Cardiac arrest and brain death, on the coast in Malibu, about 51 miles from Huntington Beach, where the mysterious 'foul odor' has been blowing in off the ocean. Here's another story about Tom Petty's death:

http://www.etonline.com/tom-petty-found-unconscious-his-malibu-home-put-life-support-88419

Quote: "The music legend -- who is originally from Florida -- recently performed with the Heartbreakers on Sept. 29 at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. 'Tom Petty seemed upbeat, energetic and his performance was great,' a concertgoer tells ET. 'He bantered with the audience and, at times, seemed sentimental while reminiscing about his 40 years with the band.' The concertgoer adds that Petty showed no signs of fatigue during the concert and appeared healthy and happy."

I liked Tom Petty too. Everything that sustains life is ...Spot on, Jonny. Everything that sustains life is getting worse, and with everything being connected to everything else, this will compound until a critical mass is reached, at which time COLLAPSE happens. Then we'll all be in the same boat as the islands devastated by hurricane - everyone will be in survivor mode and major killing, theft, rape and mayhem will be unleashed.

I've seen many articles calling on people to emulate the super rich and at least stock up for a natural disaster. While that's good advise in the short term, I wouldn't want to be in a bunker with limited food supplies and seeds for "afterward." The planet will make sure no food grows due to aberrant weather, damaged soils (especially microbes that do the work), diseases and all the rest - and the bunker people will be left to starve on a barren Earth. Even resorting to cannibalism will bring only temporary reprieve (and it will prolong their suffering).

It's been a big month in Hull - with 19 out of 30 days (63%) having JJFH incidents (6 with multiple events on the same day)! Except for March of this year, that had 20 out of 31 days (64.5%; and one unbelievable stretch of 7 days in a row!), September was the second biggest month for JJFH incidents this year (so far). The BIG thing is that there was a string of 5 days in a row, and TWO strings of 6 days in a row of JJFH happenings!

Though there have only been 4 garbage truck fires this month, THREE have occurred on the same day as Hull troubles!

Tomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02819564675299071481noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4388504906915444063.post-20057222695173770032017-10-02T06:57:24.088-05:002017-10-02T06:57:24.088-05:00Up to 50+ killed and 200+ injured in that mass sho...Up to 50+ killed and 200+ injured in that mass shooting now. 50+! Wow, that guy was mowin' people down. Perfect target if your goal is maximum casualties - concert venues usually have few avenues in and out, and those are constricted, and then once IN the venue, people are packed in like sardines. All of that is probably better for keeping people safe from other people IN the venue with them - line searches and stuff - but all of that also makes ALL of the people in the venue more vulnerable to an attack by someone OUTSIDE the venue. So, some pluses and some minuses. When the minuses kick in through, that can obviously be real bad news.

We'll be seeing more and more of this too. People's brains are getting damaged by hydrogen sulfide. Here and there, not everywhere, but unpredictable. You can be a perfectly sane responsible gun owner one day, and planning a mass shooting the next. Most of the people who get poisoned just die. But some don't - some go insane first. The ones who go REALLY insane aren't even capable of using a gun, and they don't tend to live very long either. But some percentage will go just a little crazy, enough to turn a responsible gun owner into a mass murderer overnight.

So as time goes on and this problem escalates - like all of the other problems - then there will be more mass shootings. That's not a political statement, that's a fact. In response to that fact, we have the choices of adapt or suffer. My prediction is that we will not adapt to this problem and we will therefore suffer instead, with more people dying in mass shootings.

In case anyone wonders whether *I* have a gun, I've answered that previously - I don't. I considered it, but I was an expert marksman in the Army, and I could easily be insane tomorrow, like anyone else, and I don't want to turn into a mass murderer. I have a bow, but obviously I'm not going to commit much of a mass murder with that. It's for some minimal degree of self defense, and if I do go nuts and start shooting arrows, I've only got 12, and it'd be hard to sneak around with it.

Now, did THIS shooter's brain get lightly damaged by hydrogen sulfide at some point? We'll never know. It's actually irrelevant anyway - what is relevant is that we're going to be seeing a lot more of this. And people will see that for themselves, if they haven't noticed it already.Jonny Mnemonichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06516458612879773986noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4388504906915444063.post-14878864601950010262017-10-02T06:53:46.224-05:002017-10-02T06:53:46.224-05:00News Links, October 2, 2017

But last year that figure slipped to just 49.7 percent. The wealth of our society is increasingly being concentrated at the very top, and the middle class is steadily being eroded. Surveys have found that somewhere around two-thirds of the country is living paycheck to paycheck at least part of the time, and so living on the edge has become a way of life for most Americans. The Arctic is warming more rapidly than the rest of the world. The narrowing temperature difference between the Arctic and lower latitudes is weakening the speed at which the jet stream circumnavigates Earth and may be making the jet stream more wavy. In a 2012 study, Jennifer Francis and Stephen Vavrus warned that this makes atmospheric blocking events in the Northern Hemisphere more likely, aggravating extreme weather events related to stagnant weather conditions, such as drought, flooding, cold spells, and heat waves. It doesn't take into account the propensity for certain people to "lose it" and go into killer mode, like the machine gun attack last night on a music festival in NV, with 20 dead and at least 100 injured (so far).

There's more than enough death to go around, just from "natural" causes.

I think that's the FIRST HOUSE CAT ATTACK I've seen here.

Once, a few years back, we had the luxury of contemplating the facts of climate change BEFORE they became a huge problem - like the accumulating flammable gases in the atmosphere now having reached the level that plane engines EXPLODE up there in the atmosphere. As today's report indicates - plane travel is going to become increasingly difficult as time goes on. Small planes, helicopters, passenger planes, private jets and even large military planes are all having problems due to fire, smoke and explosions while in the air, taking off or landing.

With all the over-the-top pyrotechnics at concerts these days, it's a wonder people didn't think that the stage burning at that festival in OH wasn't part of the act!

Well, since we're not dead yet, Jonny, let's see what else is going on.

US aid and relief supplies not reaching the suffering in Puerto Rico because San Juan teamster delivery drivers didn't show up for work
https://www.sott.net/article/363423-US-aid-and-relief-supplies-not-reaching-the-suffering-in-Puerto-Rico-because-San-Juan-teamster-delivery-drivers-didnt-show-up-for-work

[ah now, wait a minute - if the entire island is devastated, are these truck drivers supposed to just sit there (with their families) and wait a week for the supplies to arrive so they EXCLUSIVELY can drive them around on impassable roads?
