More fires and more explosions, especially along the coasts, but everywhere generally.
2012-11-13 - Another home explodes in Indiana, in Albion:

2012-11-13 - Explosion rocks nitrogen plant in Colbert County (Alabama):

Quote: "The plant operates as Cherokee Nitrogen Division and produces ammonia, regular nitric acid, ammonium nitrate solution and prill, urea, UAN solution and specialty ammonia/ammonium nitrate solutions."
Note: Gaseous hydrogen sulfide is explosively reactive with nitric acid. Nitric acid is also used as rocket fuel catalyst and is found at many ammo bunkers that store rockets or rocket fuel. Remember that giant explosion at that ammo bunker in Louisiana? (And many others, for that matter.)
2012-11-13 - Child, 8, seriously burned when her clothes burst into flame at home in Caribou (Maine):
http://bangordailynews.com/2012/11/13/news/aroostook/caribou-girl-who-was-burned-when-clothes-caught-fire-transferred-to-boston-for-treatment/
Quote: "The elder Long was awoken Sunday morning at their residence by his daughter screaming and when he went to her he found the T-shirt and sweatshirt she was wearing on fire..."
Note: Clothes, like paper and wood and such, are absorbent and are absorbing hydrogen sulfide and/or methane and spontaneously combusting. This is probably the reason for the woman bursting into flame as she left her home in Phoenix, as mentioned in the 2012-08-27 update. There have been other people spontaneously combusting too. It might be wise to pay attention to where you keep your clothes, and keep them off the ground, not in any basement, and maybe keep an ozone generator running near them as well...

Note: Yes, the above two stories are different cars. The first was a 1974 Oldsmobile, the second a 1996 Pontiac Bonneville. So multiple cars spontaneously combusting in the same area in the same timeframe. That's a sign that flammable gas is blowing through that area. They're lucky a neighborhood didn't explode as just happened in Indianapolis...

http://wnep.com/2012/11/13/fires-in-vacant-home-suv-suspicious/
Quote: "'We heard some more commotion and the next thing was the house right down the street is engulfed in flames,' said Shickshinny Mayor Beverly Moore."
Quote: "It comes less than 24 hours after a house across the river on Main Street in Mocanaqua caught fire."
Note: Mayor's car burst into flames, vacant home burst into flames, and more. These two towns straddle the river, and the river is a low-lying area where a heavier-than-air gas like hydrogen sulfide will accumulate when there's no wind, and from where it will blow when the wind picks up. They're blaming arson, but that's because they have no clue what's actually going on with Planet Earth these days and they have no other explanation. Fire chiefs all over are making the same mistake as fires erupt everywhere with no apparent cause...

All that it needs to do is knock you unconscious. Breathing is an involuntary reflex and if you're in the water and unconscious, you die, unless someone conscious is there to help...

Note: Trees are aerobic (oxygen-breathing) life just like animals and people, so hydrogen sulfide will eventually kill them off too. And the river there is a low-lying area where hydrogen sulfide will accumulate when there's no wind and from where it will blow when there is. That farmer may not have to worry about his trees dying for very long, because he's apt to die himself. All it takes is one good, concentrated whiff...
